Guerrilla Burrito

Edit: Friendly owners and delicious burritos. We had the sausage and bacon burritos. I think we ordered hot, but we did not find them to be hot (maybe we have a high spice tolerance). We will be back!

My favorite burritos the owners are always kind of just a happy to see every morning when I pick a new burrito up. They’re bacon is so delicious. I wish they were rough every day of the week.

We stopped here on our way to Arizona, based on the solid reviews. I was so glad they were open on Sunday so we could experience the deliciousness. Five stars for outstanding kindness!, Five stars for cutting away the excess tortilla at each end of the burrito, which prevented me from having to do it myself. Five stars for a wonderfully balanced, flavorful, somewhat spicy burrito (I went half and half on the spice level). Also, they deliver the order to your car so you don’t have to stand around. My husband said he could have easily eaten three. If your traveling through Grand Junction I highly recommend you try Guerrilla burrito.

Best breakfast burrito I’ve had. Great roadtrip stop

Came here on a whim and an empty stomach –I should’ve gotten TWO burritos! I ordered the hot green chile chorizo burrito. The amount of flavor blew me away, so delicious! Not too hot either! And the service was wonderful! The lady that took my order and delivered my burrito must’ve recognized that it was my first time here and made sure I understood that their burritos are open-ended on both ends and gave me instructions on how to enjoy it without making a mess–THANK YOU! I will be back to try the more of the menu!

We got a Veggi at med, an chorizo at hot. The spice is good, it's got a nice heat, sits good in the stomach. The tortilla is definitely store bought, the food inside seems a bit mushy for those of you who like more uniform foods. The flavors are great if you can get over the fact that its soup in a wrap. The burritos are open ended which causes them to be a tad messy especially while driving. The burritos are double wrapped in tinfoil, the tinfoil is cheaply made so it tairs easily. The service was good, the lady who took our order was exceptionally friendly, we were able to hangout in the car while waiting. Where the food truck is sitting, it's good for trucks with trailers to turn around in the parking lot for on the go pick ups. All in all, a good experience for a quick food spot.

If you want a Green Chili burrito this is the place to go!!! They have a very mild to nice and warm for all tastes! Even have a meatless option.

Classic comfort food that makes your heart full! A cross between a Texas breakfast burrito with Colorado/New Mexico green chile and the combo is delicious. I ordered their burrito (potato, egg, cheese) with chorizo and green chile hot and it was perfect! Can't wait to try sausage next! The person who took my order was also super helpful since this was my first visit and when bringing it out to my car, gave me a heads up on the fact that the burrito is open on both ends. She was so nice! I even saw her bring a little doggie treat to another customer. Gotta love it when good food is made and brought to you by kind people.
