We’ve been loyal customers of this establishment for the past six years, but unfortunately, our recent experiences have been disappointing. During this past visit, we received a pizza that was missing several ingredients, and the overall quality did not meet the standards we had come to love and expect. I brought this to the manager’s attention in a polite and respectful manner, also noting that the pizzas have seemed noticeably smaller in recent years.
Rather than addressing the concern constructively, the manager insisted multiple times that there had been no change in portion size, despite clear photographic comparisons suggesting otherwise. It was also suggested that the pizza only appeared smaller because it was placed in a larger box, a claim inconsistent with both our own photos and those shared by other customers on Google.
While I don’t believe in the notion that the customer is always right, I do believe in acknowledging clear, factual feedback. Unfortunately, the conversation felt dismissive and unnecessarily combative, which only added to our frustration. To their credit, the staff did remake the pizza and provided an additional one at no charge. However, after a pattern of declining quality and an unwillingness to take ownership of customer concerns, we’ve made the decision to stop dining here.
We truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers returning to the level of quality and service that once made this place a favorite in our household.
