Guy Fieri's American Kitchen & Bar

First time in one of this chef's restaurants. First off, I will never understand why there was a 20 minute wait when over half the tables were empty. The only thing we could think of is that the casino holds most of the tables in reserve. Do not get the queso appetizer. It is nothing but a cheap processed cheese dip. Do get the American Kobe burger. Best burger I have had in a very long time. The salmon and grits were also of excellent quality. Service was great and the atmosphere was good, even if the slot machine noise was in the background.

Place is overrated. Overpriced and mediocre food. The corn queso bacon dip was surprisingly tasty but the chips were sad looking…overcooked in old oil perhaps.. The steak sandwich was very bland and not worth the $21! We asked for the seasoning since there was none so we sprinkled some on the steak just to be partially enjoyable to eat. The breaded chicken strip basket was $18 and definitely lacked ingredients for such a price, a dill pickle would’ve been nice at least 🙄 Guy Fieri, you should come by sometime and check in on your place, needs some attention.

I had high hopes for this place given the name but it was very disappointing. Our nachos (chips) were over cooked, the Cajun pasta tasted like it was a pre-made frozen bag of pasta I’d buy from the store when I don’t want to cook. Ordered fries for my daughter and got a ton of random fries, waffles fries and oddly shaped huge chunks of potatoes. Sadly, my favorite item was my Diet Coke. I did read the review before going but was hopeful we would have a different experience. Will never be back.

Almost ended up leaving before we got the attention of the staff. We enjoyed the food but wish we got served and seen faster. Everything took forever and wish they would pay attention better.

Man let me tell you, that Mac and Cheese Bacon Burger is something phenomenal! I loved it. I finished it before I could remember to get a picture. Hands down best burger I've had in a while, got mine medium well. It did not disappoint at all! I could eat one of those once a week easily. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was great too. Live music was playing (Saturday night), it was overall a very cool experience.

1st the hostesses & servers are all very friendly. The food is delicious and the serving sizes are quite large as well. Ive been wanting to try the Trashcan Nacos but the picture makes them look too small for $20. I am so glad we went for it, the size was more than enough for 4 to share! And they are LOADED and Delicious! I had the Bacon Mac&Cheese burger, wife had Kobe Burger and both were delicious as well. After downing the nachos though neither of us could finish our meal, which reheated well the next day. 1 negative, on some of the casino special event days (like million giveaway) they had limited menu which was very unfortunate. Just keep in mind when making plans.

Stopped in here while my wife was meeting some of her coworkers at a buffet I didn't want to partake in. I had the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich and the OG margarita. Food and drink where pretty good. I really enjoyed the hot honey on the sandwich.. Margarita tasted smooth and fresh. Worth it if you are at the casino for sure.

My husband and I decided to try here and sat at the bar on a Saturday night. Bartender was very attentive and friendly! Gave alot of great recommendations. Started off with the chips and queso corn dip. He had the bacon mac n cheese burger and I got the cajun pasta. Both were delicious and nothing was bland. We really enjoyed our time here despite some of the reviews! Worth trying out if you’re walking by!
