Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel in Tuscany! Staff service was phenomenal and the rooms are beautiful. Great restaurant and bar and of course the thermal pool and spa are spectacular (get the mud scrub/olive oil massage). I was lucky enough to meet the management team and they are true hospitality professionals. Thank you for a magical stay!

Had a fantastic time at this resort! The staff were great. The food was amazing and it was a completely five star experience. The rooms are small but you are in Europe. The breakfast was great. The large thermal pool was amazing and the restaurant by the large pool was great and reasonable. The relaxing massage was fantastic and we toured the Grotta (underground cavern) which was fascinating. Hope to go back

Outstanding experience. The staff, food, rooms, service and the very well maintained thermal spa is an amazing experience. Helps you rejuvenate and relax. Would come back again and again if I can. Highly recommended

What an amazing place, pure relaxation start to finish. The thermal grotto was out of this world and a unique experience. The outdoor thermal pool was just the right temperature and the jacuzzi seats were a real bonus. The cafe served lovely food and the back and neck massage just the right level of pressure.

I had a little small issue with AC. The night staff were incredibly kind and had me in to another room immediately. The following day, the general manager found me by the pool and apologized profusely. I was then offered a drink and it was delivered. I was offered a new accommodation. My new room was upgraded and fabulous. Not only that, I received a handwritten note with a beautiful fruit tray that evening again apologizing. Stuff breaks… But I have traveled my whole life and never ever received this level of customer service . This is a hotel I will come back to again and again they truly know what taking care of their customers is about! p.s Their bartender is an extraordinary talent, as are their chiefs. They were very accommodating to creating dishes and drinks that were not on their menu for us. My heart felt thanks Grotta Giusti Thermal Spa Resort.

Friends brought us to this hotel. I trusted their knowledge and previous experiences before it was a Mariot-destination. The location and the cooking is to recommend. But the service and the frendliness of the staff is really bad. It takes long before staff is asking to serve you. The first day at the outdoor pool, double invoices appeared, altough I paid already the first one in cash. At the same table joined a friend who ordered extra. At the end he received the bill and more than 146 € was twice claimed! ||When we discussed with the serving staff, they were very unfriendy. The next evening we were dining in the restaurant. After the aperitifs, we received the first bill, to pay immediately those drinks. As we were hotel residents for several days our creditcards were asked at the check-in as guanrantee. Dinner at the same table and with the same number of guests, could not be combined with the drinks. ||The last day the bar at the pool, was "closed" for the weather? |So, a bad experience and I will never go back as a repeat visitor.|Mark Wentein, Belgium

Room was on the small side, we got a queen bed which was 2 twins, beds were very comfortable, pillows were a little flat because they were down feathers. Services is immaculate, you have someone that greets you right away with glass of presecco and they automatically grab your bags. The thermal grotto in the basement is what set this hotel apart and the spa amenities were the icing on the cake. All pools are heated, spa amenities include multiple saunas(cold/hot), bath and also a thermal pool. We got stone massages that ran us $160 a person, most services were $130 and up. Bar was beautiful, the bar tender was super knowledgeable and friendly. Prices weren’t listed, Drinks were $15-20 each so it was a little on the expensive side, but we ordered top shelf. We never tried the restaurant, but the town is walking distance with multiple restaurants. I absolutely loved it, it was romantic and surroundings were tranquil and stunning.

Very nice hotel if you have a room overlooking the premises and not the backyard to the north. First class beds (unusual in Italy) and very quiet if there are no guests in the neighboring rooms....||What we did not like: The hotel pool, although mid of May, was empty and closed only the thermal pool was open. the latter one may be nice during cold weather but is no alternative during summer time.|The restaurant at dinner serves micro-dishes with a full-size price tag, If you don't order the full 4 course menu you will go away starving; unfortunately it is not to everyone’s likening to eat pasta ahead of fish, also you might like a main course bigger than 3 bites... (The food was excellent though!)|Same restaurant at breakfast isn't much better; a very limited choice of everything and what’s gone is gone, even 90 minutes before the end nothing was replenished. No fried eggs, no omelets only scrambled eggs if you came in time...

Thermal spa is really like a lukewarm bath, not really warm enough to soak on a cold winter day as you never warm up. The entire time I was trying to hover over a hot water outlet to warm up and never did. The steam rooms have very limited capacity and there was a line to get in so not a great option either. The grotto itself is pretty cool and at the back more like a steam room. Food in the cafe is good, if overpriced, but about what you'd expect from a tourist destination. I'd only recommend this in the warmer months of spring and fall. Winter is too cold and the baths aren't warm enough to be comfortable, and in the summer would be too hot and humid to be enjoyable.

LOVED OUR STAY. The property is beautiful. The staff is very helpful. The beds were beyond comfortable. We literally couldn't get out of them. The restaurant is also very, very good! The food was delicious and service impeccable. Its only an hour drive to Florence and about an hour to Chianti. Honestly, you need to make this a priority on your next trip to Italy because you will NOT be disappointed. Also omg the Olive Oil they grow and produce is WOWZA!

A very nice property. Room was very nice and had lots of room. The thermal pools were very relaxing and area was really clean. We loved the hotel bar and ate the restaurant one night.

The Antistress for Two Spa Package was worth every penny We didn't stay at the hotel, but this package is an all day event. We could arrive at 10 am and stay until 6 pm. We arrived around 4 pm, since we visited Pisa first. We got into the thermal pool, unfortunately started thundering and we had to leave. We went to the cafe next to the pool and had wine, while we waited for our scheduled time in the caves. The caves are a little small, but worth the experience. After this we were able to go back in the pool for about half an hour before our massage. I would definitely go back to this place again!

Went there in 2011...LOVE LOVE LOVE....Im a avid spa lover and this place is just wonderful. The hubs and I were originally headed to hang out in montecatini terme,but there was some festival going on and parking was madness..so we passed...went to my trusty tripadvisor and found this jewel..as you roll through rustic looking villages...you approach this bella villa...ahhh...the mineral pools are so stress extracting, the rooms are so so lovely as well as the food in the restaurant...tip...men have to wear a suit jacket...been buggin the hubs..i want to return back.
