Groundworks from Houston Texas... We had our whole house leveled and they even finished before scheduled time. We were pleased with the crew, Ian,Thomas, Will, Tyler and Charles. They were Very professional and courteous. They all worked so hard! My husband checked on them often and they always were wonderful and welcomed his questions. He was pleased with all of them. Ian the head guy way very polite and was such a gentleman when he came in the house and was even patient with my dogs. God bless him. Mitch, who came and gave the estimate was very knowledgeable and nice. He explained everything so that we understood and answered all questions. The company that did their loans, was easy and offered a plan that was perfect. We were pleased with the price and the type of leveling process. We had several quotes from other companies that offered the same type of foundation work and Groundworks were the best price. They plan to come check things later and make sure things are still good. Everyone from beginning to end have been amazing in our foundation repair!! Huge shout out to Mark V, Matthew and Patrick for the amazing work they did and the clean up afterwards. They were all so nice and informative along the way. 5 stars is definitely not enough!!

I hired Groundworks to fix a water problem in my basement bedroom. JP Walker was the rep that gave me the estimate. I liked his plan to put the sump pump flush with the floor so I could carpet over it and to send the discharge out behind some trees in my yard. They did not do either. When I contacted the company they said JP had been fired due to similar problems in the past with misrepresenting project plans. A representative made an appointment to come look at my project, but he had to reschedule. He never got back to me. I contacted the company again. A representative came out and told me the job had been done as promised. In the end, it was a lot of work, time, and money spent, and the job was not done as promised. I wish I would’ve went with another company.

I've been working with Dillon on getting water issues solved. He's quick to respond and figure out what was needed. Josh and David were the Team sent - they put in a new sump pump and a perimeter system to keep water from getting in. Josh is great at explaining the job as they worked. He and David work well together to get the job done. Thank you everyone Leslie N

November 11, 2025 Update - Today Groundworks completed the second part of our project - the caulking of several control joints along our sidewalk and driveway, along with lifting a portion of the sidewalk that had dropped a few inches. Damien A. and Laz C. did a great job! The quality of the work was excellent, and Damien and Laz were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and respectful. I am extremely pleased with the work product. Original Review - We had a great experience with Sheldon and his crew. They installed 5 piers to stabilize a portion of our foundation. The foundation is now stable, and you cannot even tell they completed the work. The project included re-pouring a portion of brushed aggregate concrete near our front door and they did an excellent job matching the existing concrete. Finally, Sheldon and his crew were hard working, professional and courteous. I highly recommend Groundworks and Sheldon's outstanding crew.

Had to fix sagging main beam under my living room. Groundworks Jacob Boca came out crawled under my house n confirmed that the beam was sagging because it was only supported by 2 small 2 by 4 post on cement. Built in 1985. The beam was also coming out of cement ends scary. He explained what needs to be done.schedule a time n price. They came out n installed 5 lifts with cement n gravel base. He kept in touch n answered all my calls n text. Never ignored me n was polite n patient. The crew did a great job n where fun to be around. They repaired the floor n cleaned up everything. I'm very happy with. The job they did . Price was more than fair as my brother use to do work like this in the past. Also have a 25 years warranty. Thank u guys.

Workers were in and out in under 2 weeks. Work for under the house was great. But during construction, they managed to break a completely visible water line and had to turn our water off. It took them hours to find a part and fix it and even told us they may not be able to fix it in a good amount of time. They ended up fixing it in a timely manner and it was fine. They ALSO completely ripped out the electrical wires that ran down our driveway connecting electricity to our light posts all down our driveway. We got a quote from our electrician who was helping in the project to put outlets under the house. THEY REFUSED THE QUOTE. So they said they’d have their own electrician come take a look, which was interesting because because they told us that we had to find our own for the project under the house… that electrician said they’d hang the wires back up BUT NOT CONNECT THE ELECTRICITY?!?! and they’re only going to give us a couple 100$ back for the damage.. so now we have to pay out of pocket to an electrician for something THE BROKE and THEY RUINED because they refuse to fix what they messed up. Great that they were so quick to fix under the house, but damaging someone’s property and then refusing to fix it? Completely unacceptable.

I had little more than sent an after-hours online inquiry to Groundworks when I got a call from their representative. Mike Olney then met me at 9 o’clock the very next morning to assess the foundation issues I was having. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable, and I was quite impressed with his very thorough inspection process aided by the high-tech instruments he used to check elevations. He was not high pressure at all; he just presented the findings, repair options, cost and payment options/terms and then left it to me to decide. Groundworks may not be the least expensive foundation repair company out there, but based on my brief dealings with them thus far, they are a very professional and have a first class operation. Many thanks to Groundworks and Mike for the very punctual communication and overall pleasant experience.
