Guy Fieri’s Anti-Worker Take Flies in the Face of His Populist Image | Eater

"Owned by a celebrity chef who has positioned himself as a pandemic-era champion of restaurants, this chain has faced labor criticism despite its public advocacy: when staff at a Pennsylvania location alleged unfair pay and racial bias, the owner merely said the matter was 'resolved.' He has helped promote industry relief efforts (including partnering on a $21.5 million fund that provided $500 grants) and has said back-of-house wages should rise, but he has been vague about specifics such as a $15 minimum wage, unionization, and concrete improvements to safety or benefits. He also opposes tighter regulation of third-party delivery platforms. Critics see a tension between the brand’s populist image and unresolved workplace concerns raised by employees." - Jaya Saxena

We dined at Guy Fieri’s American Kitchen for my birthday. Everyone was friendly and our server Mac was very efficient. We had calamari, prime rib an d righteous chocolate cake. Everything was served promptly and was delicious. I highly recommend trying this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Fieri fire 🔥 My husband and I have been to this restaurant twice and absolutely love it! You will have a wait as it is located in the Live Casino and does get crowded. The good news is you can hang out in the casino while you wait. We start our meal each time with their signature Trash Can Nachos. You can’t say you have been here without them! Brought out in a small metal cylinder resembling a trash can, they lift it and let it all go on the plate. Very cool dish! We have had different pizzas and salads while there. Very good! Our last visit was the weekend of Guy’s birthday and they had some fun scratch offs for free dishes, money off, etc..they also gave us cupcakes for dessert. A place you will definitely want to give a try! Takeout, fine-in and delivery. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and dessert. Casual and cozy. Accepts reservations. Credit cards accepted. We’re on site with great beer, wine and cocktail choices. Outdoor seating. Plenty of free parking . *Wheel chair, accessible entrance, seating, restrooms, and parking.

I’ve always been a fan of Diners, Drive Thru’s, and Dives so I couldn’t wait to eat here. Guess I set my expectations way too high. There was nothing great about the food. Nothing to set it apart from many other restaurants in the area. The food was okay at best. No ‘WOW’ factor. I had the Meatloaf. Wasn’t enthused. Dry and overworked meat. No flavor. The gravy was like Lipton Onion Soup. Mashed potatoes were bland…. Carrots were excellent. Portion size was decent. The Fish and Chips. Okay at best. It was served with Waffle Fries which were okay. Meh on the Cole Slaw. What made this meal really more disappointing was comparing the size of the Cod with the table next to us that ordered the same. That table got a deal with way larger Cod filets. The Turkey Club was the best order at our table. It was huge. It was reported to me that it was on the dry side but good nonetheless. Save your money. There are plenty of places in the area where you can find food just as good and better, and for way less money. The service was okay. It wasn’t busy at the time we were there. The waitress could have been more attentive considering how slow they were at the time. There isn’t a lot of tables so make reservations.

Very impressed with Guy Fieri's. Food was excellent. I got the tacos and an OG margarita. Both were so tasty! Service was excellent. I sat at the bar and was well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Google
This place is amazing! Bartenders Mike n Dakota are amazing and the manager Molly the kitchen manager is amazing as well. They have all went well above and beyond their job and seeing what they deal with with some of these crazy customers, they need the good comments because some people lie.

First time here. The hostess was wonderful and greeted us with a smile. Our waitress Phoenyx was absolutely wonderful. She was very kind and tentative when we needed something. The atmosphere overall was great as well as the food. Honestly can’t wait to come back and try something else !

Really enjoyed this meal. Sat outside under the umbrella soaking in the beautiful day with light breeze. I had the Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta and it was absolutely delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals but I have to say my Cajun Chicken dish was the best. We also shared a piece of the dark chocolate cake for dessert since it was recommended by our server who was very friendly and delightful. She really had some good recommendations on dishes. The portions are large, the prices reasonable and you will not leave hungry. Our server said the Cajun Chicken Alfredo pasta is what made Guy a famous chef. Although menus vary at all the restaurants the Cajun Chicken Alfredo is available on every menu. DISCLOSURE: I did not take the photo of the chocolate cake for dessert since I forgot to before we dug in. I found it online. The cake was very delicious and I am not a big fan of cake but would definitely get it again and highly recommend trying it. It was much larger in person than pictured, we actually split it among 4 people. 20240214 Visited for Valentines Day, very enjoyable visit. Madison our server was awesome, attentive and friendly, thank you Madison for helping make our special day even more so. 20241214 Another good visit, the guacamole burger and waffle fries were both top notch the chicken romano and iceberg wedge were also very good. Madison our server, was also on top of things.

Yelp
Eh, not what you would expect with Guys name on it. The burgers we had were good though. The waffle fries were a bit mushy and lacked flavor. I had a wedge salad that was honestly swimming in dressing. And a facility fee, well I wasn't happy about that when I reviewed Guys at Rivers Casino. Don't think I'll try going there again. Service I will say was really good. Thanks for that.

Yelp
I absolutely love this place. You can tell it's a chef inspired restaurant. I love everything I have tried there. I can't wait to go back.

Yelp
I do not say this flippantly, but this was the most laughably insulting gastronomic experience I have ever had, and I once had to find lunch at a Dollar General. Everything, and I mean everything served was clearly prepackaged food that has been arranged to look like it was crafted. So if you choose to go here just know you are paying triple for the same food you could find at sams club. What's worse is layout of this place is like a parody of a family diner style restaurant. I guess this his how you get to be rich and famous, by selling gimmicky food to the masses, and laughing all the way to the bank.

Yelp
Overall my experience was...ok. We had the chicken egg rolls to start off and they were a bit on the dry side, like really dry. Next we decided to go with a pizza. The pizza had no flavor and for a man whose catch phrase and whatever else is "take you to flavor town" this pizza lacked that. The pizza was bland which I was surprised by. We ordered some drinks and they were good. Had a diner like atmosphere which wasn't too bad for being in a casino. Our service was good at least but I can't say I'd ever be back or really try one of the others throughout the country based on this experience.

Yelp
Let's face it, it's odd to have a Guy Fiere restaurant in Greensburg. But I guess where there is a casino with the potential of customers it is a good setup. If it wasn't for the casino this would equate to nothing more than a sports bar. When I showed up it wasn't very busy. I was just out for the day and needed to stop to eat and I wanted to try something new to me. I saw this and thought why not. I walked in and looked around, waiting to see if anyone was going to seat me and it didn't happen. While standing there I took in my surroundings, like I said it gives that sports bar feel with a bit of diner to it. Fitting since this is a place owned by Triple D himself. After daydreaming a bit, and noticing that I was not going to be approached to be seated, I made my way to the bar to sit down. I should have known customer service was going to be seriously lacking. When I sat down I wasn't greeted by the bartender for a bit. When he finally did notice I was sitting there I had a menu in my hand and he sounded less than enthused that I ordered water. Looking over the menu I noticed that the pricing was a bit higher than most places around. I guess you are paying for the experience. I went with what seems to be the house burger. It supposedly won a few accolades. Bacon Mac-N-Cheese, which comes with crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, crispy onion straws, lettuce, onion, tomato, pickle, donkey sauce (whatever that is), on a garlic buttered brioche bun. Oh, I almost forgot the mac-n-cheese which I believe has several types of cheeses in it. As you can see from the picture, that is a beast of a burger, and a mess. It is stacked high and toppings are dripping out of everywhere. It took some doing, but I was somehow able to get my that thing into my mouth. I was glad that I had silverware because of a lot of this burger ended up on the plate. Using the fork to pick everything up afterwards made it feel like I didn't just consume a huge burger. As for the fry trio...I've had better. You know that I am a potato person, but these fries were lacking. Regular, waffle and spiral cut. They appear to give you a lot, but because of the size of some of the cuts, there weren't many in that container. If it weren't for the lack in customer service, I would have probably had a good time here. But aside from giving me a menu and serving my food, I never saw anyone. It is true, one television in here is streaming Triple D at all times, the others are broadcasting sports.

Yelp
Great selection of food options in a really nice, clean, and trendy setting! We opted to sit at the bar and the service was great. The bartender was really friendly and we had a great time chatting with him. We opted for a burger (Real CHEEZY) and a Cobb salad. Both were really good! I loved the fry trio that came with the burger - so good and a twist on the usual fry side you'd find elsewhere.

Yelp
I usually get the wedge salad and it is sooo big and delicious... ordered again and it was 1/3 size . Asked about the size and was told they didn't have enough product for the meal. Asked if the salad could be 50% off and the answer was no. Walked out with no salad ... will more than likely not return. Why didn't someone tell me before they made it ? Also instead of getting 50% for the meal they got nothing.

Yelp
It's pricey but the nachos are good . I can't say how many huge rush to go back, but I probably would for the nachos.

Yelp
Dakota is the best... Wish they all were like her... Fantastic service.... Food menu not the best... We always like when Dakota is here

Yelp
Man, today was solid because I already left a review about my milkshakes but lunch was fantastic. I do NOT give 5 star ratings often, but I coordinated today to give some love because I've been gambling trying places I knew I wanted to try. So, when I give you this review consider the following. - It was 11:30 AM - It was not busy - We ordered the popular items The Casino is cute, ok? Not like the the girl you knew was attractive and one day would be a great mother, but a labradoodles kind of cute. Don't come here expecting to witness a casino changing lives for the better; but the place is popping for 1100 hours, so people need to quit using their stimmy on the slots and go get a job! BURGER The Burger was incredibly simple but the architecture and texture of the burger was executed flawlessly and I would rank it in line with Burgatory given the quality of the meat and crispy bacon, followed by Mac & Cheese truly made it an amazing effort, but the burgers score is only the same as Burgatory because it oddly costs $17! Maybe it's the Casino, or Guy Fieri needing the extra cash so he can bleach his hair, but I'm a little taken off by the price. (8.9/0) FRIES The Fries Are a combination of Waffle, Weges and regular fries. The waffles are hammered with seasoned salt and the ranch was spot on! (7.2/10) WINGS Half baked half fried and it's simple okay? Guy clearly made his processes simply so it's consistent like a McDonald's but the wings are moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. Overall, and slightly above average garlic parm wing. (7.4/10) DRINK The Peach Mule delivers but most do because it's easy to make one. $10 bucks but it tasted like $7! (6.5/10) I would come and check it out, and if you are tired of being disappointed it's worth driving out and getting a well cooked burger. But, given that Burgatory is an equal quality burger and Guy is all the way out in Greensburg; I wouldn't drive too far out of the way to try it. If you happen to be around the area and want a solid burger this is the best one in Greensburg! Everyone else has cooked a NOTHING burger.

Brandon C.

Yelp
Actually the worst burger I've ever had, nothing more to say. I think McDonalds is a better option if you want a burger

Diana M.

Yelp
Visited Guy's for a bite and a drink, Dakota took care of me. She was so attentive and friendly, down to earth and funny! I love hanging out at the bar with her and the staff.

Yelp
I have never seen a restaurant go from 5 stars to 1 stars so fast. The food went straight down hill when the trainers left after startup. It leveled out for a long time and now they decided to redo their menu. The kept their signature dish but made it a smaller meal that comes with two sides and no bread. The sides are not your normal thing to have with pasta.. the choices are green beans, Mac and cheese, potatoes. No soup, no salad, no bread. They actually don't have bread in the restaurant anymore. No sandwiches, no burgers. Everyone started going upstairs to eat at sports a social. The meatloaf was gross. The service is still Great but they are suffering to make it with so many people deciding not to eat there. Today two tables left after seeing the menu. I highly recommend not going there to eat. I was their first yelp review when they opened and I gave them 5 stars. We took everyone there when we were going out wkth friends.

Yelp
Very Very Disappointed! My husband and I decided to go to Guy Fieri's restaurant tonight because we haven't been there for a while. We really liked the Cuban sandwich and looking so forward to it. Sadly the menu was changed and no more sandwiches. We debated if we should stay or leave......we should have left! We ordered the pulled pork nachos, thinking how bad can you mess up nachos.......very bad! The chips were too thick and over cooked, they just threw a chunk of pork on (not shredded), very little cheese, no bean to speak of, and the presentation was stupid ( in a can then dumped). The price was outrageous at $18.99 for something that should have been $12 at the most. Very Disappointed Guy, I know you can do better. The picture shows what could be eaten of the nachos. Our waitress was good though.

Yelp
Guy's in Live Casino Greensburg is an excellent place to grab a bite to eat after or before gambling. Our server Rachel was exceptional in her service. Food was hot and super tasty. The nachose are fabulous even though pricey.

Dolores C.

Yelp
Average is how I would describe the food. Nothing very interesting but reasonably well prepared. Sampled the fried calamari and that was quite good and then had some other appetizer that was flavorless. Some sort of breaded half wrap ? Salmon entree was cooked well and the asparagus was raw. Given the number of excellent restaurants in the area, I won't return.
google avatar

Richard D.

Yelp
The food was very delicious. We had the burgers, and also had the shrimp which was very good. It would be nice if when you asked for something it could come within five or 10 minutes so when you ask. It would also be good if someone would watch over your table and bring you drinks when your drinks are empty. The barbecue sauce for the hamburgers was just a little on a small side, they could use a little bit larger container. Overall, the atmosphere was very good as there were football games going on at the time. And we found out it's $13.25

Yelp
Decided to try something new while having lunch with my Mom. Went to Guy Fieri's restaurant in Live Casino. Had a great time. Great decor and friendly staff. We got a little caught up watching the episodes of Diners, Drive Ins and Dives but that's not a bad thing. The food was delicious and so were the drinks. The place was immaculate and the decor was a combination of classic dinner and modern flare. I'd like to go back and try more drinks and other menu items. We didn't get the trash can nachos but next time we certainly will.

Patrick O.

Yelp
The food was terrible. Guys take on a "double" cut pork chop is laughable. When I asked the waitress about it, she stated the kitchen said a thick pork chop takes too long to cook. What I ended up with was extremely dry and tough. The cheesy grits were one giant, homogenous lump. Terrible. The only thing on this plate I'd eat again are the brussel sprouts. I had high hopes simply based on the name. Instead, I was highly disappointed.

Yelp
This is a diner with a bar and some open-air patio seating. With the way it's been advertised you'd never know it until you dine in. You don't need to enter the casino area in order to access the restaurant. Service is cordial but the place is understaffed - 2 servers, no hostess for the entire restaurant during my visit. The food is diner quality with casino pricing. The quality of the meat and produce is subpar. Only two salad dressings are available: Caesar and ranch. Flavortown's dark alley.
google avatar

Rae N.

Yelp
Tried most of the menu at this point and it's all great. Everything's flavorful, cooked well, and presented nicely. The cocktails are flavorful and fun. It's on the pricy side but that's to be expected with the type of restaurant and location. The environment is fun and always clean. The staff is welcoming and chill. As an inked up hooligan myself, I love it when places hire people covered in tattoos. Definitely passes the vibe check.

Yelp
Absolute worst meal at Live casino Pittsburgh. we started with trash can nachos which tasted like it came from a trash can. cold soggy nachos sparse stringy pork just gross. wife had Cobb salad with not much dressing and dry stringy chicken. l had the Kobe like burger which was not worth the extra cost. hardly what we expected from a guy fiery restaurant.certainly not worth 100 dollars. expected more got much less.
google avatar

Tricia B.

Yelp
We absolutely loved this place for the Wagyu burger with their own donkey sauce and mixed fries. Sadly as of August 1, 23 they have completely changed their menu! No burgers No sandwiches. We ended up leaving because the menu of comfort food entrees wasn't what we were in the mood for. We will probably try the new menu another time. It did look really good. Just disappointed right now.
google avatar

Marge A.

Yelp
This is exactly what you would expect from a 'theme' type restaurant. Music, decor, and merch is quintessential Guy Fieri. The food is fairly standard American Fare. Predictable and tasty, albeit a bit pricey.
google avatar

James D.

Yelp
Waited too long to come here!!! Fabulous overall!!! Arrived at 4:30pm. The place was packed by the time we left at 5:30pm. Everyone was observing COVID guidelines. The nachos were excellent. The burger was the best one I have ever had and I was almost able to finish it!!! We will definitely be back!!!! Enjoy!!!

Yelp
My husband and I had lunch here on a Saturday. We got an order of the garlic parm wings for a starter. They were really crispy and meaty. They came with a side of a tomato sauce which was a little odd, but they were pretty tasty. My husband got the Guy Tai cocktail which had a strange chocolate taste, but it was ok. I got the citrus old fashioned. It was pretty strong, but tasted ok. I got the Baja Bowl which was pretty tasty, but super spicy. My husband got the Cuban sandwich which he said was very good. The servers seemed a little frazzled, but the service was fast and attentive. I think they may have been understaffed. Overall, it was good. I wouldn't make it a destination, but if I were in the area, I would eat here again.

Mark W.

Yelp
Good service, but very limited menu. Except for the trash can nachos, the food was not very good. Fish from the fish and chips plate was more batter than fish. Guy Fieri should try eating there to see for himself.

Yelp
I was excited to try this place out, obviously - who doesn't love Guy Fieri. I went at lunch time on a Wednesday and it was pretty busy! All of the tables were filled. The food took a really long time to come out, but the waiter was very kind and checked on us often. I was a little bit disappointed by the quality of the burger. It was rather expensive and pretty average. I also didn't like the fact that they used shredded lettuce on it, reminds me too much of McDonald's. However, the fries were outstanding! I think I would like to come back and try an appetizer and some drinks.

Tony D.

Yelp
I can't say my food experience was at all good at Guy Fieri's in in Greensburg, Pa. last evening. As of Aug 1st according to our waitress the menu was completely changed. My past experience was always very good. The best hamburger platters, salads, fries and sides. New menu includes no hamburger, fries or salads or sandwiches of any kind. Menu consists of just average quality quick prepared dinners at very expensive prices. I do not recommend. The word must be getting around since in dining area was quite empty. Hope Guy gets the message and gets back to the original menu. I will add that our server was extremely good and apologized for the menu change numerous times. The staff must be getting lots of complaints.
google avatar

Catharina W.

Yelp
Queso dip chips were way too hard. Mashed potatoes are literally French fries smashed together and cheese used as glue. We came for flavor, but left unsatisfied.
google avatar

Alicia G.

Yelp
We visited on a Saturday night. The wait was only like 20 minutes, but this restaurant is TINY considering it's at a large casino. Our waitress was nice. She gave us information about the menu such as which items are the most popular...although the menu only has a handful of items on it, that wasn't difficult. It was loud in the restaurant. It's VERY pricey for mediocre food that you could get anywhere. Backed by the Guy Fieri name, I expected more original items and a better selection. Everything was just...meh.
google avatar

Ron L.

Yelp
Finding out there is a guy fieri's restaurant at the Westmoreland mall casino, we thought this would be a delicious fun experience. Watching his television show and seeing how picky Guy is we thought this would be great. Unfortunately, this was a real let down. We ordered the Cajun chicken and pasta and the chicken pepperoni para. The chicken had a very thick breading coated and was fried too long as it was hard as a rock. We mentioned to our server that Guy would not approve of this meal and showing him how hard the outside of chicken was. The server said he would mention this to the kitchen. We cut off the coating to the kitchen and chocked down the meal leaving most of it behind. Bottom line is that a restaurant of a chef should have a lot more pride in their work than this one. #foodiebeware.
google avatar

Jenny L.

Yelp
The service was TERRIBLE. The food was dismal at best! The salads came with BOILED chicken! Gross. The lettuce was not crispy or fresh. The prices for what you received...not at all worth it! Save yourself, do a drive through! Service could've saved them, but...Terrible or none at all!

Yelp
The one thing I have to say in this restaurant's favor is that it is open late. When leaving a concert at the Palace Theater, we decided to go here for that reason, and to try it for the first time. Full disclosure: I know Guy Fieri to see his picture but have no other knowledge of him, his cuisine, history, etc. When we arrived it was good to find that you do not need to enter the casino to dine here. (You DO need to enter the casino proper to use a rest room, and that brings up two other questions: why are the personnel at the entryway--and inside--so taciturn and unfriendly? And why is there a sharps/needle disposal in the men's room?) The server who seated us and took care of our order was very friendly and attentive. Turning to the drinks menu, I first noticed the lack of variety in draft beers, and was not impressed with the bottled beers, so I ordered a gin and tonic, with Tanqueray gin. Either Tanqueray has changed their formula, or they used poor tasting tonic water, because it was not a good drink. This echoed Joyce's opinion of her Long Island Iced Tea; that's a go-to drink for her, but this one she described to the server as the worst one she ever had. (When I later asked one of the people behind the bar for the location of the nearest rest room, I was given a gruff, terse answer. Maybe that negativity explains the lack of good taste in the drinks.) The food menu is severely limited so it was a bit difficult to decide on something. We both opted for the Kobe Burger, Joyce "as rare as you can get it" and mine well done. (Luckily opposites attract!) I liked the burger though it was rather drippy, and the fry trio was okay with ketchup, though Joyce thought the burger and fries were a bit greasy and the fries tasteless (without ketchup). I'm not opposed to paying more for a burger, but for the overall experience it wasn't worth it, along with the sub-par cocktails. If we would go back to the casino (iffy since we did discover smoking is allowed), we might try the sports bar, but we can give this place a miss.
google avatar

Melanie M.

Yelp
Guys was awesome! We went to the casino and checked in at the restaurant. Only had a 15 minute wait. The wait staff was great! We had a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and Mac n cheese burger. They were both great. You get three types of fries with the sandwiches that are really yummy!! Be prepared to eat when you go. The meals are huge. They were very busy but we were satisfied with the whole experience. Definitely will go back again.

Yelp
Came here for dinner, drinks and food were excellent... Noel was our server and shes amazing

Yelp
The service was excellent and COVID precautions were in place (although I'm assuming they wiped down the menus between customers). My husband got the steak sandwich and I had the lettuce wraps (lots of lettuce - little meat). Both were so-so and a bit pricey for bar food. Fries were excellent. My Bloody Mary was blah with a barbecue taste I didn't find appealing, plus the piece of bacon was cold and greasy, celery brown. If I needed a quick snack I'd just get the fries - otherwise visit one of the other restaurants at the mall.

Kathy S.

Yelp
Food can feed 2-3 people. Very good and fun. The menu had lots of options. The drinks were pricy
google avatar

John C.

Yelp
I went in with high expectations. Those expectations were not met. The food was ok. The service wasn't anything special. It wasn't worth the price. It might be ok if you were drunk after gambling at the casino.

Yelp
We were excited to try the American Kitchen + Bar and we arrived with plans of relaxing and eating we were seated quickly and their were not very many tables that had diners which should have been our first red flag. The waitress was very nice and personable she showed us the menu and the drink menu and we opted for one of the shareable being the Trash Can Nachos and ordered a couple of signature drinks. When the waitress brought out our Trash Can Nacho's the first thing you notice is that the nachos are stacked in what looked like a galvanized flour sifter that had the sifter removed and I guess as the "trash can (sifter)" was being slowly lifted straight up the stack of nachos were to slowly cascade out onto the plate but that didn't happen it stayed in a tilted tower. I slowly pressed the sides of the tower down so that we could start eating and the first bites didn't have anything on them no queso, black beans, nothing at all except for like a dry rub on the chip but the chips were not crisp they were gummy and chewy and the rub was some sort of barbecue seasoning. We tried another few chips but they all had that stale chewy taste and texture. The waits noticed we were not enjoying our shareable and asked what the problem was and I explained that the chips were stale, chewy, and not crispy she asked if we wanted a fresh order to which we agreed we would try. It took quite some time for the new order to come out but we were fine with that as long as they were fresh and tasted good. The moment finally arrived the waitress tried to slowly remove the "trash can" straight up to get the cascading effect which didn't really work again but we could care less as long as they tasted good. As our waitress was getting ready to let us taste the new batch of nacho's she let us know that these chips were not nachos and wouldn't taste like a nacho since these were actually tortillas that were fried and dusted with flavoring. We tasted the new batch they were a little crispier but still quite chewy and honestly the barbecue seasoning on them wasn't very good. We noticed that the few peppers were like shavings, not slices and there weren't many of them in fact the only thing plentiful were the tortilla chips and black beans everything else was sparse enough you could see but not enough to taste. We really did try to eat these especially as expensive as they were but they just were not palatable so we left over three-quarters of them and when the waitress came by she saw our drinks were gone and most of the food remained and that we were not eating it so asked if this batch was better and I let her know that they were not good at all should not be called a nacho and that we appreciated them making a fresh batch for us but they were not something we liked or would order again. I wondered what our check would look like and while it was nice that they gave us a very small discount it was still more than most places charge for an entree the signature cocktails were good but were double the price you pay anywhere else. This is not somewhere I will go to again and any foodies that think you will be going to flavortown I am sorry you are going to be disappointed the food is not good, flavorable it is only expensive.

Yelp
My husband and I had dinner here. There is an extra $3 "location" fee for eating here I assume because it's in the casino. The chicken tortilla soup was good as was the rice bowl with chicken. Would be nice is the chicken wasn't shredded. I appreciate that these are gluten free options in the menu. My husband had a burger which he requested well done but was still pink inside. The prices were average and so was the meal. Ok but nothing special

Yelp
Big group of 10 jammed into a table that was too small was the only negative I have of this place. Had chicken parm and it was amazing, wings were amazing as well. No complaints from anyone who had salads or burgers . All gave thumbs up . Nachos were super solid as well. Small draft list and can choices sadly. I would go back here to eat for sure.

Yelp
Excellent service, manager excellent, service was the best part of the experience. Staff could t be nicer! Food we terrible. Went to Guy Fieris restaurant in Vegas and was hoping this one was better. It was not. The food is not good! Guy needs to reinvent this menu and taste his own food because this is not the place to Eat! Cannot recommend. Sorry Guy.

Yelp
Way overpriced. All right food but not outstanding the selections (all of them are saturated with garlic}. Heartburn city plus don't go on a first date, unless you like garlic. We won't be visiting again soon.

Yelp
We had dinner here twice. Very disappointed the first time so we figured we would try it one more time. We ordered the chicken tenders they were sodry and burnt. The cheesesteak was bland . we will not be back

Yelp
Drove from Pittsburgh to try this place out. Was expecting a larger trendier format/experience. It's inside a Casino. As there some really new awesome restaurants in the area. So the space is very small, maybe smaller than a roadside dinner. Not much to the decor. Very open and not to comfortable. The food was average at best, and besides the burgers, everything else looked like it lacked any flavor. Very limited menu too, I was shocked how few options there were. The food was on the same level as an Applebee's, and this place has Guy Fieri's name on it. I will say, staff and bartender were exceptional.

Yelp
My wife, son and I decided to eat here for the first time last night. We ordered the chicken fingers for my son and they came out tasting like nothing. Completely unseasoned. I felt great walking into the place. However, after eating the "ringer burger" i get immediately sick. I spent the rest of the night puking and feel that i may have gotten food poisoning. I would not recommend this place due to my experience. Go to Sports and Social Pittsburgh in the upper area of the casino.

Yelp
Had the opportunity to dine here before going into the casino. I ordered the salmon which was the BEAT salmon I have ever had. The atmosphere was very vintage. Think Frank Sinatra, Jimmy Dean, Rat Pack. The only thing i wasn't fond of was the music choice. It was a hair too loud and the wrong kind of music to fit the decor. Definitely will go back and try something else.
