Groves has been cleaning our home for over a year and we can't say enough about how great a job they've done!

The 2 staff members worked very hard on the bathroom. They made it shine again They are very friendly and dedicated to the job. I give them 5 Gold Star .

Be very careful when seeking cleaning services from Groves. We requested a deep clean in advance of real estate showings. The checklist of services we requested included everything we needed for a deep clean. The service team arrived on time, but failed to complete many of the items listed on the checklist and many of the items they did complete were not fully completed. At lunch we received a call from the owner and were told that the crew was only supposed to be doing a "move out" clean which meant the house was expected to be empty (this is not what the checklist and proposal said). In the end we did not get what we paid for and were blamed for the confusion with the crew. I would have been much happier if the crew had stopped upon arrival and tried to clarify the cleaning type before they started. Don't know if we got the wrong crew, but the checklist was very clear to us and we did not get what we paid for.

Poor communication and rude staff. They ran super late and seemed a little bit high. A worker disappeared during the shift for longer than 15. I was not impressed and don't recommend.

Where to begin?? The were the utmost kind and charming people! Very efficiant at their jobs and worked with due diligence to get it all accomplished in a timely fashion. The professionalism in which they handled themselves was refreshing. Other than the one or two breaks they never left the store. David and Rose were fantastic !

Made multiple calls to schedule Cleaning carpets with no answer and no return calls back. Spoke personally with the owner at one point and he made excuses and accused his staff which was very un professional. Chose not to waste our time and moved on to another service. fast forward some....turns out a couple months later he needs the help of my company! So we schedule to come out to his business and give an estimate/service. We show up on time and ready to Work when he isn't even there and has not informed his staff. We were not allowed to do anything per the staff denying us access since they didn't know about it. So we wasted our time again. He would not respond to calls or messages. Finally The owner calls us weeks later wanting to have us come out again. At this point we said, well you have a balance due for making us run out and not meeting us. He lost his cool and degraded my employees then hung up on them. I get involved and call him personally where he makes the excuses as to why he wasn't there (had his child that day) He coulda called and rescheduled but no. Regardless, we move on and I say I will waive the fee from the visit and we will try again. Once again we go the extra step. So then when we come back out and he tries stealing my employee and paying him to render the service without the use of my company!! He even messages me wanting a cheaper rate after my employee denied the Scheme. He never used us for the job. We made two trips out that cost my company. This is one sad individual that is running what use to be a great company into the ground. The owner is not a very good small business owner at all. Very cheap, inconsiderate and flat out rude. Do not waste your time. Small business owner around here take care of one another but this guy is a piece of work!

I've used Groves Cleaning for years and would trust no one else with my carpets. Very efficient and professional.
