Grom Gelateria

I ordered a Medium cup which supposedly allows 3 flavors. The clerk never asked me which flavor I wanted the most of, proceeded to fill 1/2 of the (tiny) cup with Lemon Gelato, then I got less than 2 teaspoons of Apricot Gelato (wedged against the lemon) - I took a picture! - Then the 3rd flavor, a chocolate cherry gelato barely made it 1" down the cup in the remaining tiny space. Correct. There was NOTHING beneath it.. Just air. ZERO chocolate stained the bottom of the cup, that tells you all. I would MUCH PREFER you tell us we can only get two flavors in a Medium cup and then PROPERLY fill the cup.. I mean for $6-7, I don't think that's asking too much.. With that being said, the flavors were all good. But I do expect more than a one flavor + "samples" of two flavors for the price.

How unexpectedly did I meet my fav LA ice cream to date in this small easily-overlooked shop hidden in the mall! One differentiator of the gelato here was its firm texture and resistance to melting - somewhat like Turkish ice cream - so that I was able to finish the medium cone with such rare aplomb. Meanwhile, I truly loved their specialty chocolate flavor - loaden with dark chocolate instead of sugar and I enjoyed munching little chocolate chips blended inside 😋

First time trying Grom’s gelato today. I would say it’s my panacea on LA’s hot summer days. I tried one scope of Fiordilatte & Menta. It has milk cream, mint and chocolate chips. I used to be a slow ice-cream eater, who wouldn’t finish it until it dripped all over my hands. However, I finished this not-so-small scope of Grom’s gelatos even before it began to melt! I will definitely try other flavors when I visit Westfield Century City again.

Walked in while the door was still open with customers still in line at 8:01 and the server abruptly kicked us out claiming they close at 8. Totally uncalled for. I understand employee wants to go home especially considering he has no vested interest in growing the business but considering we were the last customers, he should have locked the door behind us taking our order of one single scoop but he insisted on being right even though he was wrong for not locking the door at 8. Kicking us out took longer than simply giving us a scoop. The worst customer service experience I have ever had! As a frequent shopper at the mall, I will never return plus I will insist on none of my colleagues buying from this place.... not one to leave such a negative post but was so disrespected review felt warranted.

Authentic Italian brand that can be found in many Italian cities. It isn’t my favorite gelato though and there are better dessert options within the Century City mall.

Real gelato. Seasonal ingredients are handpicked then liquid mixes are prepared in Turin, Italy then batched and shipped to all locations, where the final gelato is made. Simply delicious.

If you don’t know what Grom is: Grom is a “good” gelato in Italy which translates into probably the best gelato in the States. A must go.

The worst service ever! My 3 years old kid ask for chocolate and vanillia They had only one flever of dark chocolate which never told me I asked to replaced they chocolate flever they refused and made me buy a new ice cream Vanillia was good service was worst !!!

Very cute spot ! We came here for desert after our dinner, it was a great choice. At first I was surprised when I saw the small size in cups but a good amount of ice cream actually fit! I got the sorbet flavors those are alwasy my fave with no dairy ! Service was fast and very clean ! Ice cream was yummy! No complaints

Yum! Pistachio ice cream is legit. Super creamy and not too sweet but hella rich and nutty in flavor. The sweet cream flavor was very good too and paired well with pistachio. There was a long line when we went but it moved fast. There's also a small number of seats in the store to sit and enjoy your gelato.

Delicious flavor. I will return and try others. This location is located inside Westfield Century City. No indoor seating, but plenty of seats in the vicinity to sit down and enjoy your gelato

It doesn't get better than this! We were meeting up with my niece and got there a little earlier so we decided to grab a snack. Strolled around this beautiful plaza and walked right towards Bacio di Latte, almost like my internal GPS led me there. The shop is so beautiful. The whole storefront is glass windows and door. Very welcoming. The flavors of gelato were amazing. All of them! But I stuck to my go-to flavors: I ordered the piccolo (small) and was able to chose up to 2 flavors. Mousse Pistacchio and Sweet Amarena. Husband stuck to his flavor: Crema Torino (full hazelnut experience) It was absolutely the best! Super creamy and fresh! I could have eaten another. Also had the Latte macchiato. Perfect pairing to a gelato. And if u like the combo, get the affogato - gelato with a shot of espresso. I'm ready for more!

I've been a longtime fan of Bacio di Latte, and every visit reminds me why I love this place so much! The gelato is always delicious. A special shoutout to Ruby for her incredible service. She's friendly, warm, and genuinely makes you feel welcome. Her generosity and positive energy elevate the whole experience, and it's always a pleasure seeing her behind the counter. Ruby and the team truly make this location stand out!

Wanted some great gelato at century city, Bacio di Latte was a great option! It was really creamy and the portions are quite large. The service is also very nice and it's a cute shop

Bacio di Latte, translates to "Kiss of Milk" is founded by an Italian family who still own all their stores. They staff is eager to assist and they make their gelato everyday in every single shop using organic milk and organic cream. The shop is inviting with delightful aroma, serves a dozen rotating flavors that caters to different palates. Their best-sellers, Pistacchio is absolutely divine.

Cute decor, many choices of incredible flavors, and never too packed. The cups seem small but the ice cream and gelato's is dense and very filling so it's plenty. They now offer pistachio or Nutella with nuts to coat the inside of the waffle or the cup, which looks delicious and although I did not partake this time I think it's a great option. The flavors span from fruity flavors and also very dense and rich chocolate flavors, so something for everyone! This is a perfect place to grab after a lunch or a dinner and rounds out the selection of local dessert shops. Highly recommend!

Their employees need better training. I was in line and when it was my turn, I stepped up and asked for a sample of the Belgium crunch since it was a new flavor and began to say I'd like a caramel and cafe scoop. However I was cut in front of by an older white woman. She raised her voice and ordered a cone. The sales lady immediately began making her order. I tried to have patience but then her two friends cut in front and began to place their offer after her. I tried to get the employees attention and she ignored me. When she was almost done serving the three women, another employee came out of the back and started to take my order. I expressed how I was frustrated by the treatment and she just looked at me helplessly. I'm not going to say it was explicitly because they were three white women and I was a younger black woman but it definitely felt like I was dismissed and overlooked. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Also when you pay almost $9 for two small scoops of gelato, you'd think they'd be able to afford cups and tops that fit. The employee filled a TINY cup past the brim and then stuffed a lid on it so the top flavor gushed out. By the time I drove home with my ice cream, it had melted all over the place and was just a mess. Serve the ice cream in appropriate sized bowls. It's just ridiculous.

Wow! Yum! Go! Not overly sweetened, decadent flavors, amazing price point for some quality ingredients, and wonderful service. Cheers to this Yelpers xx

I recently had the pleasure of trying the gelato here, and I have to say, it was incredible. The flavors were rich and authentic, and knowing that the ingredients are sourced directly from Italy really adds to the experience. It's clear that a lot of care goes into crafting each scoop. This gelato is easily the second best I've had in my entire life, with the only exception being when I was actually in Italy. If you're a gelato enthusiast or just in the mood for something truly special, this place should be at the top of your list.

Love love love Bacio di Latte! We usually frequent our local Newport location but were thrilled to see another location at Century City too! We love the Belgian Chocolate from here. Its our goto. The gelato isn't cheap, but you're paying for the quality. The gelato from here is reminiscent of the gelato I've had in Italy a few years back so I personally love it. They don't validate unfortunately. Still worth taking a scoop togo!

For an ice cream lover this place hit the spot. It is such a cute place. It's also a must try I mean it was pretty crowded and I see why. The gelato is definitely delicious and they offer a variety of flavors.

Wow! Definitely get the pistachio flavors - it is so creamy and flavorful. I also got the pistachio paste and nuts as well. It is a little more expensive but VERY GOOD. The service was amazing and they let me try a few flavors and helped guide me through the experience. Yum!

I think this might be the best gelato place I've had. Nothing more to say about it. I would definitely come back over and over again. The only critique I have for ice cream places is how they store their product in an ideal temperature. This place does it VERY well. Sometimes there's freezer burn or sometimes it's too melted, but this place is perfect. Generous in their samples and interesting flavors too. Best ice cream I've had? Maybe. It's the most gelato like, aerated ice cream I've had. Nice amount of sweetness too, it doesn't taste like you're just eating sugar even though we all know there is a good amount in ice cream.

So crowded, but for good reason. The gelato here is delicious and made on site. They even have 5-6 vegan flavors, which are mostly sorbets and one rich dark chocolate. The cones are not vegan though. I really appreciate that they let you sample as many flavors as you want. Such a cute interior, too!

Bacio di Latte is a gelato restaurant located in the Westfield mall at Century City. They have a few other locations around LA. The interior is very modern and clean; it gave a slightly luxurious vibe. This specific location had a seating are outside with a fire pit which is great during the winter. The service was great and they were informative when giving us samples, even late at night. Overall, the ambiance and service are great. Gelato We got the regular size for about $10 and it included up to 3 different flavors. We got the coffee, triple chocolate, and olive oil flavors. They have new flavors every so often but I recommend these 3 if available. The gelato is so creamy and rich with flavor. It's a little more expensive but I think it's worth it for the flavor and creaminess of the gelato. Overall, highly recommend trying them out if at the mall. Overall: 5 The ambiance + service: 5/5 The gelato: 5/5 The price: $$

Bacio di Latte at Westfield Century City wasn't just gelato, it was a trip to Italy in a scoop. We tried four flavors - three chocolate (chocoholic alert!), tiramisu, tangy yogurt with cherries, and creamy biscotti - and all were amazing, but the yogurt & cherries was the MVP. It cut through the richness of the others like a cool summer breeze, sending us straight to cobbled Italian streets. Every bite was smooth and dreamy, reminding us of leisurely gelato breaks under Tuscan sun. What really sets Bacio di Latte apart is its Italian soul. The flavors tasted real, just like gelato we had in Italy, and the velvety texture made it clear they use good stuff and know what they're doing. Looking for the best gelato? This is it! The best gelato in the area but at a very high price point. They have so many flavors to choose from and the scoops are quite big My go to is the caramel coffee but the pistachio is a second runner up. The guava is also delicious but currently not on the menu. Please bring it back!

It was my first time going here! Went after having ramen in the plaza and got dessert with the friends. Turns out Gelato can be very pricey haha it's been awhile since I've had some and for the three scoops I got for my cup was just on another level when it came to price but it was very good! I was greeted by the gentleman at the counter and was given samples as it was my first time which is great because I did not know what to get out of all the various flavors to choose from. I forgot what he had said about the difference between the two pistachio but he explained it well that's for sure haha. So I got that and the belgian crunch and sweet cream. I basically got all the flavors that were recommended for optimum enjoyment that worked well together and it was great! The pistachio had the right amount of nutty earthy flavor it wasn't overpowering like when you get pistachio ice cream from thrifty (btw I love that flavor from the thrift brand) it was just right. That earthy flavor paired well with the rich belgian crunch giving it a combination of like sweet and salty the odd one out was the sweet cream I could hardly taste the sweetness which was good to me in my opinion. You don't want to over power the flavor profiling of the whole cup. So to me it was like a cleanser so to speak after each bite of the belgian and pistachio. The guy working my order was a great help and the inside of the story felt very fancy I was quite intimidated haha or at least it was fancy looking bad from that I told myself "oh i feel out of place". For me I give it 4 stars because although the gelato was very good I just can't get with how much it cost.

why on a Sunday afternoon you only have 2 staff working??? i mean read the room!! as a owner you have to see the data with your food traffic! When I asked the staff they said sorry there are only two of us!

The best gelato place in Southern California in my opinion. I have tried many. No one can make it like them. Love it.

What yummy goodness! Bacio di Latte is an adorable gelato and coffee shop located inside the Westfield Century City Mall. They offer a variety of different gelato flavors including vanilla, pistachio, sweet cream with Nutella, and many more. There's also coffee! The space was very clean and the aesthetic was darling. The service was top-notch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered samples and they were patient when I was making my decision. I went with the vanilla on a waffle cone. It was perfect! They offer seating in a really nice outdoor space. You can enjoy your treat there or roam throughout the mall with it. I'm looking forward to trying their coffee, which I'm honestly surprised I didn't get during my visit. But I'll be back!

Words cant describe how good this place is! I discovered this place during Covid lock down and been addicted since then. I literally dream about their gelato. My personal favorites are pistachio and hazelnut chocolate but everything I tried is incredible. Service is fast and friendly. They let you try whatever flavor you like. Super cute shop as well. Highly highly recommended.

Grabbed a cup of gelato for dessert at Bacio di Latte. The place was busy on a Sunday night, with a good line but it went fairly quick. I tried the cookies and cream and the vanilla. The gelato was creamy and delicious. Only negative thing to say about my experience was that the AC was blasting at 8pm at night it felt like we we're in the back freezer. When we left, it was warmer outside than inside the gelato store.. Overall would stop by and grab a cup of gelato for dessert when in the area.

Belgian chocolate - I love love dark chocolate and this hit the spot. rich, creamy, and thick with perfect combo of sweetness and sourness. Service - friendly and offered lots of samples. place was aesthetic and made me feel like I was in Italy. there is usually a line whenever I stop by but it goes pretty fast!

I loved this gelato place! A friend and I visited after lunch during a full day of shopping as we felt like something refreshing was very much needed. Fun fact: I passed by Bacio all the time during my trips at Westfield but I never went inside until now--I should, though...it's so cute! The workers there gave us a rundown of the most popular flavors and what they had available that day. I absolutely loved loved loved the raspberry sorbet and dairy free pistachio gelato, so I ended up with a split scoop--to die for. I take off one star because it is a smaller store that I can imagine being congested at times and it would be great if they offered a little more dairy free options.

What, how is this gelato?! I supposedly had gelato once and it was not memorable so I never cared for it.. until I had Bacio di Latte! This is such a dainty shop located at Westfield Century City in LA. Lines go out the door, so you know it's popular and good. I got the Crema & Biscotti aka cookies & cream and it was delicious! The milk and cream are sourced from Sonoma and the gelatos are made daily to ensure the freshness. There are so many flavors, some unique ones I haven't seen before too. Make sure to ask for samples if you are debating between flavors. Also the waffle cone is to die for; fresh, crunchy, and not too sweet - just the way I like it. Perfect for a hot summer day! Can't wait to come back and try the other flavors.

Definitely recommend this location in particular, always great service. Everyone is always smiling, especially with one employee named Ruby, she's always so friendly and kind! Gelato flavors are amazing and so many more to chose from then other locations.

This one is right near a bunch of restaurants in the Century City mall, so it is perfect after meal dessert place. We ordered the tart yogurt flavor (my favorite as it is not overall sweet), and cantaloupe flavor which has the REAL fruit in it! They have all sorts of other exotic flavors and the staff is very friendly and offers sample taste. They said the cops have a flat price as long as they can be stacked all into one single cup. We paid for $6.5 for two scoops squeezed into one cup lol.

Delicious ice cream! This place has such great choices of gelato that I might have to come back more than few times, because I want to try them all. Their chocolate ice cream variety is amazing and if you don't want anything with dairy, they have great options of those as well. My kid got yogurt with sour cherries and loved it.

We came across this place when we were visiting the mall near our hotel. We had finished dinner and wanted to get something sweet. The line wasn't super long and moved along fairly quickly. My brothers and I got gelato in a cup, two with waffles one without. The gelato was so delicious. I got Giandujotto. Although I wanted to try all the other flavors haha. It is a small shop located in the mall, as seating in the store is not available. But there is mall seating available all around the location. The aesthetics of the place made it look so pretty. I have yet to find a good gelato spot here in Toronto.

Vegas local here; the pistachio gelato here was exceptional compared to other locations! Not too sweet and generous servings. Ruby and the young man working here today were very kind. Atmosphere is clean and sanitary. I'm going to tell all of my family and friends about this location specifically. Worth the 5 hour drive from Vegas!

The best gelato we've ever had! We never had such great experience, Ruby's warm hospitality and beautiful service exceeded our expectations. We've visited two other locations but this location was beyond amazing. Thank you Ruby! We hope to visit again soon.

I got the pistachio and coconut flavor which was my favorite. In the mall people kept asking me where did you get it? So I'll tell you " it is inside the century city mall" . Enjoy your Ice Cream with cone :-D customer service was okay and there was a small line inside the store.

We sampled some flavors that caught our eye, thanks to Valeria for her patience and great service, and eventually found the passion fruit, lemon pie, raspberry chocolate hazelnut and 3 chocolate options to be the most tasty. Compared to Eataly's Il Gelato, it was definitely more sweet overall. We also didn't seem to taste as large chunks of nuts or chocolate chips in the comparable flavors but YMMV. Mmm! Delicious- and fantastic service. If you want organic, creamy Gelato, Bacio di Latte is a fantastic option at Century City.

Bacio di Latte is the best gelato I have ever had in the U.S. I live in San Francisco but will seek out Bacio di Latte every time I go to L.A. The quality and taste is amazing! I hope they spread to the Bay Area.

My boyfriend and I had already gotten ice cream at Jeni's down the street, but because we had never been in the area we decided to walk around to explore. This was when we stumbled across Bacio di Latte, which amazingly didn't have any line. We initially only wanted to browse the flavor offerings but because they all looked so creamy and decadent my boyfriend and I decided to get a second round of desserts!! I thoroughly enjoyed the pistachio which is my favorite flavor. Out of the Dark Chocolate, Hazelnut Chocolate, and Belgian Chocolate my boyfriend liked the Hazelnut the best. He said the Dark Chocolate was a little too dark for his preference, and the Belgian was a little too milky. Overall 10/10 for the creaminess and richness of flavors. I would definitely recommend stopping by!

When there's gelato that is irresistibly creamy and not overly sweet, I have got to tell all my friends. Bacio de Latte is a dreamy wonderland for gelato lovers as there are so many one-of-a-kind flavors to choose from. Whatever flavor you get, you're guaranteed a smooth consistency and excitement with each bite. I especially love their scent and attention to real flavors. There is a private area across the store to settle beside the fireplace that you wouldn't want to skip out on. :)

I ended up going twice in the same week, and I brought my friend who was coming from out of LA this time. She absolutely loved the new fruity sorbets and she got the plum sorbet as well as the pistachio gelato. I also got the pistachio gelato, and my go-to hazelnut (nocciola) gelato. One thing that surprises me every time is how large the piccolo cup size actually is--it looks tiny as the cup itself, but the gelato is stacked high and you realize once you dig your spoon to the bottom of the cup that there's a ton of gelato stuffed in that tiny cup. They never fail to make me come back.

Westfield mall in Culver City is overall anyway a nice open layout mall - even though we have to acknowledge that going to a mall these days may identify you as a boomer! Bummer! And yet it seemed that there were plenty of people across all ages. And that was not only true for parking and the ice cream shop which unquestionably was a high target during the super hot summer days. In any case, there was no way to pass by Bacio di Latte without giving in: as everything would predict the melt in front of your eyes in a heartbeat, the smart choice was to take a cup and choose three of the wonderful flavors. Superb and delicious, and the right thing at the right time.

This cute little gelato shop is in Westfield century city mall. I decided to try it after our early dinner at Javier's. The worker asked if I had any allergies first and I liked how thoughtful it was. I tried strawberry vanilla gelato and mango sorbet. Both were squeezed in a regular cup which was kinda small. But with two scoops it was more than enough for myself. The gelato tasted so delicious and light, probably one of the best I'v ever had! Service was fast and friendly. Will definitely come in for some tasty gelato whenever we shop at this outdoor mall!

Came here right after I had lunch. Sooooo good! So many flavors of gelato to choose from, and they give you nice size portions. I really like the fact that you can mix it up because they give you the option of having 2 flavors in a cup. And, yes, they let you sample before you buy. You can pretty much sample it all, but I didn't have to. I knew what I wanted. By the way, the people who work here are great, too. Very patient.
