My husband and I came for dinner on our 11 year anniversary. We were greeted by a lovely hostess and seated quickly. Our waiter Antonio was amazing! He was friendly and didn't make us feel rushed. He genuinely wanted us to have a great experience. The food was the best Mexican food we have had in a long time! My husband absolutely loved the shrimp tacos! I enjoyed the cheese enchiladas! The rojo sauce is to die for! We will definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends and family! We look forward to coming back!

My co worker recommend this place. It was really Good place. They had table side salsa made in front of you. Which was cool Salsa was really good authentic fresh. I ordered the Ultimo Fajita skillet. It was Loaded it came with beef fajitas , chicken, pork, and shrimp all on a bed of grilled onions and bell peppers. Great taste it was a good especially the pork. It was probably enough for 2 people. It came with refried beans and rice guacamole, and sour cream. Flour tortillas where great too. Everything was good. For about $30. Excellent place.

The food was great. The chips were hot and fresh. I had the Carnitas with a side of green sauce and it was terrific. I had a skinny margarita, which was great. The service was good considering how busy it was. I will definitely be going back.

Google
It was great service, Great environment but food was absolutely horrible. When I got it. It was completely cold As well

The flavor 9f the red sauce is amazing. You get beans with your chips. I even got sour cream, one of the best places I have eaten at.

It’s a relatively small establishment but does have a Mexican restaurant feel. The steak was cooked well but lacked a tremendous amount of seasoning and flavor. The beans and rice were tasty but could have been a bit warmer. The garlic shrimp dish also lacked seasoning. However, the shrimp were cooked perfectly. The server was personable and very attentive to our needs. The portions were adequate and priced accordingly. Overall, the food wasn’t bad just ok.

Google
This is located inside Boulder Station. This a nice little restaurant. The menu has a few different options to choose from. Tortillas, Fajitas, tacos, surf and turf, and some different styles of soup. The tortillas were excellent freshly made, along side with steak. Shrimp wrapped in bacon with cheese melting out of them. Offers a variety of Margaritas to drink. The fried ice cream was delicious, cinnamon tasting with a crumbling crust to it with the right amount of sweet to tantalize your taste buds. It was just under $60.00 for 2 people. Would not suggest for a quick bite, more like a dinner with your boyfriend or friends. A place you can sit down to talk, enjoy your meal, and relax.

We really enjoy the food here, and got great service for a long time. However, a few months ago we came in and the service we got from Enrique was less than stellar. He didn’t greet us, spoke to us as little as possible, and flashed us a “thumbs up” instead of checking on us and our food. We did notice him interacting fully with his other tables, which was disconcerting. After that visit we just quit going. Yesterday we decided to go back, as we always enjoyed the food. We were seated and one guess who our server was.. yep, Enrique. The service was only slightly better to begin with. But when we finally got the chance to let him know we were ready for the check, he hands it to us and, as we had been waiting, glanced at it and handed him the credit card. When he brought it back to sign, we noticed a completely different check had been charged, for quite a bit more than ours. He did refund it, but would not provide us with any kind of void or refund receipt, and his explanation for why he couldn’t provide it was sketchy at best. It did get credited the following day. I think that although we really like the food, we will probably not be back again. MAKE SURE YOU VERIFY THE CHECK BEFORE PAYING. And GET THE MOLCAJETE!

Yelp
We were seated right away. You're served a large serving of tortillas chips along with salsa and beans. Eggs cooked to my preference, beans were a bit dry, meat was very tender and tasty. Overall very good. Coffee was very delicious. The one complaint is the playlist if we're in a Mexican restaurant, I prefer listening to Mexican music not merengue/ salsa music. I thought I was at a club.

Gloria L.

Yelp
Sometimes, it's what you order that may give a not so stellar review. The reviews were good for Guadalajara and it was close so we thought we'd try it. I had the albondigas and my son had the burrito. The burrito was very good. The albondigas-not so much. It had an off taste thar wasn't good. I might go back. Service was really good and the server so nice. The ambiance was not pleasant. The fans were going and the music was so loud, it was hard to talk. The workers can't change any of it. I'm sure it's controlled by the casino.

Yelp
What happened to the pitchers of margaritas? That was sad! Food was ok.. used to like to come here.. but alas..... Better times and food at lindo Michoacán on desert Inn!

Yelp
Horrible service from manager Lorena. We came in on Nov 28th 8:10pm. Thanksgiving day. First we were not greeted for a long time. When we asked for a table for 13 guests right away we felt unwelcome by Lorena, rolling her eyes. She replied to us "we close at 9" mind you it's 810pm at this point. She walks away and comes back 5 mins later and asks again if we are sure we want to eat there because now they close at 845. She then tells us how with our group we cannot split the check and 18percent will be automatically charged. We never asked for that info. She obviously did not want to serve us as it was Thanksgiving and they wanted to go home. She was finding every possible excuse to not take us. We decided to not eat there as we felt we would be rushed and provided further bad service. We went next door to Game on restaurant. While we were bieng attended there Lorena comes in and goes to speak with whom I'm assuming is the manager of game on, pointing at us while we were sitting waiting for our food there. I overheard her tell the person, "they could write a bad review or complain if they want" "I'm just going to say our kitchen was flooded" There was no reason for her to follow us next door. She made us feel uncomfortable there too. Lorena ruined our Thanksgiving. It's not our fault you work on Thanksgiving. You should be ashamed of yourself and this restaurant really needs to check on this managers values. Work comes first. Mabye you shouldn't be a manager if you have a problem with working a full shift on holidays.

Yelp
Food was ok. Service was ok. Don't plan to be back. I would prefer taking my business elsewhere.

Yelp
After about 10 months, we can back here on a Saturday evening. Still with free chips, salsa and bean dip. I ordered the same thing - steak fajitas. I forgot to inform our server that I preferred it medium rare, and I was not asked either. I thought it was not that tender this time. It was still a good portion. My boyfriend previously ordered the enchilada. This time he ordered chili verde. He said it was flavorful, but not enough meat in it, and a little bit too much potato. Ambiance - not packed, well-lit, nothing extraordinary. Service was okay. Reasonably priced especially considering it is inside a casino. Good portions. Boulder station has lots of parking.

Steve G.

Yelp
This place is great !! A hidden gem ! Will definitely come back when im in vegas ! The price is nit bad for the flavor but the portions are small but the flavor and quality is worth it

Yelp
I visited this restaurant with a group of 13 people about an hour before closing, and we had a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we were not greeted and left standing at the entrance while the manager, Loraine, made no effort to seat us. She simply mentioned that they were closing at 9pm (which was an hour away) and made excuses about being understaffed, saying there was only one chef in the kitchen. Loraine then informed us that we would be required to pay with one check and that an 18% gratuity would be added to the bill, but her attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. It felt like she was just looking for any excuse not to seat us, so we decided to leave. We ended up going next door to Game On, where we were greeted immediately and seated without any hesitation. As we were settling in, I saw Loraine walk in, speak to the manager, and mention that her kitchen was "swamped." It's unclear if that was the real reason we were turned away, but either way, her behavior was unacceptable. I will never return to this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone based on this experience.

Yelp
We are regulars at Boulder Station Casino and until this visit I was in a boycott of this restaurant because of changes to the menu and the food. However the wait was too long at the cafe. So I reluctantly tried it again. My husband got the carne asada tacos with rice & beans he was very pleased it was great! I chose the Chicken Molcajetes-oooohweee yummmmm! ObviouslyI had no idea what I was getting, there was sooooooo much food & let me tell ya, it was awesome! Highly recommend a visit!

Antonio M.

Yelp
The food didn't taste as fresh as it should have. Kinda tasted reheated. The waiter was great. He was very attentive. I loved that you can people watch here. Just eating some food and watching people be people. The restaurant was clean.

Benita C.

Yelp
I have always been happy with this location inside Boulder Station. I wanted fajitas and this is only 3 miles from home. I think it's a little more expensive than other Mexican restaurants but we didn't want to drive far. Our server tonight was really good, she was attentive and kind. Prompt and courteous. She kept our drinks full and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our dinner. I had steak fajitas and my hubs had chicken fajitas. I wish there was a little more veggies but the meat is flavored well and it's really tasty. After reopening after Covid they changed the menu and I really, really miss the table side spinach fajita salad! I hope they will bring that back one day! The restaurant is nicely decorated and tables are still distanced a bit so it's nice not to be sitting super close to other diners.. Like I mentioned I think it's a little more pricey than similar places but tonight for convenience it was worth the few extra bucks.

Sandra L.

Yelp
I have been here a few times and honestly feel this a 2 possibly 3 star max establishment. The 3 1/2 - 4 stars goes to the staff. They are normally very attentive and make sure you get what you need. Once in awhile they slip up but they are a constant 3 1/2. I would give their advertising a zero. It's very misleading to say the least. They like to advertise that on Tuesday they offer AYCE Tacos for $9.99. They also have Happy Hour from 3pm - 5pm. What they don't disclose is that the AYCE Tacos ARE the Happy Hour on Tuesday. It's very misleading. The food is a 3 at best. It is decent but definitely not the best Vegas has to offer. One of the best items on the menu is the meat inside the Carne Asada Chimichanga. It's extremely flavorful! The rest of the menu is just ok. Nothing special.

Angel B.

Yelp
Met up with some friends and the casino and they invited us to eat. We had been snacking all day already and had a huge lunch so we opted to share the chicken and steak fajitas with corn tortillas. It was paired with rice and beans and unlimited chips and salsa. The plate was plenty for the two of us. It was not very busy inside. Our server managed our party of 12 flawlessly. She kept our drinks filled and food came out pretty quick. Prices were decent. If your looking for a quiet place to rest your feet and enjoy decent Mexican food then this place is for you. It's not the best Mexican food, but for that area it was good enough for us. They offer plenty of options from burritos, combination plates, tacos, fajitas, etc. Something for all. Prices won't hurt your wallet. 3.5 rounding up.

Mike H.

Yelp
Stayed at the hotel here over the weekend for the Softball Championship. This restaurant was busy and fun. The food was fantastic, and the margaritas you can't beat at $5 a pop.

Kevin O.

Yelp
Wow I've been around the boulder area for about 2 years and I've always gone to Roberto's or taco el gordo for Mexican food but today I decided to try and feel lucky on one of the slots and noticed this Guadalajara spot and let me tell you wow .. just wow.. flavors .. nice presentation .. this location brings home mexican food to your table

Christine K.

Yelp
Great service and Molcajete is amazing Great variety at the bar. Table side guacamole was made perfectly as well.

Sherri S.

Yelp
We used to love this restaurant inside Boulder Station. We went last night for the first time in a long time. I called to make reservations but no one ever answered--ended up using Open Table. The menu is now just one large page with few options. My husband liked their chimichangas and I usually got flautas and/or a chile relleno. None of those were on the menu. Hubs got chicken enchiladas, which were tasty and I got 2 fairly small, ordinary taquitos, no better than the frozen ones at the supermarket. And just 2 to an order! Most restaurants serve 3, unless they are very large. No guacamole. They DID bring us a huge basket of chips, so I guess that is their idea of balancing things out. We won't return.

Marilynn M.

Yelp
First time there today, and the food was good. I tried sopes for the first time and they were really good. Service was friendly, and food came out quickly. Will definitely be back. There are a lot of things I would like to try.

Christina H.

Yelp
Food... flavorful and delicious. Cadillac margaritas... strong and yummy! Great service, awesome atmosphere. 10/10 recommend!

Melisa S.

Yelp
Good table-side guacamole, Shrimp Guadalajara (wrapped in bacon), molcajete- steak and shrimp. Service was great! Atmosphere and music was excellent

Alonso N.

Yelp
good and attend services. clean place, people are respectful and nice. food is good, drinks are good.

Bernard S.

Yelp
The $8. Happy Hour special; carne asada fries was delicious. José, busboy and Rebecca, server, were quick and efficient. Friendly too. Quiet area; no loud noises even from nearby slot machines. Would be happy to return there again.

Ebony R.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I have been meaning to check out the casinos near us. We decided to explore Boulder Station Casino and came across this place inside. It was nice on the inside, it's inside a casino so you may get occasional whiffs of cigarette smoke but that's expected in casinos. The waiter seemed pretty nice and attentive. You get chips, salsa, & refried beans for the table. The food was pretty good. I got the steak burrito. The steak was nicely seasoned. I would say the green peppers and onions were chopped a bit too chunky for my liking on the burrito. The chicken tamales were really good and the birria was good as well, nice as seasoned. I had the melon agua Fresca to drink and it was nice and sweet.

Itzel S.

Yelp
Pleasantly Surprised! The food is reasonably priced and tastes delicious. I ordered a frozen strawberry margarita and it was one of the best I've ever had - perfectly blended, flavorful and they give you a big portion! For about $6 you can't beat that! We also ordered the table side guacamole and shrimp fajitas. Both were amazing - the shrimp were HUGE (be careful not to over order like we did). The service was also great, Becky was friendly, welcoming and super attentive! My husband and I now have a solid dinner option for when we visit Boulder Station Casino! I highly recommend you check it out if you're in town!

Jose D.

Yelp
Went to brunch with my family this morning got the chilaquiles plate and so did my wife very good tasting plates came with steak and eggs. We also grabbed some pozole very flavorful it was verde pozole. Our kids got steak tacos plates the asada was well cooked and delicious they enjoyed it. The entire staff was very friendly from being seated to getting served. Chef Leo came out and checked up on our meal as well very rare any restaurants do this so 10 out of 10 they definitely went above and beyond to make us feel like family. We will definitely be returning.

Thomas D.

Yelp
First Timer! We normally go to Borrachas inside GVR, however we decided to try this place instead. For starters, it is not as busy and can get seated rather quickly. It may have been because it was a Thursday so maybe that was it. The Staff was great! Very attentive and friendly. We ordered table side guacamole which was really good, however it was slightly over salted. Not sure if was an accident or just to make you thirstier. The fajitas were very tasty. And I just loved their habanero salsa (which I give 6 stars). Our cocktails were delicious and reasonably priced. Well, unless you're an alcoholic, then it may be pricey. Overall, our visit was worth the 4 star review. Don't forget that the other reason that makes a visit great is the company you're with. So bring a friend or a few!

Ryle K.

Yelp
It was really busy when we arrived. We were seated with Becky, she was extremely busy but her service was great. We had fajitas and they were delicious. I would recommend them.

Bom B.

Yelp
Despite the lack of customers, the staff gave exceptional service. We originally came with our family for the Taco Tuesday happy hour ($9.99 for all you can eat tacos from 3pm-5pm) but suddenly realized that everyone had to be 21 years old and order a drink. The kids were devastated while the server gave complimentary (unlimited) chips with refried beans and salsas as we wondered if we should stay or not. We decided to stay thankfully and the food was very good while also being quite affordable. We got one horchata, one melon agua fresca, one iced tea, one Calle Taqueria with shrimp (paired with refried beans and rice), and another Calle Taqueria with quesabirrias (paired with refried beans and rice). The shrimp tacos were good but I much preferred the quesabirrias (your hands will be very oil but delicious). The kids loved the rice and refried beans and since there was quite a lot of meat in the quesabirrias, we mashed some into the rice and they were ecstatic. With 2 adults and 2 kid (6 and 8) we were quite stuffed. The drinks are unlimited and the servers go around every 5-10 minutes to see if they can refill the drinks or chips with dip. The attentive, personalized service truly made the dining experience special. Our family was happy after eating and our grand total was $55 including the tip. Happy dining:)

Andy G.

Yelp
Another work day in Vegas and it has been awhile since I've been here, I try to make my rounds when having dinner so not to burn my self out with the same food. Again I'd say another great dinner here at Guadalajara Restaurant. Leaving full & Happy. Not to relax a bit before bed and back to Arizona tomorrow. Be sure to stop by and giv'em a try. Salute.

Phil P.

Yelp
Very impressive food, great service, thank you Becky our waitress for guiding us with our food. We will be back!!!

Karen B.

Yelp
I'm from California so I am very familiar with tamales. I just had their chicken tamales in a green tomatillo sauce that beats any I've ever had! The wait staff were friendly and refilled our drinks quickly and without being asked. All I all a great dinner!

Lee S.

Yelp
It's relatively small establishment but does have a Mexican restaurant feel. Overall, the food wasn't bad just ok.

Ana C.

Yelp
I was meeting friends and I was a little late, so I order an appetizer instead of a full plate. The taquitos weren't that good, service was okay. I had not returned to this restaurant for months, it seems they have new management. Food is not as good as before.

Marie M.

Yelp
Great service but the food was cold and they wouldn't let us add a taco. How does that even make sense?

Karen H.

Yelp
The worse food I ever had...me and my family use to come here all the time. What happen to this place? Our food came in 10 mins I had a taco shell that was hard and stale. The chips were terrible. This place use to be packed everytime we came in. I walk by and I see 5 people in there. We waited so long for our bill. It was just terrible I won't ever come back.

Brian G.

Yelp
Horrible food now I been coming for years and lately the menu have been decimated with cheaper options and poor flavor. Chips was decent now store bought salty and nasty horrible quality. The server Becky is always great but if this trend continues my loyalty will be forced to look elsewhere.

John F.

Yelp
This place used to have great food 10 years ago. I love Mexican food but my last visit is literally gonna be my last visit to this restaurant. There are way too many Mexican restaurants in the area to choose from and this one won't be an option anymore. The rice and beans were ridiculously bland, i mean no taste at all. The carne asada was over cooked and no seasoning. I used my dining rewards from the casino so my food was free. Free couldn't make it likeable.

Helene W.

Yelp
Food was delicious. 1 waiter served 24 people. Amazing. Everybody enjoyed. Good fajitas enough for 2. Chips put on table. Really good..

Rose B.

Yelp
The "grilled cheese style" burrito is so tough it's even hard to cut through with a knife, and I feel it made the burrito very bland, don't recommend it at all. Side note on ordering fajitas, if you want corn tortillas you better ask because they will bring you flour tortillas and want to charge you $3.99 for more! Also the rice is tasteless, and the chips are stale.

Richard P.

Yelp
Me and my wife went to dinner for Valentines day and it was great. The Chef Lionel was very gracious and professional. He made sure we were taken care of and the server was equally accommodating. The food was wonderful and so delicious and the continued attention we received made us decide to come back again. The Chef was great along with the staff and the food was so good. I recommend this restaurant, they take care of their customers and the food is wonderful. Richard P.

Kyle N.

Yelp
Authentic Mexican atmosphere down to the music. The complimentary tortilla chips with pico de gallo and refried beans were a meal by itself! I ordered a simple but classic dish; huevos rancheros, the eggs over fried tortilla, mexican rice, beans, pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream, a great meal!

Christina P.

Yelp
Good at Guadalajara was so good. Great prices on fajitas and drinks. Plus on the way out of the casino dining there was a place to get desserts. Those desserts are delicious. We got cream puffs, carrot cake, so yummy.

Garrett W.

Yelp
The chips and salsa along with the beans are very good. We ordered burritos, different styles and they both were great! The Cadillac margarita was excellent.

Donna R.

Yelp
My husband & I have been coming here for 16 yrs. The food quality has gone way down ! Why in the world would you take the chicken wings off the menu ? Those were freakin awesome! BIG mistake !! Now you took the original chips off and put some packaged, salty, low quality chips We would bring friends & family in to eat, no more. We'll find some where else. Such a disappointment !!! I had to give 1 star to post but really deserves none !

Brittney V.

Yelp
Guadalajara is a great Mexican restaurant. Authentic food, fantastic drinks, the manager Alec is the best!

Mary H.

Yelp
Excellent food. Better if you make reservations. Especially during any of the western holidays. Service contend to be very slow which is the only reason why I gave it a four. The food makes up for it and they're nice portions of delicious hot food. Expect to take your time and don't be in a rush... if cigarette smoker's gonna bother you don't sit there where the people walk by. That's all they do is blow their cigarette smoke in your face while you're trying to eat. Other station needs a better filtration system on their smoking or they need to stop smoking completely across from restaurants are in certain areas it's not the whole hotel.

Dee D.

Yelp
Our server, Kik (or something like that) She was inattentive and not serving her tables. One customer walked out after she didn't return. We actually got up and ordered our drinks directly from the bar after waiting 20 mins. She wasn't particularly enthused to serve. We actually have her tip to the appreciative bartender. We ate but bad service overshadowed the mediocre meal.

Matthew S.

Yelp
So I had high hopes for this one because the quick service restaurant right next to it was actually very good. I decided to go in on Easter and have the steak special they were running, turns out it wasn't very special. The steak was very under seasoned, not to mention almost a quarter of the weight was gristle. I ordered the steak medium rare and it came to me rare which personally I'm okay with but somebody else might have an issue with. The servers and everything were very nice. But considering what I was charged for this meal I wouldn't say I was exactly satisfied.

Kurt K.

Yelp
Not a good experience, I would avoid unless you are using players club points and not paying for the meal. Uninspired food and lackluster service, I can not not recommend this restaurant. It is Mexican food for the over 70 age group, bland and tasteless. Best part of the meal were the peppermint candies I got from the hostess stand on the way out. Go somewhere else if you want a quality Mexican meal with any level of service.
