Yelp
I've been here a couple times and found it to be passable, but not my most favorite stop for food. I love the point-and-order concept, but both times the food was a bit watery and I wish it had more flavor. The rice was also undercooked to the point of being unpleasant. Because of the wateriness, I found that the wraps just got soggy before I could finish eating. We were hungry, so we ate it anyway.
Maybe I caught them on a couple of off days - I'll update if I have better luck next time.
Some things to know:
PARKING & ACCESS - Parking is tricky since they're right on Main Street. There is street parking down most of the side roads in this area and limited street parking right out front. The door to the restaurant faces Main St and is well marked.
INTERIOR - The restaurant is large, open, and a little echo-y. Some interesting decor makes it feel a bit less industrial, but I do wish there was a little more to absorb sound.
ORDERING - This is the sort of assisted-salad-bar process you see at chipotle- or subway, where you choose your base item at the start of the line and then go down the line and tell the workers what you want to add. I've had workers who are very helpful and walk you through it and others who don't help you along so much. You can ask to taste just about anything before you add it to your order. You'll pay for your order, including sides and drinks, at the end of the line. Both for here and to go are the same process, although I think they also allow online to go orders.
SEATING - They have tables for 2-4 people with metal chairs. It has not been very busy either time I've been, so there's been plenty of seating.
RESTROOMS - I did not use the restroom while I was here to report.
