This morning around 11:55A.M. I was in this Altadena store; while shopping I notice a young woman labeling products in the refrigerated section chewing gum. I called the store and requested to speak with a supervisor to bring it to their attention. I was transferred to a very defensive and aggressive supervisor. I asked her for her name and she refused to give me her name, I told her that I had a complain and I needed to know who I was making this complain to and asked her again to give me her name, she kept saying with a condescending voice how can I help you I asked her again for her name and she refused to give me her name. I said it 3 more time I need your name or I will file a complaint with your headcounters. She repeated the same question “How can I help you"? I said I need your name please and she replied with a very firm answer Rachel. I am not sure if she gave me her true name. After I told her the issue, she said I will handle it and hung up. In the past I have had conversations with her because half of the products on the shelves do not have a price. She replied I am lucky to have half of the products in the store with prices the employees don’t care. The problem with everything that is wrong with this store is Rachael. She does not have any management skill or customer service skills. I would love to speak to upper management because Rachel does not take any accountability and she is not seeing that everything that is wrong with the store fall under the store managers and that is under Rachel. She takes no accountability and passes the blame to her employees who are being supervised by Rachael who should not be in this position
