The food is great, the chicken is saucy and the roll is a nice touch, but the fries are always soggy, I would kill for some crispy fries or at least get crinkle cut so I know they’re gonna be soggy.
The customer service has no pride, they speak behind glass so you can hardly hear and they don’t speak professionally which makes it difficult to understand.

The interior looks bad, the floor looks awful, your staff are rude and at night the place does not look the least bit inviting for customers at all.
Dirty, dusty tiny cramped lobby with no seating or a chair to sit down in even. A TV on the wall, paint peeling, and why is there a framed wedding photo on the wall? What does this even entail for the restaurant’s history? It would attract more customers if the restaurant had some more pride to it, and it would be a great outlook for the community because none of my friends outside the west side ever wanna go there.
