Nice outdoor place with a peaceful and green vibe. The food is tasty and looks different from regular dishes. Loved the chicken wings and dumplings the most. Great spot to chill and enjoy good food with friends.

We’ve been on the hunt for a relaxed spot with delicious food and standout mocktails—and a friend recommended Grumps. Let me tell you, we practically sampled half the menu, and every dish was a hit! The mocktails were fantastic too (they’re famous for their cocktails, but since we don’t drink, we tried all four of their mocktails—and loved them all). I’m officially a fan. Just a heads-up: it gets super crowded, especially on weekends, so make a reservation before you go! Chicken wings and Lamb kababs are my top favourites in the food menu.

If you’re looking for great drinks and a chill vibe, Grumps Bar is a solid pick. Funky Town and the Urrak Song were the clear standouts bold, refreshing, and full of character. The rest of the cocktails (Baby One More Time, Killing Me Softly, Smooth Criminal, Aperol Spritz) were also well-crafted. The food was decent the Steamed Chonak and Prawn & Crab Toast were excellent, but a few dishes like the Crispy Chicken Rice didn’t really hit the mark. Desserts were a nice touch, especially the Creme Brulee and Strawberries & Cream. Overall, it’s more of a spot to enjoy creative cocktails than a full on dining experience but for drinks and good energy, it’s definitely worth a visit.

MUST VISIT. Best food I've had in a while. Great service and great drinks too. I really can't think of a single bad thing, or even a single 'not great' thing. Not sure but probably reservation needed on busy nights. DRINKS - amazing We had a couple of cocktails and one drink from the no/low ABV menu, and they were perfect. I love the idea of low ABV options (using yuzu and other mild liquors) - hope to see it more often. FOOD - oh dear god Avo Wonton Tostada - 10/10 (best avocado anything I've had - great to start with) Crispy Smashed Potato - 9/10 (perfect savoury bar snack) Grumps Som Tam - 9/10 (refreshing - tangy spicy Thai style salad) Butter Garlic Prawns - 10/10 (served with a bread which soaks up the gravy) Boneless chicken wings - 8/10 (nice take on chicken wings - stuffed with cheese and chicken and herbs, but I wish it was spicier) Crème Brûlée - 9/10 (just melts in your mouth) We're light eaters so we didn't get to the mains. SERVICE - as good as it gets very helpful, courteous, and friendly ATMOSPHERE - good vibes, everyone was having fun It was around 5.5k for this and maybe a couple things I'm missing - worth every cent for me.

Grumps in Goa offers a delightful dining experience that seamlessly blends innovative Asian-inspired tapas with a charming, rustic ambiance. The Kimchi Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Hot Sichuan Honey stands out as one of the most memorable dishes I've tasted in years—an impeccable fusion of flavors that leaves a lasting impression. Equally impressive is the Char-Grilled Broccoli, which elevates a simple vegetable to an exceptional culinary delight. The restaurant's setting, housed in a restored 1930s outhouse, exudes a sense of history and character. The thoughtful restoration preserves the original charm while providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The menu, though concise, is precisely curated and paired with a great vibe, delivering on both fronts. The service is quick and efficient, ensuring that guests feel well taken care of throughout their visit. For those seeking a unique and memorable dining experience in Goa, Grumps is a must-visit destination.

The food was beyond excellent. Diksha was a very very very delightful and helpful host. She recommended foods and every recommendation exceeded the flavor of the item before. The food was tasty, very well spiced, and all had that extra kick to make it the right dish to enjoy. Definitely coming back. 100% recommended.
