An excellent experience at Grünewald Chef’s Table. The food and service were outstanding, the timing between courses was perfect, and the dishes were beautifully presented. Truly memorable and highly recommended.

Was very curious about this place after reading that salty 1-star review. Honestly, we had the most amazing time. Wonderful staff, amazing food and just the right level of creativity. We’re a young couple but did not feel out of place even for a second. Chef passed by all guests to have a quick chat and team felt passionate about their work. 10/10 would recommend and probably come again. We went for the 8-course option and not a single course disappointed.

Tastebuds were absolutely charmed by the food served. Presentation in the plates were okay but didn't matter since it was so delicious. The restaurant is pricey but it's totally worth the try! The chef himself explains to you the menu and options. The drinks pairing is inventive, surprising and well elaborated. This is the perfect restaurant experience for those of us who enjoy great food in a cosy atmosphere.

Very nice restaurant if you enjoy watching the cooks doing their magic. Food was very good, but i had better ones at 1☆ restaurant. It's great to see the cooks in action, but it would be even better if they would explain a bit more what they are doing. But maybe that's a special request as I like to learn about becoming better cooking.

Best 1-Star restaurant I’ve been so far. Great athmosphere, cool chats, and above all, amazing food! Go for the complete menu, you’d really miss something.

We had a great evening with amazing food and fantastic service. The atmosphere is relaxed, warm, and sitting *in* the kitchen makes it very intimate, almost interactive. If you have an opportunity to enjoy the creativity of Clovis Degrave and his team, take it!

I strongly disagree with the two “one-star” reviews posted by a young lady and her companion, who both attended the special gastronomic street food event at the Chef’s Table on the evening of October 10th. Their low rating stems from pure frustration and wounded pride, compounded by a disappointing lack of etiquette. I was present that evening and was shocked by the couple’s behavior. They spent over 10 minutes arguing about the fact that coffee was charged separately and wasn’t included in the fixed dining fee. Their petty dispute over the price of an 8-euro coffee disrupted the wonderful atmosphere for everyone else seated around the “kitchen.” Instead of embracing the overall vibe, ambiance, and exceptional food quality, they allowed a minor issue to overshadow the entire experience. The restaurant offers a truly unique experience in Luxembourg. The chef and his team operate at a world-class level, consistently delivering innovative and outstanding creations. This particular event featured a special menu, showcasing gastronomic street food from various regions. Each dish was meticulously crafted, and the main course, a "Kefte," was absolutely mind-blowing—easily one of the top 10 dishes I've ever tasted. The dishes were expertly paired with cocktails, all of which exceeded my expectations. The cocktail pairing, priced at 42 euros for five drinks, was more than reasonable. The menu itself, priced at 85 euros, was also incredibly fair. The overall ambiance was reminiscent of top-tier venues in New York or London, with a DJ skillfully adjusting the music to match the regions represented by the dishes. It was an exceptional evening, filled with phenomenal food, outstanding service, and a memorable atmosphere. I feel genuinely sorry for the hardworking team who put so much effort into creating such a remarkable experience, only to have it marred by a couple arguing over an 8-euro coffee. Keep up the fantastic work—it is deeply appreciated!
