This was my first experience at Gustos, and it was very disappointing. The restaurant did not feel clean or sanitary—the floors were dirty, which immediately raised concerns about overall cleanliness. Several employees were standing around on their phones with AirPods in while handling food, which felt unprofessional and unsanitary.
On top of that, the atmosphere was negative and unwelcoming. There was no positive energy or friendly customer service, which made the experience uncomfortable. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this visit did not reflect a clean, professional, or customer-focused environment. I would not return based on this experience.
