Yelp
Despite the rating, let's be very clear: some of the dishes here are superb. A fish chowder they called just like cappuccino (no coffee in it!) was silky smooth and tasted like a superb clam chowder despite just being a liquid, the gluten-free, dairy-free dessert was among the best ever according to the GF, DF who devoured it, and the raw oyster addition was full of surprisingly meaty, high-quality oysters (three meaty ones, one briney).
The sliced cuttlefish with cheese sounds like an odd combination but actually works very, very well, and spaghetti with oysters is yet another odd combination that does work out fairly well.
The deep fried calamari is delicate but very much lacking in flavor, the bread, for such a high-end restaurant, is completely indifferent, and the two fish dishes both managed to be well-executed yet not tasty enough to be something I would order again. The "memory of a pizza" was very unique yet quite forgettable in the end, and the amuse brioches were all a huge letdown.
Service, unfortunately, seals the rating. What is usually a highlight of Michelin-starred restaurants barely made a modicum of effort to keep the water glasses refilled or table swept of crumbs. Considering just how much Michelin focuses on service in their ratings (nevermind what you'd expect at this price!), it more than offset the half of the menu that did make the effort.
