📍 Guy Fieri’s American Kitchen + Bar – Durant, OK 🗓️ 10/12/2025 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) After rocking out to Three Days Grace 🤘🔥 at Music Fest, we headed over to Guy Fieri’s restaurant — and WOW… this place is something SPECIAL. 😍🍽️🔥 ⸻ 🔥 The Food (Next-Level Good) I ordered the Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ Wings and HOLY MOLEY 🤯🔥🍗 — absolutely out of this world. Sticky, smoky, sweet, perfect texture… honestly, these wings alone were worth the trip. My brother-in-law ordered the legendary Trash Can Nachos, and HOLY COW 🐄💥… STACKED, cheesy, crunchy, saucy insanity. And yes — we split everything because BOTH dishes were too good not to share. This place delivers pure Flavortown magic 🚀🌶️😋. ⸻ 🌬️ Atmosphere Loved the half open-air concept — we were technically inside but still got that cool breeze 🌤️🌬️. Perfect after a night of screaming, cheering, and rocking out. The pool is literally RIGHT behind/next to the restaurant 🏊‍♂️☀️, giving the whole place a fun resort vibe. And shoutout to our waiter — I don’t remember his name, but this dude was straight-up giving Shaggy vibes from Scooby-Doo. Like… Matthew Lillard levels of Shaggy energy 😂🔥. Total legend. It made the experience even better. ⸻ 🍴 Final Thoughts This restaurant isn’t a maybe. It isn’t a thought. It’s a MUST. ✔️🔥🍽️ Phenomenal food, awesome energy, incredible setting — one of our favorite dining moments of the entire trip. ⭐️ 5 stars 😎🍔🔥 FLAVORTOWN ACHIEVED.

Oh Man! Guy Fieri's American Kitchen & Grill is heart attack amazing, especially the pricey expensive delicious But it can really fill you up menu items of foods over there, and clean their delicious humongous burgers as well. I must-visit restaurant place before you bet your money at the casino slots over there at the Choctaw Casino! Guy Fieri's is one very interesting man when it comes to his choices of food.

Give them your rewards card for points We got Trash can nachos. Small fires . And sodas . Prices aren’t too bad . Waitress was nice and attentive

Best burger I have EVER had. And the fry trio was super flavorful! Edited since we went back for a DAY TWO it was sooo good the first time. Got the Hamburger Trashcan Nachos a second time and Fry Trio a second time and added the Maoyr of Flavor town BBQ Platter.....Everything on that platter was HEAVEN....I CANNOT RECOMMEND IT MORE!!!

I think it’s probably rare for most of us to want to post a review for a salad, but this was not only a great healthy choice, it was so good. I can’t wait to order it again. Next time I’m here. The smoked chicken is incredibly well flavored and tender and a very filling meal.

I'm going to get to what we ordered first then to the service. We ordered the trash can nachos and they were very good. We also got the penne pasta with chicken, the pasta sauce and noodles was very good. However, they chicken had a little bit of a weird taste to it. The fries have potential to be very good if they would make them a little more crispy... Imo. The wagu burger was fantastic... Seriously great! Now the service was wonderful! We had Audrey the first day and I mentioned her to the manager about how great she was and the manager was awesome too! We had Briana the next day and she was a little reserved at first but soon opened up with sweetness to add to her attentiveness. We had some mojitos and they were very good, both days! For a casino, the food was really above normal in my opinion. I did see a steak walk by me and it looked really good... I wish I would have tried that... Next time! You can't get to the pool from the restaurant even if you eat there... I personally think that's is a little odd.

Absolutely THE WORST experience EVER! Waited over an hour for 2 burgers and a salad. Burgers were ok at best. Buns were hard and stale. Nothing but pickles and some fried onions on them.. that's the signature $24 burger...hilarious. Salad was a joke. Old nasty lettuce and a tiny little bit of chicken. $91 for two crappy burgers and a nasty salad that for some reason took over an hour to make. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I am always looking for a better burger. Today, I found one that it is ranked up there with the best of the best. My friends and I took a trip to Choctaw to have some fun. We were hungry, and all agreed on trying out Guy's. After all he put us on the quest a few years back to find the perfect burger from his TV show. Well we went to the inside the casino restaurant. We were admeadatly seated and served. I tried the Mac-Chesse burger with bacon, mac and cheese, and donkey sauce. Dang.... That was a good burger. When they first served it , my eyes became bigger than my stomach. Somehow, I finished it. My only problem was they only had one IPA on the menu. It was okay, but I found myself wishing that beer was better. Try out this place. Hopefully, you will have as good as an experience as my friends and I did.

Visited Super Bowl Sunday. We were hesitant due to the reviews but took a chance. Got an All American Cheeseburger and Cheeseburger Nachos. Food was fresh, hot and delicious! Our server Zack was excellent. Very attentive and friendly. Lots of TV and good drinks. Only complaint was the hostess acted like she was put out that we wanted to dine.

I had the chicken cajun pasta and it was 10/10. My husband had the buffalo wings and also really good. It was a Saturday night so we enjoyed some live music as well.

I'm not a huge Guy Fieri guy, but I don't know if he'd be happy having his name attached to this place. Like most things in the casino, it was underwhelming. We chose this place because it had the highest rating of the three food options here, but it's just bland and expensive. Lunch for my wife and I was $70 and we had an appetizer of wings (6 total wings), nachos and the Mac and Cheese burger. Vegas prices for Oklahoma grade food. The wings were semi-cold like they had been sitting on the pass for a while, but were capital F Fine besides that. The nachos had BBQ sauce on them and it 100% was to try and give the pulled pork some flavor; didn't work. And then the Mac and Cheese burger tasted okay, but upset my wife's stomach later. If you're looking for food at the Casino/Resort area, go across the road to the Burger King. It will be better for 1/4th the cost.

Poor service! Server brought us water and said he would be right back to take our order. After that he avoided us for 15 minutes while taking care of he other tables not coming with in 15 feet from our table with his eyes down. Finally after we yelled at him he took our order but took 5 more minutes to enter it in. So a nice dinner turned in to a two hour ordeal. I was so pissed I didn't even enjoy the food when we did get it. Cardinal rule of service get the order in so the kitchen can cook the food! Quick service equals MORE PEOPLE SERVED! So if you have 2+ hours to waste this place is for you. If you have a life, don't waste your time because Smash Burger is around the corner!

We came on Valentine's Day , it was still early (5pm) so we got seated right away. They don't take reservations, so kind of first come first serve basis. My family likes this place , my son said they have the best burger in town. The menu is kind of limited . I had the trashcan nachos , it was entertaining to watch when they came to serve it . Portioning was more than enough, and they were very generous with the pork topping . It tasted good , the chips were fried just right, very crispy. Chicken wings and hot honey sandwich were also very flavorful , according to my son and husband . Because it's inside the casino and it's very casual and open , I can smell the cigarettes. I wouldn't be opposed to coming back here though.

I was shocked and disappointed. My food, the mac and cheeseburger had zero flavor and was so messy! My man had the brisket sandwich and it was smothered is cloyingly sweet BBQ sauce. The fries were coated in sugar. The waiter was nice but overall a total bummer.

Gave it a second try! Out of all the options here for food in this casino, Guy Fieri's is a decent one. Don't expect food that would live up to the reputation of Guy Fieri though! Mac & Cheese burger actually had a cheese sauce this time! Great serving size! Happy with our meals, and the service! It's located in the smoking area of the casino, so that was a downside for us.

This restaurant is in the Choctaw Casino and resort. It was New Year's Eve and really bustling. The servers were very busy but smiling and friendly. The atmosphere was contemporary with a round bar at its center. The service was great and the food came out quickly. We had planned on getting the steak sandwich that was recommended but they were all out. Instead my husband got the buffalo wings and I got the Big Bite Ceasar salad with grilled chicken. Both were nothing special but nothing wrong either. Except there wasn't any Parmesan cheese on my salad. The drinks were good but served in plastic cups.

I go here every time I'm In town! The food selection is amazing and everything tastes so good! Service is fast and friendly ! The vibe is great and fun for a group meal!

I never expect food inside a food court or casino to be as good as a stand alone... not sure where all these bad reviews come from.. the salmon was a bit dry but a solid 4 stars. Service from Colton was great! Would def recommend!

This establishment is nothing short of wonderful! The servers are top notch and friendly as can be with stellar recommendations. The margaritas with Grand Marinier and Tajin pack a great punch and are the tastiest you will find. The bourbon spiked tea garnished with fresh strawberries and a lemon wheel is a bright, sweet, and dangerously delicious cocktail, sure to pair well with nearly anything. The hot honey garlic wings have the perfect balance of sweet and spicey in a glaze covering wings cooked to perfection. If in the mood for a burger, the kobe burger with gouda cheese, onion straws, and a tangy bbq sauce on a seasoned brioche bun is sure to satisfy. For something a bit heartier, the chipotle bbq shrimp & sausage pasta is an incredible serving of plentiful andouille and shrimp atop a bed of penne noodles, smothered in a mildly spicy yet somewhat sweet sauce. It appears the "trash can nachos" are a regular favorite of most patrons, a must try as well. Although Guy has not patronized his own restaurant, it is no doubt he would be proud of the work being done here in his name!

I'm a huge Guy fan and have never been to one of his restaurants. That being said I'm pretty disappointed. The Bad: The two things I thought would be amazing were the beer and burgers. Burger as everyone said was dried and overcooked. And it tasted terrible. The beer was not cold, maybe cool, but definitely not cold. Also the Cajun chicken Alfredo should just be called Cajun Alfredo. Hardly any chicken. The Good: Service was awesome! Queso was pretty damn good and the seasoned chips it came with were really good. Chicken Caesar Salad was one of the best I've ever had. The old Fashioned was really good. The steak sandwich was good but not great. The steak was cooked very well but I had to request medium rare. (They serve it medium well if you don't ask) fries were cool. It was nice to get 3 different style of fries. But overall disappointed. I was thinking everything would've been amazing. Unfortunately it was not.

A cesar salad was most notable for its absence of (grocery store grade) dressing and a sparse sprinkle of rubberized Parmesan; we asked for more dressing and it helped a little. The Jack Daniel's Strip steak promised 'smashed potatoes' and grilled asparagus w/a Jack Daniel's Whiskey, so we were super disappointed w/the boring, whole fingerling potatoes on the plate. The steak disappointed, too. It was easily the toughest piece of steak I've had in 5 years and the Jack Daniel's sauce has a lot in common w/the brown gravy served at Luby's. On the plus side, the service was great and the manager replaced the fingerling potatoes w/mac&cheese. I just wish I could say the food was better than a Chili's.

I'm not sure why this gets such bad reviews. I mean, is it perfect? No. Is service sometimes slower than I'd necessarily want? Yes. But everything I've ever ordered was tasty and well prepared and gives you the chance to just sit down and slow down after a hectic day on the lake, at the pool, or in the casino. It's kind of like having that "nicer than a food court but isn't going to break your wallet" option at the mall. The decor is hard woods with comfortable seating and TVs streaming lots of Triple D highlights. I used to get their wings, but I can't eat the drumettes and they no longer let me order flats only, so I had to choose again. I got the Motley Crue BBQ sandwich that came with waffle fries and may have been messy and on strangely shaped bread - more like a fancy hot dog bun - but it was incredibly enjoyable and more than enough good for 2 meals.

Ordered a salad with grilled chicken and Cajun alfredo. Grilled chicken was overdone to the point of not being able to bite through it and the Alfredo was so heavily salted my husband couldn't eat it. Took over an hour to get our food. Staff was friendly but I highly DO NOT recommend.

1. Food: Yuck-one word and this is Guy Fieri?? 2. Service: Well we saw them three times once when the order was placed, when food was dropped and when the check was placed, and this is Guy Fieri?? 3. Ambiance: It smells like old cigarettes, table was sticky, it was dirty everywhere you looked and felt like an old carny ride, and this is Guy Fieri?? This is in Choctaw Casino, the old smoking section. This place needs an extreme makeover and a new celebrity, maybe Martha Stewart she's cleaner and a better cook.

I had high expectations when I headed over to Guy's for lunch during a workday in Durant. The hustle and bustle of the casino is not lost in the atmosphere of the restaurant- it is located right off the main floor by the pool. The service was not top notch like most of Choctaw Casino and Resort typically is. Kind, sure. Prompt, deliberate, moved with urgency? Not so much. I've been a total of 3 times and this stands to be true with every experience. Now, the food. The food was what one might expect from a chain located in a casino. It came out fairly warm, sat on my stomach like a brick, but tasted fantastic when I was eating it. The meatloaf was one of the better restaurant meatloafs I've had (juicy, tender) but there's enough to split- it's absolutely massive. The nachos were almost too much- I wouldn't order them as a main dish again but I think they're perfect for a starter if you have a larger group. Overall, if you're in the area, there's not a ton to chose from and this one will be fair. Just don't expect to be wowed by the service or want to write home about a great new dish you tried.

Been there 3-4 time within 3 months period of time and have been disappointed the last two times. Last time was Friday April 26th 4:30 pm. Service was great (thanks myah) but our food was horrible. Order hamburger (2) both came out like they had been leftover from lunch. Dry and extremely over done. I asked our server to please ask kitchen to please redo the order. Although it was better but still over done I know your kitchen has good intentions and wants to do a good job but if they just take their time and do it right the first time it would turn out much better. Special thanks to our server (myah) for her great service that would keep us coming back and hopefully enjoying a well prepared dish

My visit to Guy Fieri's restaurant at the Choctaw Casino, was nothing short of delightful. Oh man I should of looked at these reviews before eating here. What a waste of money for a dry tasteless burger. When the bar tender asked what I thought I told him the burger was dry and had no flavor. Very he basically said yeah sometimes its like that. Basically gave me the bill and said maybe things were off tonight.I mentioned telling the manager but nothing come of it. Place was kind of dirty too.

This restaurant is incredibly inconsistent. I've had great trash can nachos from here and then on my most recent visit a few weeks ago, I had cold trash can nachos with generic tortilla chips. The nachos need the special, thick chips to hold up to all the toppings. Also need to be served immediately and not sit in the window. Unfortunately, my waiter told me that wasn't the only substitution they have done on the menu. If you come here wanting something specific, I'd suggest making sure it's prepared the way you are hoping otherwise you will be disappointed.

could have been better burgers were good, fries were warm-cold and tasted like they had been reheated several times. sodas were semi flat. I asked about military discount (group of 5 with 3 veterans) and they said yes and only gave the discount to 1 item on the bill. when I asked that the manager check the receipt he said it's correct.. that's how we do things here. the waitress made a lot of facial expressions when asked to replace the fries and add the military discount (on a $120 bill they took off $1.80 for military) All in all... I would recommend pass this one up... too many good places to eat to waste time at mediocre restaurants

So decedent it will make you feel guilty, but calories aside it is just so yummy! The fried crispy chicken breast was amazing. The fries medley was sooo good. Mac b cheese burger amazing as it sounds and steak sandwich was the king. Loved it even though it was inside a casino.

I had high expectations for this place. I was let down. The ambiance gives typical bar. The service was ok not anything to brag about. The food was not good. Plus they lack proper vegetarian or vegan options. I ended up getting the Alfredo with no meat. It was nasty omg

This place licenses the Guy Fieri name. It is not owned by him, nor has he ever been here/ever will be here. The food was really gross. I mean GROSS. I had the garbage nachos and some equally disgusting sandwich with onion rings on it. The oil that everything was fried in tasted old and everything was soggy, really salty, and just bad. Bad bad bad. I think the entire casino uses the same food regardless of the name of the restaurant and it all comes from the same food purveyor. The fries and nachos tasted exactly like the ones at the buffet up the way in the casino. The hamburger was exactly like the one at Smashburger. It's just really really really bad.

This was the worst meal we've ever had. (8 people) I think Guy Fieri needs to take his name off endorsing this place. We can't get over how horrible all of our food was. It's actually embarrassing. We left telling everyone in line to run away. So absolutely bad. Burger cold and not good. I ordered well done and it was raw in the middle. Steak sandwich chewy and cold and disgusting. Salad so over dressed. It was almost inedible. Honestly I can't say enough how bad it was. Also drinks were so bad. We sent back tequila sodas and ordered straight jack on the rocks and got Jack and cokes? Mostly cokes? I don't even get the bar. It took forever and drinks terrible. Mix tasted like weird medicine. Wine tasted like vinegar. I'm just so disappointed in #guyfieri. There's no way his show or he would go here. So Bad. Waitress was fine and not her fault but everything disgusting. Ugh

Eh. The name is a bigger deal than the food itself. Not saying it's bad, just saying it's not as good as the descriptions make it sound lol. At this point, I've tried multiple things: my top choice is the bbq salmon and grits BUT sometimes the grits are wayyyyy undercooked and that's a hard no. Today tried the pulled pork sandwich. My sister had a huge piece of plastic in hers. The poor server apologized but note made that the manager didn't personally come over to address it with us. The place was practically empty so... just sayin... dessert vote is the cheesecake (warning has chips and pretzels in it...see? Busy)... The bread pudding SOUNDS delicious but it's way too busy as well and superrrr sweet.

Our table got 2 orders of salmon, 2 orders of Cajun alfredo, 1 Mac and cheese burger, and 1 order of trash can nachos. I got the salmon dish, which was a piece of overcooked salmon on top of cold grits and Brussels sprouts. It was topped with something crunchy, which I liked. The other lady who ordered the salmon said her fish was also over cooked and her grits were cold. There was a longer than usual wait for the food to get to our table. I suspect it sat awhile after being cooked. That might account for the cold grits. My friend wished they'd given her a choice of vegetables. She doesn't like Brussels. I, on the other hand, chose the dish partly because of the brussels. You either love 'em or hate em. I heard no complaints from the ladies eating Cajun Alfredo. I didn't hear them rave about it, either. My sister liked the Mac and cheese burger. I was surprised because I just couldn't imagine Mac and cheese on a burger. It must work, though. She liked it. The worst dish was the trash can nachos. It had a nice presentation. The server brought them to her in a dish that looked like a trash can. She sat it on her plate and lifted the little trash can dish. The nachos held the round shape until the diner broke it up with her fork. We all thought after that presentation, the nachos had to be good. My friend said it was just a mushy mess. She took a few bites and just couldn't eat it. She just left it on her plate. I checked some of the reviews on trash can nachos and it appears they changed the type of chips they use. The chips used to be thicker and the dish got better reviews. It takes thicker chips to hold up under all the ingredients on top of them, especially melted cheese. If her nachos sat in their little trash can and waited with my salmon and grits, that would have made the chips extra mushy. I got the the better deal. I will take cold grits any day over mushy chips. When food doesn't get to the table soon after it's cooked, the customers not only have an annoying wait, but it's no longer as good.

Came here for the first time. Ordered the Trash Can nachos. It was very tasty and filling for four adults. I really just wanted a plain cheeseburger. While it wasn't on the menu, our server accommodated and said he could do that! Husband ordered the wings as appetizer because he want to order the whiskey cake too. Everything was great from the service to the food!

Mayonnaise on top of mayonnaise on top of white bread and a side of yogurt; just like McDonald mccoup. The ambiance is ketchup thrown on walls. No m&ms, no bud light , but you can find flag poles here to try to turn over a crepe cOup

I had a $20 dollar food credit for this restaurant and got the Kobe Beef Burger for $21 dollars which came with fries for takeout. For some reason, it takes around 25 to 30 minutes to get the order for a burger and the place was not busy during the time. Maybe not enough chefs. I ended up playing some games while I waited. I finally got my order and ended up eating the burger right on the spot. The burger itself was good as the cheese melted in my mouth and I liked the coleslaw and burger was not dry at all. So why the 3 stars because the fries they gave me was very cold and very hard. Usually, if cooked fresh it should be nice and warm and soft to chew on. I could not finish the rest that is how bad it was. Service was pretty good though and got the food as advertised.

Excellent service! This is a restaurant inside Choctaw Casino. We stopped and had a drink after seeing a movie. It was clearly shift change, but our server was very attentive and friendly. We've been to several Guy Fieri's restaurants from Vegas to Branson... they're fun! I would have bought a T-shirt at this one too but supply chain issues suck..... :( not their fault!

Should maybe give them two stars because the bartender is good. Ordered wings got half way through the first one and raw! Bartender apologized profusely, not his fault he didn't cook them. Manager.....should be a greater at Walmart. Didn't say boo. Needless to say I didn't order anything else. Should have looked at the reviews before I chose the place but Guy has his name on it so didn't even consider looking.

We've had many meals at Guy Fieri's here at Choctaw. Great place and I highly recommend a meal here if you're at the Casino.

Unbelievable the quality of food this Fieri restaurant is putting out to customers. Dennys ranks higher in quality than this restaurant. Very disappointed. Other restaurants in the facility are great.

Server was the worst server I have ever experienced in my 30 years in the restaurant business. The hostess was excellent but server AGAIN was the worst. A table came in thirty minutes after me and my friend came in and got their food 30 minutes before us. I saw our server ring in our food right 40 minutes after walking in. SO, AN HOUR LATER AFTER WE SAT DOWN, WE GOT OUR FOOD. Once we received our two burgers, it was dry, had no sauce, and very underwhelming. The fries are better at fast food restaurants. Server did nothing to correct the situation even though she knew forgot to ring in the food she just said it'll be a few more minutes (that was a lie). Manager never came by. Server asked 5 minutes after we got our food if we were ready for our check and 2 minutes later she asked if we were ready again. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, BAD FOOD. Never ever going here ever again.

Terrible food, they apparently do not cook burgers to order, they are pretty much well done. Fries are drier than the desert and served cold. Don't know if Guy intended for his restaurants to be mismanaged, but if this was the intention he should not be on TV talking about food. Also got food poisoning about 6 hours after eating there.

I've eaten here 2 or 3 times and honestly, it's dang good! Theirs Kobe burger is a perfect blend of flavors and the beef is amazing. Their salmon is to die for. I'm very picky and I'll eat here every time I'm close!

Absolutely horrible experience with the "Associate Manager" Parker Whitaker. He was rude from the minute we walked up telling us he wouldn't take a large party and we should go somewhere else. He said we should've made a reservation but we tried a couple days before that and was told they didn't take them. He said the only way he would see us is if we were all separated on completely opposite sides of the restaurant. We told him us 3 would sit until we found out what the rest wanted to do. Everyone had already voted to eat there and it wasn't our choice. They waitress came up and asked us how many. We told her but told her how many but that we was waiting on the rest of our party. She started to pull the table next to us to our table so she could fit everyone. Parker came over and stuck his arm out in front of her getting onto her and telling her to stop and that he wasn't letting our party sit with us and he had already told us that. He was aggressive and rude with her. The waitress almost seemed scared of him and apologized to us. She said she was sorry he was so rude and he's always like that. I got us and asked him what his reasoning for us separating was when the waitress said she could accommodate us. He didn't have an answer but instead said if I didn't like it I could leave. At this point we did decided to leave. I've never had any restaurant "so called management" personal ever talk to me that way. I asked the waitress for his bosses contact. She came back and gave it to me but still seemed very nervous. I tried calling the number several times, no one ever called back. As we waited outside for the rest of our party we watched him be incredibly rude to so many people who also left. I'm not sure what his deal is but he should not have a job and should never work in management, anywhere.

This place is dirt! Omg it's like eating in a cigarette ashtray! Yuck. Food was dirt except the loaded fries, those were bomb. I'll never be back to this scummy casino restaurant

Food was terrible i got a burger and fries the fries were soggy and the burger was soggy and flabby and when we got here they sat a table of four right in front of us and didn't seat us the service was horrible and didn't even get a "how was everything" etc.

There were four of us for dinner. Even though there were plenty of tables, we had to wait because they are short on staff. The team that was there was well trained and friendly. Our service was excellent. Two of us had ribs. There were a lot of them but they were disappointing in the flavor department. Overall this was a good experience. Hopefully they will fix the Mac and Cheese!

Omg so awful!!!!! Disgusting nachos ..... fatty pulled pork ..... cold food ..... have him take it to reheat it and they gave us a whole new plate instead .... and it was still cold as ice... I didn't order a salad!!!! I just really gross .... poor quality..... don't eat here ever.

Three stars because last time we came here we enjoyed ourselves and it was very good. Today was another story. We ordered the trash can nachos and wow what a disappointment. We detected zero pulled pork (listed second on the menu ingredients). I personally never noticed pico de gallo or sour cream, but my husband said he noticed a cube of tomato or two. But here's the really inexcusable thing. Every single chip was completely overcooked. Shame on whomever put all those chips in that 'trash can.' Just should have never left the kitchen.

Wandered in after a road trip from Tulsa back to Dallas and glad we did!! Praise be the restaurant is in the non smoking section of the hotel and both the food and staff were awesome. Mark and Tyler served us and exceeded our expectations while dealing w a busy Sunday afternoon crowd. Will definitely come back for the hospitality and pool parties.

Don't order anything on my check. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Everything simply tasted horrible unfortunately.

We had such a great time at this new restaurant in the Durant Choctaw Casino. I was excited to try one of Guy's restaurants outside of Vegas. I read many reviews and none were consistent. So, here's my own foodie review. We sat in the bar as we intended to only have some drinks before heading to the steakhouse where we usually eat and had reservations for later in the evening. Our server was a gem; eager to please and very kind. Some people ordered the old fashioned and thoroughly enjoyed them. I had the Cadillac Margarita. It was very tasty, but too much orange citrus for me; it leaned as more of a tequila sunrise. Next time I will try the Guy Tai. I told our party about the trash can nachos so we had to try them. They were delicious! The thick crunchy chips are needed to hold up the mountain of queso, beans, sour cream and nicely barbecued pulled pork. The whole thing was outstanding! We all agreed that we needed to see what else this place had to offer and scrap the steakhouse reservations. I ordered the BBQ salmon & grits. The salmon was cooked perfectly, not raw and not dry and nicely blackened. It sat on a bed of creamy grits, next to tasty brussel sprouts. The sprouts could have used a little more cook to them, but were still appetizing. The men ordered the ribs. Wow, they give you a ton of ribs! They loved the sauce so much that they asked for more on the side. They also said the mac was good. The portions are large: think about splitting. There is no doubt we will be back the next time we visit Choctaw. Thanks, Guy!

We've been here several times over the years when we stay at Choctaw. It has really been hit or miss. This time (July 2023), we were disappointed. Trash can nachos were bland with little meat and the wings were definitely a let down. The ENTIRE draft beer system was down (so only bottles). Plus they have "been out" of Deep Ellum IPA for FOUR years. We told the bartender and she agreed. We told her to just take it off the menu and the digital marquee out front. She said they should and even commented that they just got new menus printed up and it still had DEIPA listed on them. Head scratcher-
