The enrollment system you have in place is flawed and deliberately confusing to consumers. An ethical business would have taken my comments that I only need this for four weeks and this many hours (no longer) to complete my course requirements as an opportunity to end the subscription immediately, so there would be no further charges. I should have read the reviews, and I would have seen that this is a common practice for this business. The therapy sessions would start late. Each session was a repeat of the previous session because anyone can hop in at any time. There is no growth with minimal guidance. It's extremely inappropriate for a business, let alone a counseling service, to conduct business this way. I will inform my program director to warn future students about your terrible business model. Instead of treating a customer appropriately and providing a useful service, you have scammed them out of money and what was promised. Instead of refunding my $340 and providing quality service, you will now have a University that won't recommend you (the opposite, actually), a bad review that will lead other potential buyers away, and still lose my $340 after everything is said and done. I hope your business practices are worth it. No business model like this stays in business. Probably why only one other person was in my group each time I attended. FYI. If you were also scammed out of your money, contact your credit card company, and they will fight the charge for you. They have plenty of bad reviews for the same practice to justify the bank recouping your money.
