Groundworks from Houston Texas... We had our whole house leveled and they even finished before scheduled time. We were pleased with the crew, Ian,Thomas, Will, Tyler and Charles. They were Very professional and courteous. They all worked so hard! My husband checked on them often and they always were wonderful and welcomed his questions. He was pleased with all of them. Ian the head guy way very polite and was such a gentleman when he came in the house and was even patient with my dogs. God bless him. Mitch, who came and gave the estimate was very knowledgeable and nice. He explained everything so that we understood and answered all questions. The company that did their loans, was easy and offered a plan that was perfect. We were pleased with the price and the type of leveling process. We had several quotes from other companies that offered the same type of foundation work and Groundworks were the best price. They plan to come check things later and make sure things are still good. Highly recommend Groundworks!!! The process from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. We received several bids for our 1910 home with basement walls cracking and water penetrating. There was also an addition on our home and the foundation was settling and they addressed that as well. We visited with Sheldon in our home and he was more than willing to come back out and visit again when we had additional questions. The crew doing the work showed up every day and completed the extensive job in a matter of days. The foreman, James, communicated daily about the plans and the goal for the day. He checked in often to make sure we were okay with everything. James (Foreman), Paul (Co-Foreman), and Tyler (Installer) were all very capable and knew their jobs well. I was amazed at how proficient the crew of three worked. I wanted to wait to leave a review to see how the workmanship held up with some time passing but everything is still great. We've had some pretty substantial rain and the waterproofing is doing its job! I also wanted to mention the quality of products Groundworks uses. This is not a cheap fix with below standard products. They use high quality products. What sold us as customers was the overall price but not skimping on the quality, the warranty staying with the home and transferring to a new owner, thus adding value to our home, and the payment plan. We signed up for the 24 month no interest and no payments due. As long as I have it paid off by the expiration date, we won't pay interest. Working as a realtor, this payment plan works great for me. Working as a realtor, I see a lot of foundation jobs done by smaller companies and then when they are bought out by larger companies, the warranty doesn't transfer. This was very important to me to feel like we weren't going to lose the warranty. Groundworks is the fastest growing foundation company, so we weren't worried about signing up, having the work done, and then losing the warranty. Five stars from Wilson, KS!!!

Think Twice Before Hiring Groundworks I hesitated to write this review because, to be fair, Groundworks has some genuinely good employees — I met a few and appreciated their professionalism. But this review isn’t about the people. It’s about the company itself. A few months ago, I hired Groundworks for foundation repair. The total cost? $20,000. A serious investment, but one I believed was necessary. Before the work began, I had Air & Drain Works perform a hydrostatic test to check for plumbing leaks. The results came back clean — no issues. After Groundworks completed the foundation lift, Air & Drain Works returned for a post-test. That’s when the trouble started. The lifting process had caused a leak. A costly one. The repair estimate? Over $10,000. I reached out to Groundworks multiple times, hoping for some accountability or at least a conversation. Nothing. No returned calls. No follow-up. It’s amazing how responsive they are when they’re trying to win your business — and how silent they become when you need help after the fact. So here’s my advice: if you’re considering foundation work, look elsewhere. Find a company that stands by their work after the job is done — especially when their actions lead to expensive consequences. If this review makes even one person reconsider, then maybe Groundworks will realize that ignoring customers after the check clears isn’t a sustainable business model.

"Exceptional Service and Quality Foundation Repair!" I couldn't be more pleased with the foundation repair service I received on Oct.9-10 2025. From start to finish, the team lead by Thomas N, professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. with his other team, Ian J, William M. and Tyler W. They took the time to explain the process in detail and answered all my 100 questions, making me feel completely confident in the work being done. The repair itself was done quickly, with a high level of safety taken into factor. but with precision and care, and the results have been amazing! I’ve noticed a huge improvement in the stability of my home. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly after the job, leaving no mess behind. I highly recommend this company for anyone dealing with foundation issues. Their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to quality made all the difference. I've been working with Dillon on getting water issues solved. He's quick to respond and figure out what was needed. Josh and David were the Team sent - they put in a new sump pump and a perimeter system to keep water from getting in. Josh is great at explaining the job as they worked. November 11, 2025 Update - Today Groundworks completed the second part of our project - the caulking of several control joints along our sidewalk and driveway, along with lifting a portion of the sidewalk that had dropped a few inches. Damien A. and Laz C. did a great job! The quality of the work was excellent, and Damien and Laz were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and respectful. I am extremely pleased with the work product. Original Review - We had a great experience with Sheldon and his crew. They installed 5 piers to stabilize a portion of our foundation. The foundation is now stable, and you cannot even tell they completed the work. The project included re-pouring a portion of brushed aggregate concrete near our front door and they did an excellent job matching the existing concrete. Finally, Sheldon and his crew were hard working, professional and courteous. I highly recommend Groundworks and Sheldon's outstanding crew.

The crew was great they walked us thru every step of the process answering all questions we had to our full understanding. They clean up and showed us how the complete system worked after all work was completed making us feel comfortable and confident. Great guys they worked as a team Thanks for all your hard work. Contacted groundworks for inspection concerning concrete pad leveling. Had the inspection done within a week. Had a little trouble with scheduling the work, weather and the likes. Front office was great to work with during this time. Finally was able to get the work started. The tech, Colton, was great to work with on site, very professional. After going over what work was to be done and how it was to be accomplished, Colton started. The job consisted of leveling several slabs of concrete leading into the garage that had settled over time, a small job. He completed it in about 45 minutes. The finished work looks good and the concrete is back to it's original position. I would and will recommend groundworks to anyone in need of concrete repairs. Pleased with the service I received from this branch of groundworks out of Bozeman, Mt.
