One of the best designer stores we have visited. Came in for child shirt. The customer service was excellent, range was amazing and there were so many options. We were brought around 20 shirts to choose from. Highly recommended if you are looking to buy any Gucci item to visit this store.

This location is such an aesthetic experience alone! I appreciate how quickly my mother and I were greeted, I wish I recalled his name. Very attentive. Loved the perfume area, and seeing all the glassware displayed. It gave me a vision for how I’d like my future dining room to be assembled. Beautiful dishes! Will definitely be back.

Michael at the Rodeo store did a nice job. He eyeballed my shoe size. I picked up a nice pair of Men's Loafers with Horsebit in Black Leather. Just looked at the receipt today and found it comical they charged 10 cents for the bag.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would—and it’s all because of Moses. He treated us with the utmost respect and kindness, truly making us feel at home. Sadly, at this store, being Hispanic can sometimes mean getting treated differently (not by everyone, of course), but Moses broke that stereotype entirely. He made us feel welcome and valued, and honestly, I ended up spending more than I planned because of how great he was! This guy definitely deserves a raise 💯. I’ll be coming back soon for sure. I used to drive all the way to San Diego for better service, but now I’ve found my new go-to store, all thanks to Moses!

staff was extremely rude to me with the undercut comments about my appearance. Context, I am not the tallest or biggest person. Have been told that I do not look my age either, so the staff probably thought that I was a kid instead of a working adult. anyway, I was trying to buy a belt with my first big-girl paycheck. and gosh, the staff must have been taken aback because they made jokes about how nothing would be my size or within my price range. I just remember dropping where I work and what I work as to a woman with arguably declining skin quality, poorly-maintained body, cheap and uneven makeup, and moreover that contribute to the overall physically-deteriorating body. call it insecurity, but if I am the customer, please try to be as welcoming and accommodating when I ask questions with wholehearted nicety. you want to make fun of me while you look like that? ah... sad, really. how I buy something that is your entire day's pay...but you treat me like I am a soliciting person with no ability to pay for what she wants?

I frequently visit this store since I work nearby. Every time I arrive, I'm greeted by friendly staff who ensure a pleasant shopping experience. I first came years ago to buy a pair of glasses, and the service was excellent. About a year ago, I returned because the lenses on my sunglasses were scratched. They took them for about a month to repair the lenses and tighten the frames, keeping me informed with updates and returning them sooner than expected. They also maintain a record of all purchases, which is convenient. During my last visit, I lost my sunglasses at Universal Studios while switching between 3D glasses and my shades on the tram tour. When I arrived at the store to buy a replacement, the staff member assisting me was fantastic! He offered me water as I tried on several pairs, searched for the pair I purchased before, and even showed me the new 2025 edition of that pair. He had me try on both versions and recommended the new version, and I ended up purchasing them. The process was quick, easy, and enjoyable, making it a stress-free shopping experience. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience, my purchase, and the look of my new sunglasses. I wouldn't recommend Gucci to everyone because we all know the prices can be ridiculous at times (docked an Afro for that). However, the excellent service helps with the price, a little lol. Horrible Service by this Gucci location. I went in for a large diaper bag that online showed for $1,290 and when I arrived they said it was over $2000. I showed them the bag online and they said oh it must be a glitch but that isn't my fault they are clearly advertising it for a lower price, and they should honor it. The manager was so rude and wouldn't help us at all. I understand a little bit more paying but not 1000 more that is a big price difference. It isn't even about the money but about the customer service I received and how they refused to help me or do anything to right this mistake.

I really liked shopping at GUCC!!!! Although I didn't buy anything, I liked the court shoes. Moreover, I liked the way they treated me. I'm disabled and have a walker, and they assisted me maneuvering around the store. In addition, they offered me a bottle of PANNA WATER FOR FREE!!! Even gave me a choice of flat or sparkling!!! I was hot and red faced, AND THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS!!!

We wanted to try a belt. Upon our arrival , we were surprised that the store was rather empty and that on a Saturday afternoon!!! The decor felt dark and gloomy, lacking lighting, a little worn out and certainly not festive 2 weeks before christmas. There were about 5 employees chatting at the door and seemingly not very busy. The shelves did not have the usual appeal and rather not very full?? The SA seemed rather annoyed that we were only interested in a belt and showed a pretty obvious attitude. The choices were very limited. We left her and went upstairs at the women shoes section that had a few models and again we were the only customers. 2 stars ( not one) because Mark was kind , courteous and tried to please. I will not be back specially if I can shop online!!

HORRIBLE service- It took 20 minutes each time to retrieve every item & size. Absolutely ridiculous that it took 3 hours to purchase 10 items. if i had not been pressed for a gucci themed event, i would have taken my 20k & dropped it somewhere else. The place became a zoo inside 30 mins of my entering - with runners and sales people smiling & asking to assist, then disappearing & never returning. Jesus was nice, but not helpful because he seemed to be too overwhelmed to expedite service. Gucci BEVERLY HILLS -- proof that luxury cannot be depended upon for customer care or customer service. Better off ordering online.

We knew what we were going for and that was to purchase a belt for my son. We didn't wait long to get inside as we were approached by a sales associate fairly quickly. We were greeted by Alex and from the start was very polite and helpful. We showed him the picture of what we were looking for and as he went to retrieve the item we browsed at other items. We made ourselves comfortable in a seating area and upon Alex's return he offered us water, which was such a kind gesture. My son then went ahead and tried on the belt and had to try on a few sizes (which Alex had already grabbed). We found the perfect fit and decided to make the purchase. Alex went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and he definitely gave my son a great first time experience with the purchase. It's a great feeling to walk into a store and be treated with respect and great hospitality. Thank you Alex, we will definitely reach out to you for future purchases.

I went to the flagship Gucci store and kept screaming Gucci in my head, a la a Mister Guccci Mane. Big and beautiful, beckoning you in on Rodeo Drive. I made an appointment the day before going in but never heard from a personal shopper. They are supposed to text you but no one ever did. I decided to show up at my 1pm appointment anyways since it was booked online and I had the confirmation. They gave me a little bit of a hard time at the front door, but then after a couple minutes let us in with no further issues. Ya girl does not wait in lines so I was happy when they got us inside past the crowd. Marcus was our shopper and he was so kind, personable and quick to help us out. I knew in knowing exactly what I wanted, looked at a couple of colors, stock was checked and they gift wrapped it up for my homie. It's an adorable hat and I love the style. Gucci is always my go to brand for luxury goods and this purchase didn't disappoint. I have my eye on a purse in there so will surely be back again! I'll be requesting Marcus as my shopper for all my future visits! #GucciGang

Overall, the service and experience at Gucci were always fine. Yesterday I purchased a bag and mentioned it was a gift. However, after leaving the store, I noticed that the box inside the bag was in poor condition-it even had adhesive tape on the back side. When a customer clearly mentions that an item is a gift, the associate should pay more attention to such details.

We ordered some wall paper from Gucci and the order was partially filled by the Beverly Hills store. We were a bit perplexed at first after opening the package.  The package came in a plastic bag like it was some kind of counterfeit product bought off of Amazon.  It didn't come with the iconic packaging we've all come to know and expect. Furthermore, I thought it was a bit weird that it wasn't shrink wrapped and I was fine with it at first but now, after piecing the clues together, my wife and I are totally disappointed with the wall paper shipped from the Beverly Hills store.   The Beverly Hills store shipped us a USED roll of wallpaper.  As it does not come in the iconic packaging, the shrink wrap is opened, AND the bottom portion has been CUT off so I don't know what the actual length is as it's now less than the 11.5' as stated, the edges are crumpled, wrinkled and frayed and the roll isn't tightly wound like the legit brand new ones so you know someone fully unrolled it and tried their best to roll it back up again.

We went to my personal invitation appointment, which included a beautiful brunch and the best service you could ask for. I have bought, over the years, many things Gucci, but specifically Handbags, wallets, silk button down shirts for work, and shoes. This visit, I ordered some of their furniture, well, quite a bit, which I paid for and will be shipped to our house with two-day shipping for free (you buy enough and shipping is free almost everywhere. I also bought a Black bucket hat which has the horse-bit buckle in Gold in the front. I wore it yesterday and we only went to Wells Fargo, McDonald's for Pokemon special edition cards, to three boutiques, to In & Out, to Arco to buy me VIHO Supercharge vapes, and to have some jewelry resized. I got over 10 compliments on the hat and at Arco and In & Out, I stayed in the car. My Wife talked me into it because I don't normally wear Black unless to a cocktail party, a Gala, meetings for work stuff and I do not attend funerals, although I have when I was a child and wore Black. I had already bought a Pink Christian Dior bucket hat. I have not worn bucket hats since I was in sixth grade when I was all into wearing Gucci dog tags with my name engraved on them, a White Gold and Diamond watch, bucket hats and a lot of other jewelry. Also, I bought a gigantamax travel duffle which I lost in a hot second after I bought it, tennis shoes (You remember Nike Air Force One's anybody?) I ordered them in Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and I think that's it because I would order the Gucci from Italy and the Louis Vuitton from France with my Dad's credit card and he would use the intercom to yell, "LAUREN! Come to my office immediately" Each pair cost $1800 plus like 500 Euros ( I think they were still in Frans and Lyra) at the time. I would enter his office and he would start off by playing dumb. He would say, "one of my Credit Cards has two separate charges for about $1900. You know anything about that?" I would exclaim, "Yes,Dad! REMEMVER THOSE Air Force Ones I wanted in Gucci and Louis Vuitton????!?!"and he would reply, "I thought you tried and they had to be ourchased ib Italy or France??" and I woukd say, not either or, BOTH!" He said, "alright, but had you just asked me instead of using Mom and My Credit Cards, we would buy you anything and everything and you know that, and you know your Mom is flying at the end of the week to Paris to order more pieces she wants from the Lalique Store on the Champs elysees, I gave you like, $10,000 in cash! What happened to that??" To which I would reply, "I don't want to wait that long AND the $10k was my allowance, MEMBER.". My Father would do anything for me and am so fortunate to have him. I AM an only child, so he would say, "Oh, alright.". He said ask before using the cards." And I would reply, "WHY?" And he would say, "Because you will see that you will get everything in the entire World if you would just ask. Whatever you want you got it in spades. You think you're entitled, which you are, if you ask." l am more of a forgiveness rather than permission type: I don't want it if it's that easy. Now that I am almost 40, and I can buy whatever the Phuck I want, the less material objects and 'Thangz' I desire. I bought a silk scarf which has sooo many uses- I am a convertible top down wrap-up my hair type, a pocket square type and an accessory type. That said, I bought a silk scarf and a bucket hat. Book an appointment - great discounts!

Went to Gucci on a Saturday afternoon as the store told me that they could alter my Gucci belt. At the store, a sales lady told us they they do not do the type of alteration I wanted (to cut off two inches), but offered to call their alterations person to talk with us. We waited and browsed around for about 15 minutes, and another sales lady verified what the first one said, and gave us information for an alterations place that could do it within walking distance. By this time, the Gucci alterations person was there. He offered to send it out, but said it would take 6-8 weeks. We declined and went to Arturo's, who did an amazing job! Gucci is just gorgeous. We always love to stop by and browse on our visits to Beverly Hills.

Wow some of the reviews mentioned security or staff blatantly following them throughout the store not to offer help. But to watch them. And this is definitely true. I would say I actually looked fairly presentable as well. Just came in to browse and had this man follow me everywhere. It's incredibly uncomfortable as someone who has been a customer at this specific store in the past well, it's incredibly insulting. Followed me from the main floor to the mens shoes, mens clothes, then upstairs to womens clothing. I went back downstairs to see if he would follow. Sure enough, he did. I decided to go back upstairs and take a look at the kids section. Sure enough, he flows me back upstairs and stands at the opposite wall. Then follows me as I leave downstairs again. Seriously? It gets to the point it's flat out absurd. Haven't been as interested in the brand as of late, but I'm done as a customer for now. Not with creeps as staff.

It's true what they say, if you have to wait in line, its not luxury. I'm no A-lister client after all, but I still would stand in line (nothing crazy) for some pieces that I love. Recently, Pedro, helped me with exchanging some Princetown mules and picking out a new fragrance. The customer service is great and I still prefer the customer service at the boutique than at the department store.

Living in LA, we have many choices if adding some new Gucci to your collection is a 2021 goal. There are Gucci stores at the Beverly Center, Topanga and South Coast Plaza malls, and smaller, curated Gucci boutiques at Bloomingdales' (earn Bloomingdales' Loyalist points on the purchase) and other high end department stores. There are even "outlet" Gucci shops at Camarillo and Cabazon (beware the dreaded direct-to-outlet merch). But for the full experience, especially when treating yourself like this, there's no substitute for the Gucci flagship shop in Beverly Hills (complete with its own restaurant on top). Gucci has changed its look many times in recent years, thanks to some awesome creative directors (the current vibe is very 1960's and there is a brand new collaboration with The North Face). It's fun to see those collections in spaces devoted to the brand. The store is beautiful and jaw-dropping. In these pandemic conditions, guests are assigned a sales associate upon entering, who will stay with you, discreetly, while you shop. If possible, ask for Mina -- she's just awesome; if it is gettable, she will get it for you. While Gucci items don't go on sale, there's a certain pride in the craftsmanship and quality and distinctive look that can justify the splurge. Because collections come and go, with the exception of a few classics, things you see today in Gucci are probably not going to be around next season. Belts, ties, wallets, bags, shoes, slides -- these things never get old. Clothing is at the highest of price points, but those pieces without the GG logo everywhere are so classy and understated. Happy shopping.

Great customer service!!! Right from the welcoming at the door 'til the assistance for purchasing, customer service was great. Alonzia was friendly and courteous. She helped me out with checking out some bags and kit. I was really eyeing on the Neo Vintage Supreme bag and decided to get it that day since Alonzia was very helpful and warm. I really appreciated that. Everyone in the store was helpful and friendly. Plus, since this is the flagship store, this place is huge despite of the numerous customers one can still enjoy shopping or window shopping. My hubby now prefers to shop at this branch. Customer service really counts a lot.

My two coworkers and I were out this early afternoon doing a walk around our job just to check out nearby stores we work close by to. We were greeted by a group of employees at the entrance and they told us to let them know if we needed any help. We were to there to browse around and do research for certain things. But what was unfortunate was that we were being followed by a male employee...which I understand they are doing their job but you should be customer servicing and giving some breathing room without being overbearing/hovering over. And they shouldnt be literally a step behind you if you had already explained to them that you were browsing. Gucci seems to judge based on appearance of what is on our backs and we were all not sure what else could be the reason. I am asian, my other coworker is a hispanic male, and my other coworker is a female who is black and white. Yes, we were in casual clothes and yes we were browsing...but that is what shopping...you dont need to neccessairly need to buy something. You could be saving up or checking things out for a future purchase. But are we really STILL thinking and having this judgement opinions in this day and age where these "high end stores" just purely judge based on just that alone??? First off, you do not own this store - you just work here. Let's remember that. Also anyone and everyone should be able to wear whatever we want- you cannot just follow someone around because we aren't dressed to the nines....& it should NOT matter at all and should not be judged by it. You do not know how much money I have and how much I can afford! Yet, we got singled out and followed around by a hispanic male on the 2nd floor and he was explaining to us about a gem on a necklace and giving us information on it. Which is a cheap customer service tactic of pretty much saying I am watching you guys but I have to pretend to customer service you guys so it doesn't come off that strong that I am following you. Then he had the nerve to even walk downstairs behind us again as we exited the store. like trust us honey- we do not steal, we do not appreciate being treated with fake kindness while you are out here following us. **Please go to louis vuitton down the street where we were being treated fairly and they extra friendly/welcoming! Make your purchase there- not at this gucci location.

I have been to this location plenty of times before the pandemic but it was always insanely packed with tourists & hard to get personalized service. Since I knew they had re-opened recently and that the stores lengthy renovations were complete I definitely wanted to stop in. First of all, I think their safety protocols are well done during these times. They do only allow a certain amount of people in & they take your temperature. You wait inside the door and wait for an advisor (who accompanies you the entire time). Some people may not like that, but I loved it. Having an advisor help me, give thoughts & check stock by my side was super helpful. I wish they always did this. I also think it would ward off some of the rif-raf they can sometimes get in this store. My advisor was Jaymie & she was top notch. Personable, helpful & knowledgeable on the products. I came in to look at shoes & ended up walking out with two ready-to-wear pieces I love. Btw- the store looks absolutely stunning. The renovation is beautifully done.

It's a Gucci store and its on rodeo drive so not much needs to be explained here. I will say though...when you shop here avoid the sales rep Michael. Always looks unenthusiastic and as if you're forcing him to take your money. And do not EVER have anything shipped from this store location. Purchase the item and take it with you. If they don't have it in stock then just ask them what other stores have it and try to visit or reach out to those store locations. You will either wait weeks or never receive it. These guys act all friendly but the minute you leave the store you will almost never hear back from them. You will almost never get a tracking number or anything. If you try to call the store directly it will redirect you to online customer service. These guys are just pitiful.

My favorite Gucci store! From the moment I walked in, everyone was super nice and friendly! I didn't think I was going to buy anything but just to browse around which I ended up upstairs trying on clothes. Very disappointed. I called many gucci stores for model of shoes that I was interested to purchase. Representative in Beverly told me over the phone that they will hold shoes for me until 4 pm next day. When I came at 11 am next morning I was told that they sold this shoes this morning before I came in. I showed her what time I called and phone number and she still pretend she didnt know who I talk to last night. I missed gym with my private trainer and paid $40 each way for uber from Glendale to Gucci store to find out that they sold shoes that they supposed to hold for me. Likely I liked other model with bees and I end up purchase that one. But overall very disappointed with such a miscommunication and unorganized staff.

This Gucci is located in the middle famous Rodeo Drive. Street parking or free 2 hour lot around the corner. Friendly service. Very helpful and informative about the styles we were looking at. Never pressured us to buy anything. Friendly and playful with our twins. Got what we wanted and left very happy with our experience!

We had to wait outside to follow a very well organized COVID safety guideline process for entrance. Once we reached our turn we were given an assigned person to help us shop. There weren't many people in the store so not crowded. Stock was lower than usual because of shipment restrictions from Italy during COVID but was able to find a birthday gift and have it beautifully wrapped!

Gucci is hot and Gucci is great! Everyone wants Gucci, how about you!! $500 for a pair of slippers ( not leather, just some plastic material). But, who cares, right? People buy Gucci want the latest and the greatest even though this stuff maybe costs less than $5 to make...lol. Maybe I should check out Gucci's stock on the Italian stock exchange. I'm sure the chart is to the moon...ha. Oh well, we all gotta keep up "with the Joneses" or for some, it's to barely "keeping up with the KK isians"!!! Lol... Too hip, gotta go now...bye...

Got to shop upstairs privately, they closed it down for us well thanks to my friend. I got a huge sweatshirt that Im going to wear with some sheer tights and nothing under. Also the signature silk shorts and matching top is so perfect just to lounge in. I buy anything that is sheer so the black see through long sleeve top that is seen everywhere I just had to get. Great experience overall. Love all the jackets and blazers.

I don't know why everyone is bad mouthing this place... probably bc it's hard to make reservations, make sure to call earlier when they open up it's easier to make reservations. The environment was amazing, the vibes are great, everything from the walls, wall paper, seats, and plates is gucci. Cool designs, views and setup, the waiters and staff are great. I included my pictures so you can see it. It's a French resturant. Look at the menu and try to wine pair.

I bought a few items while traveling overseas and realized one of the belts was better suited in a smaller size. I decided to exchange it. Last I checked, Gucci stores are not independently owned. Well, turned out that because of the rate exchange they wanted me to pay the difference. Well, that was a first for me on an even exchange! I mean literally the exact same item. So i was perplexed. I hadn't previously returned nor exchanged anything but it didn't make sense to me. What was more disappointing is that the sales person asked me to sit down, left me waiting for quite a long time and someone else finally came out to give me the details on the price difference. It's like she needed back up. As if I am less than a real customer. No attempt to accommodate me nor make some type of apology. NOTHING. What's more, I was interested in purchasing a new item and she originally offered to order it for me ...do you think she even attempted to bring it back up?? NOPE!!! She just simply gave me my original merchandise and sent me on my way! Well, thanks for nothing. I travel enough to be able to make the exchange in time but I wanted to wear this belt before then. Now, that I know the fit of the new item , I will simply order it online and now I am stuck waiting for both items! The customer experience was not a priority. I do not expect to return to this store. Funny, I noticed they increased security because they recently experienced a robbery but somehow forgot the importance of great customer service and loyalty.

Review 3/3; Yelp removed my review saying "I have not had the first hand experience" well I do. I have been calling everyday, and started calling this morning at 9 am so far 16 time and no phone is being picked up! and I still say this is a Shenanigans for having the same resturant under 2 names! (As of 2:04 pm today they removed the 2nd Gucci Osteria!) Below are all the times I called! So who does not have a first hand experience now? I also like to know how is my FIRST experience with the resturant is any different from the person who HAS not eaten there and gave them a five start because the dishes were bone china! I think they removed it as everyone liked my review and probably had the same experience. You should have a better PR Gucci than reporting me. Let's see you be another "Catch"! From 2/28 review below: What is this Shenanigans? One with the chef's last name and 5 star rating and one with our? Whoever is in charge of your social media is trying to get better rating for the resturant! So I will leave the last comment I did on the other Gucci Osteria with the same address, different pictures, same name one with and one without the last name is the chef!

My 500th review!! Finally!! Gucci has released such flamboyant designs within the last decade. Many of their collections have turned to the natural world for inspiration, using animal motifs including a tiger, a bee, and a kingsnake, which feature as embroidered images or leather prints on many of their goods. Fur lined slippers and shoes with fur accents were other unusual, but iconic & popular pieces. This heritage house does uphold high standards of quality through the creative design process, though. I gravitate more towards their timeless, classic Gucci print pieces with more muted color tones. I also love any and all of Gucci's black leather stiletto pumps - the heels must be at least 4-5 inches, though! I usually visit this store in BH. It's 2 stories, usually pretty busy, and I have had good experiences here.

We had a great experience here. We had to wait in line outside because of COVID. We had to get our temperatures checked, then we were assigned a client advisor. It took about 20 minutes to get inside the store. We specifically came to look at a belt. Our advisor helped locate my son's size and took the tags off so he could try it on without obstructions. They didn't have the size he needed in the store, so our advisor was trying to locate it at another store. I felt like he was genuinely helpful, not focused on selling me something- focused on getting us what we wanted. It is hard to be in customer service! People can be sooooo bad! So when you have a good experience everyone should know.

I went to the store today to make a small exchange, I had the great opportunity to work with Eric B. This guy was patient helping and knowledgeable. It's was my first time at that particular store. I'll definitely go back and ask for him by name. Thank you for your help Eric B.

I love this iconic place on Rodeo Drive. The men's department has a gorgeous selection of suits, shirts, pants, ties and more. I get the style and look I want with the help of a wonderful staff. By the way, my women friends shop here often and love it. No better place than Gucci. George Vreeland Hill

Previously I visited the Cabazon site & was informed that the items I was looking for would be at the LA site. Hesitantly, I made the drive from IE to Beverly Hills, on a Saturday late afternoon. At first I wasn't approached by any of the sales personnel due to high foot traffic. Once I approached Sean, he was very attentive, informative, and knowledgeable about the products. Very charismatic and sociable. Great customer/people skills! He definitely made my first purchase a positive and wonderful experience. Thank you Sean!

Spent the day in Beverly Hills and had lunch for my wife's birthday at Oteria. Wonderful experience at their restaurant with amazing food. Then shopped at their store and ordered decorative plates as part of her birthday present. Sean Odonnell was our sales associate. Sean was kind and told us our plates would take about a week to ship. Spent $832 for the plate set. This was on September 25. Fast forward to November 12...after several follow up emails through October. I was fed up. No care or follow up from Sean, who obviously can care less of our purchase. No update, no shipping date, absolutely nothing. You wouldn't expect this type of service from a flagship boutique, especially from Gucci. This is Gucci! World renowned luxury retailer. But completely disappointed and utterly just poor customer service. Who would have thought....I'll never recommend shopping here. Take your business elsewhere...

I adore Gucci. It has always been my go-to brand for years. There are many reasons as to why I love Gucci the brand. To start, the quality of the products are always consistent. The stitching, fabrics, colors are always kept at peak. I have never had a product of Gucci that has not lasted and maintained its perfection with the daily use. This specific Gucci store is always an inspiration from the moment you take your first steps in the entry. You are always greeted by a nice team of employees. They are always very nice and useful. The design of every sales room is up to date with their new collections based on the room. To me, these type of details make me want to buy everything in sight because of how much work if put into the design and layout. I gave a 4 star rating because there were many items that I wanted to try in the women's shoes and clothing but the store was out of inventory for my size. I understand 1 item but it was about 4. My size varies depending on the product, which means I like to try on before a purchase. My friend also tried a pair of boots in the new men's sections and they too were out of his size. Big bummer. They did say maybe online would have my size but I wanted to try it in store and then maybe ship home since I'm from out of town. Instead of walking out with my anticipated items, I left 1 item.

Disappointed in today's visit. I was constantly hovered over. At first, I thought nothing of it. However, I started to get annoyed when I noticed I was singled out. I wasn't even offered any help with the items I picked up and tried on. I thought it was hilarious how I was hovered over but not asked ONE question about any of the items I picked up. I had to do all the asking! Not "Can I get a particular size for you?" Nothing! A couple walked in together in the mens department, they were completely ignored and not followed. How I knew I was being singled out is I walked out of the mens section and was followed while the couple was left alone. I offered feedback to the manager but I will never stop by this store again!

If I could rate the store a zero star, or if possible, lower I would BEWARE before shopping a Gucci got some Gucci slides for a gift wore it the second time the soul tour, and they do not provide any kind of resolution or Repair because manager stated that we no longer carry these products because the sole is the slides are defective and for that reason we have we have removed that item out of our collection so if they know that slides have problems on their souls, they should be able to offer some kind of repair or replacement . Unfortunately I have gotten three messages from them stating that there is no resolution that that item is non-repairable and that supposedly they do not have warranty that covers the item so before shopping at any Gucci even this location beware because their products are defective and you just lose your money, basically. BEWARE

I shopped on Saturday 4/30 with Nathan.. An appointment set up for me by the Four Seasons. I bought a bag and a pair of leather slides.. I returned home to Newport Beach on Monday only to realize I was handed someone else's shoes! I have called this location 12 times, I've emailed 6 times.. the Four Seasons have called on my behalf.. Crickets! I've received no phone call, no email and I'm still without my shoes.. I'm holding a pair of mens blue pool slides sz 11! Gucci Sucks! Zero Customer Service! They take your money and then you're on your own! It's that arrogant attitude I will not deal with! I will sue the ass off you first! Trust.. Shame On You! Terri
