I stopped in to purchase a card and found my favorite French pharmacy brand Nuxe!!! It's a true gem of a store. Staff are sweet and kind and love their window displays.

Run here - have a fantastic range of hair and skincare products - all of the french classics. A MUST visit. I just got this French cult classic cream Biafine - totally worth the hype

I’ve been purchasing my medicines from the pharmacy from last two years. Wide variety of products. Such a professional and cooperative staff. I would recommend this pharmacy for any clinical purchases or prescriptions.

I’m a long-term local residence and I also work in the healthcare field. This pharmacy is excellent they have an amazing retail selection, their windows are probably some of the nicest in the city and are all traded towards the season and the customer service is top-notch. They always seem to have the pharmaceuticals that you need and the pharmacy counter is really friendly, the services prompt, and they answer all questions asked. Some of those ridiculous big bucks pharmacy store should try to mimic what this place does if they want to keep their good reputations.

Beautiful selection of hair ornaments, beauty products, jewel colored mesh bags, fancy soap etc. The owners and staff are helpful. They create gorgeous holiday windows, a practice possibly dating back to when the West Village retail shops competed for the most outstanding holiday windows.

This is the quintessential "mom and pop" pharmacy. They carry high end hair and skin products along with lesser known product lines. Plus a ton of all natural alternatives. But the reason I love it the most is because the staff is super sweet, kind and helpful. They know who you are and always offer me smiles and pleasant conversation.

I tried every big box pharmacy in the area. A pharmacy’s a pharmacy I thought, and generally a lousy experience. Wrong! Grove works with you — they follow up and never keep you waiting. The nicest team ! Can’t rate highly enough!

I have been using this pharmacy for several years and I have no problems. The employees are friendly and the pharmacists are helpful.

I thought I had found a nice mom and pop local drug store in my new neighborhood. However, the manager I spoke with this past Saturday was horribly rude. I did not ask his name. In the past I have found this place to be friendly and helpful so might give it another try.

I wish I could give them 6 stars. I got a flu shot here today after several other drug chains said they had no vaccine. The pharmacist who administered the shot for me at Grove was skilled, intelligent, kind, and a gentle, lovely person. The shot was painless, and quick, and he informed me of all the possible side effcts...After even this brief conversation with him I wanted to hang out, chat, and be friends. Such lovely people here.

This is how a pharmacy should be!! They are so nice and friendly. I used to go to Duane Reade and there was long wait times on the phone, long lines, etc. it's so much better of an experience here. Great pharmacy and highly recommend!

There is something reminiscent about Grove Drugs to the drug stores, rather, apothecaries, I used to have in and around my hometown growing up. While there is a focus on fully serving patients looking for their prescription needs, the amount of high end skin and body care products is insane! I can't lie: I do love Crabtree & Evelyn, though I relate that more to my grandmother as I grew up. Haaa. (Lily of the Valley body lotion? Forget about it! I'm done. I'll buy that in bulk!) They also carry Ahava; the beau, who frequents Grove to pick up certain prescriptions of his, is a fan. He is surely happy to get his pills AND products there! It's very small, homey, cozy, and has your bases covered.

This place is really easy to miss as they don't have signage. Walk in, though, and it's floor-to-ceiling fancy drugstore items. Smells nice. I've been here twice to get a prescription filled/refilled, and the staff was helpful - even though I didn't have my prescription card yet. The last time I went in there was a gentleman speaking with the cashier about something random and she was nice enough to interrupt the conversation to help me out. There's a sign that says they take any insurance that CVS accepts, which is cool because I'd rather support a small business than CVS. I haven't purchased anything other than my insurance-covered prescriptions yet, but I would go here to buy a nice greeting card or fancy gift soaps.

The real deal! I love Grove and travel from uptown to use them as my pharmacy. It makes such a difference to be greeted by name and have a pharmacist to consult with any questions or concerns. The store is very well curated with every product and line imaginable. It's a lovely shop and so much better than the chains. Caterina is wonderful, too!

Jerry at Grove Drugs is an amazing pharmacist. We were visiting from California and have insurance that is not covered in NY. Our daughter needed antibiotics. My insurance gave us a very hard time. Jerry called our insurance/doctor to get it sorted out. He also called me to let me know that the insurance company delayed the prescription transfer. It all worked out in the end but Jerry saved us hours. Also this pharmacy is very clean and nice inside.

We recently moved to the neighborhood, and I sought out this particular drug store because we like to support local, family owned businesses. My son is medically involved, and once we got his prescriptions transferred to the pharmacy, the pharmacist was extraordinarily helpful. She even waited an extra 10 minutes after closing time, for me to pick up our first order of my son's medications. She was warm, and helpful -- she had advice, and even sent everything home with a lollipop inside. Not surprised at all the wonderful reviews. Seems like an amazing, place, and while we have only been there a few times, we so appreciate being made to feel like we matter, and that the person behind the counter truly cares.

These guys go above and beyond. Old school service. Personal, kind, caring and have helped me in a pinch when I couldn't get there much sooner than closing time. It doesn't get better than Grove.

Great service and an amazingly large selection- they always have everything I'm looking for even though it's a small store. The hours aren't as extensive as I'd like but I make the effort to support this local spot. They've been around for ages and do wonderful Holiday windows.

I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for 12 years. How is it that I didn't write a glowing review sooner! They provide a first-class, personalized, and caring customer experience. Whenever I walk in the door, there is a friendly smile, and I am greeted by name. In addition, they handle submitting my prescription expenses to my health insurance company, and there is never a problem. This business is exceptional in its quality!

The best. I'm a 20 year customer, and even though i moved out of the neighborhood, i refuse to change pharmacy. wonderful staff.

The kindest people. Haven't been here in years- but every Christmas my family would come in and buy a couple Christmas ornaments during December- they would remember us each year we'd come back. So glad to have found the location again. Thank you friends!
