The perfect place if you’re looking for fruits (fresh and dried) and spices. Was honestly hoping to find more souvenirs/gifts and clothes but overall, its lively atmosphere is worth a visit!

The Grand Market Hall has all sorts of things available. Spices, nuts, and all kinds of live produce. Tourists get attention. If you’re looking to buy souvenirs, it could be a good place. Otherwise, you’ll have seen it all in 10 minutes.

One place shop for fruits and dry fruits. Merchants offer samples. Watch out for price, some of them charge high price compared to outside shop.

Bought about 3 kg of spices to bring back home :) very nice vendors, even though they don.t speak english, they were very helpfull. The spices - in all their types and mixes - were amazing both for taste and prices. You also have a lot of candy options to buy there and a lot of fast foods in the area, cheap and tasty.

What an amazing marketplace! The perfect location to get some fruit leather and other local sweets or spices. Loved it

I will say it is worth visiting though the 2nd floor which sells shoes, apparel and miscellaneous has many shops closed. The ground floor of the building sell dried fruits and nuts, bread, spice, etc. Meat, fish and fresh vegetable are larger located on the shop facing outwards of the building. Highly recommended if you have not seen an Armenia market.

Nice market that sells fresh produce, spices as well as nuts and other delicacies that you can purchase and take with you. It is huge, a lot of vendors selling pretty much the same thing, but a pleasant experience.

I went here to buy some dried fruits, mind you I’ve never enjoyed them but since going there I’ve somehow been introduced to a new world. The dried apricot were amazing and the dried oranges were a nice flavor. I highly recommend this place and it’s definitely cheaper than a lot of the other places outside and the quality is higher here by miles. The spices are nice to and so is there a section for breads and cheese. I truly enjoyed this place.
