I really loved my place on Main street. Wood floors, open concept, and lots of windows to shine lots of light in! I had a porch that I could sit on in the summer time so I could relax, read a book, paint, etc. It had that cozy/homey feeling that I love to come home to!! Also, loved the fact that I lived downtown. So, I was close to my favorite coffee shop and could enjoy watching the parades that would come by while having a free seat at my place. The ONLY downfall and reason why I gave it four stars was the fact that I had lived in a unit that was above a restaurant. It was VERY NOISY (couldn't sleep until the staff left) and was woken up involuntarily in the morning to the sound of bass/drums of the repeated songs that were being played- Fleetwood Mac, MC Hammer, and Billy Joel (or my alarm clock music). So, I never got an efficient amount of rest. Also, I could hear all of their conversations and knew exactly what they were talking about or who they were talking about. At first it did not bother me when I moved in, but then it started to get old when it was a constant battle to ask them respectfully to turn down their music. Otherwise, Gronen itself was amazing and maintenance was always at the top of their game! I would choose Gronen again, but would carefully take a closer look at my surroundings.
