This was truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I am appalled at the way I was treated by one of the waiters- a tall skinny man. He was incredibly rude, impolite, aggressive, disrespectful, and angry. It was so uncomfortable to be there that I finished my coffee quickly and left immediately. I noticed several other people do the same due to his attitude towards them. Their hurmasice are burnt and dry. It is messy, dirty, and chaotic. It was the worst experience I've had until now at a restaurant and I urge you all to go elsewhere and spend your money where the waiter won't yell at you and kick you out before you are even finished your meal. There are plenty of other wonderful restaurants and coffee shops in the village that are more deserving of your time and money. This location is truly an embarrassment and the tall skinny waiter should be fired for his crude and aggressive attitude and actions.

Since the "owner" has replied to my initial review and I cannot reply to their reply, I am adding this to the review: I had asked the waiter/"owner" if they had hurmasica and had wanted to order one and he crudely responded that he doesn't know, maybe they do maybe they don't and continued to ignore me. I know for a fact they did because they were serving the table next to us with the same sweet. So I kindly asked again, "do you have any left or not?" (what the reply of the "owner" implies as simply "yes or no") and I tried to explain that I see people eating it next to us and he then gets angry and yells at me saying "No we don't have any for YOU, now pay and leave this restaurant". This individual is deeply troubled and rude, and it was one of the most uncomfortable and nasty experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. He basically tried to kick me out because I had tried to clarify if they had hurmasica left at all and he was reluctant to answer me, and yelled at me. A customer should not have to beg for service, nor turned down service in such a way. Why should other people get the item and I cannot (and it was still in stock)? It was a clear case of discrimination, since they still had the hurmasica and were serving it to other people, and thus was not a matter of not having any more left, but a matter of not wanting to provide me specifically with the item, for whatever reasons unkown. In the end I regretted getting the sweet (a nice waiter brought it to me and apologized for the rude behavior of the alleged "owner") because it seems they had no clue how the sweet was made and it tasted like coal due to how burnt and dry it was. I reiterate to all, do NOT visit this place whatsoever.
