Guy Fieri's Boston Kitchen + Bar

It's a cool hangout spot for an early family dinner or a night out. Upon entry, the hostess was pleasant checking us in and showing us to our table. Our waitress was nice and made her rounds promptly. We started with the mac-n-cheese bites (which were new to the menu). I was pleased that they did not taste frozen and were a hefty size. We also had the bacon cheese fries or nacho fries (I forgot the name). Now be forewarned, there are a mix of fries, waffle, steak cut, and regular. For the main course, there was the pulled pork on a pretzel bun. Bacon mac-n-cheese burger and the hot honey chicken. All were tasty, and portions were beyond what we were ready for. Needless to say, we took to go boxes. The cocktails weren't strong, but they were refreshing. The milkshakes were also a hit at the table!

The food is so delicious. Price is average for the area. We were in Boston for a week and went almost daily so we could try everything. So good! Highly recommend!!! The dill pickle wings and nachos were unique and tasty. Burger was awesome. And the Boston Cream pie was to die for.!!!!

I dont even know where to start. i made a date night reservation at 8:30, and when i got to the restaurant, i was told it is bar seating only.. after receiving multiple text confirmations, i was never advised of that.. why would someone make reservations to sit at a bar???? but that was just the beginning of an end. The food did not live up to the hype or his name AT ALL! i didnt know what to order and i usually like to see pictures of the food.. big mistake. i was catfished. i go on their instagram to see the most scrumptious looking tenders, thinking they would be freshly hand battered, freshly warmed up at the least, Mh boyfriend ordered the cajun pasta, which he was told was the best thing on the menu after asking the waiter, but lord idk if he was fed feces of every cook in the back or what but, i was deceived . Im actually at a lost for words i cant even finish this review without getting pissed off about the $80 i spent. just look at the pictures and save yourself the agony. i had to eat sleep for dinner last night.

The food was delicious, prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The only thing keeping this place from 5 stars was the service. The servers had zero personality and honestly might as well have been non-existent. We could have ordered from a kiosk and the dining experience would have been exactly the same. Flavortown really needs to hire people with some personality to bring home the experience.

Big mouth mac n cheese burger was great according to my husband. I ordered the salmon burger without a bun since they don't have gluten free bread. I was told they do have gluten free pasta that they make fresh when ordered. The fries were my favorite! Very good! Server was great.

Other reviews mention not enough flavor, not the case during my experience. Drink selection was good, full bar and about 8 beers on tap. The Dill Pickle chicken wings were a little on the tame side, but with the dipping sauce they were perfect. Salad was standard and dressed perfectly. The steak sandwich was great because it wasn’t too overwhelming in richness, however some more heat would have helped. The fries were very tasty and I liked the variety in cuts and seasoning. I would give this place 5 stars but as the other reviews mentioned, Guy is a titan in this industry and I could see how some might hold him to a higher standard.

The prices are high for the quality, and I was not in Flavortown. My chicken sandwich was WAY out of proportion, which wouldn't be a bad thing if the fried chicken had any flavor. It tasted like corn starch or flour with very little seasoning. The rest of my group was similarly not impressed with the food which was a huge disappointment considering the bill for 5 people was over $500 dollars. I will not be returning. The menu is quite small and limited, the quality was off point, the prices are way too high.

Not a bad restaurant, but not a great one either. We came in with high expectations for the food considering it was a Guy Fieri restaurant. The other reviews are right in saying that the restaurant mentions flavor-town but everything is bland. The food was very underwhelming, and not that great considering the price tag on some of the items. I’m not saying the food tasted bad, but it was average. Apart from that, the waiter we had was extremely nice and helpful. The service was pretty good. It was an alright experience but I wouldn’t come back here considering how much we paid. Also wanted to mention that the napkins were very cool.

Food - 3/5 The food overall was pretty decent. Portions were very good, so I can't complain about that, and the trash can nachos are definitely a must-get appetizer, but the entrees were just OK, nothing mind-blowing. Trash Can Nachos - 5/5, great portion, lots of flavor, nice presentation BACON MAC -N- CHEESE BURGER - 3/5, definitely looks better than it tastes, nothing mind-blowing, too much going on with this. Ribs - 3/5, pretty basic, it's hard to mess up ribs but again nothing mind-blowing. Service - 5/5 Our server was very attentive, checked-in on us regularly, and when we had an issue with the cornbread (it was rock hard)that came w/ the ribs, he relayed a message from us to the chef on how to improve the recipe, and was able to remove the cost of the cornbread (was a few bucks) from the order. Ambiance - 4/5 The booths were setup nicely, with some high chairs also surrounding the tables, with some nice mood lighting as well, a nice warm color.

BF and I stopped in after the Christmas Tree lighting at the Boston Common. It was around 8 pm and the place had more than a few empty tables. The host said he couldn't seat people at empty tables due to limited staff and added kitchen closing at 9 pm. That should have been a warning for us to go elsewhere. We were finally seated after a 7-10 minute wait. Shortly after we sat the server brought some water to us; however, he did not return for at least 15 -18 minutes. When he finally did, we gave him our order which he never put in!! He sheepishly came to our table explaining what happened (many tables, few servers) so he asked for our order ....again. By that time, it was a few minutes before the 9 pm kitchen closing. Surprisingly, he brought our food out fairly quickly which was a burger and pulled pork sandwich. My pulled pork was good and it sounded like my BF burger was fine. Will add that I said shortly after sitting that I had dined at other chef places (Bobby Flay) and had not had good dining experiences. So last night didn't surprise me. We live about a 15 minute walk from this place and could easily stop in however with so many great other options, truly doubt we will ever stop in again.

I heard they hadn't paid the rent in a year before abruptly closing without any notice.

Guy Fieri's Boston Kitchen and Bar is a great place to take a group for a semi-formal experience with flavorful food. It is a bit expensive, but definitely worth it if you're a fan of Guy Fieri. The restaurant has plenty of bar seating, small table seating, and big group booth seating inside and rooftop seating as well. The menu has a good variety of dishes and drinks, too. The ambiance inside is well crafted and creative - true to Guy's brand. The restaurant was relatively empty around dinner time on Saturday - my friend and I walked in and were seated in less than 5 minutes. Our waiter was a bit rude when we first walked in and pressured us to order food multiple times when we wanted to start out with drinks and order apps slowly. He also made some passive aggressive remarks which made us kind of uncomfortable. We ordered the guava margarita bowl and garlic truffle fries with a side of mac n cheese. The margarita was a good size and was strong. The truffle fries and mac n cheese were seasoned well and paired well with the margarita bowl. The food tasted good, but the waiter makes me hesitant to go back.

I really enjoyed what I had thus far at this place. When celebrity chefs have names on their restaurants, one might question whether the quality of the food matches the reputation of the name. In this case however I think a case can be made for some well executed comfort food type meals. The Truffle fry appetizer was really delicious and I appreciate how strong the Truffle flavor was. The tuna tacos had a really nice crispy shell, perhaps the vegetables themselves could be more defined. The main dish I pulled pork mac and cheese really balanced nicely the cheese part with the pulled pork part. Both were really flavorful and went well together. The pulled pork was quite soft. Probably the weakest link was the side coleslaw; the cut was too long, and there was too much sauce and not enough other flavor. A worthy establishment.

It's closed! No word of it closure on the website, was looking forward to it. Will miss trash can nachos!

Nice atmosphere, yummy drinks and good service. We went for drinks and apps. The food however, was somewhat gross. The chips in the Trash Can Nacho were coated with something, like liquified refried beans or something similar. Each chip was fully coated, gummy and soggy. What I love about nachos are the fresh toppings and a crisp chip to scoop them up with. This was not it. We ate the toppings but had to eat around the chips (pic). We also got the Caesar salad which was fresh and had great flavor - but the breadstick/crouton was just one of those microwave garlic breads. I would give it another chance and go back again, but to try other foods.

Woof. If I was Guy, I'd be embarrassed. 1) wait staff speak broken English and you cannot understand them 2) the food seems all microwaved. 3) staff are so slow. Never check on you. 4) got 1/2 our meals and had to find someone 10 minutes later to ask where the rest of our meal was. 5) told manager - he could have cared less 6) way overpriced. 7) kids meal doesn't even come with milk so was $20 for chicken fingers, fries and a milk for a 5 year old. 8) they charge you for dipping sauce $1.00 so the dry kid chicken fingers could have dipping sauce. So $21 for his meal. Just don't. Don't do it. Go anywhere else.

Went for my sister's birthday. Our friends and I were so excited to eat here for the first time. Until our server came over after waiting for 10 minutes and had the worst attitude, did not even get a name. Waiting another 10 for our drinks and then she just kept ignoring us and walking by the table. Then 15 minutes later we got another server and she was very attentive and very nice! The whole place is too crowded we sat in the middle of the dining room and everyone kept needing to push in our chairs every time someone wanted to walk by, just felt in the way. Food was okay. We got the chicken trash can nachos and the chicken was just weird in texture and flavor. So opted for a burger that was drive and needed to be drenched in sauce. Was very excited to eat here but with the service and dry food I would not recommend.

Guy Fieri's Boston Kitchen is a welcoming, all American dining experience fitting of the owner's amiable television personality. It's a comfortable atmosphere and the service is very good. I ordered the bacon mac 'n cheese burger, which tasted great despite having too many pickles and tomatoes in there. The side order of fries was certainly interesting, consisting of a mix of large potato wedges, some waffle fries, and a couple French fries. Some of the waffle fries were hard and dry, but most of the fries were edible and well-seasoned. I had a taste of my companion's cobb salad, which was good but the gorgonzola cheese was overwhelming and kind of overpowered the other ingredients. One kind of strange thing I noticed was how, for a big name restaurant right in Boston, it's kind of funny how this dense burger with fries was surprisingly reasonably priced for these days, but the salad was even more expensive at $20! Side note about cobb salads in general: for what should be my favorite type of salad given the traditional ingredients, I don't understand why it always has to have some weird type of cheese like blue or gorgonzola that doesn't fit the rest in my opinion. Maybe I have simple tastes, but just toss some feta in there and I'd be golden!

Despite the negative reviews this place was great! Staff was friendly and informative. Restrooms were clean. The food was fresh and delicious (the loaded nachos). The prices are a bit on the expensive side but you are in the downtown area so that's expected. Right next to AMC and all other theaters. Highly recommend for a drink or quick bites. P.S- Our Bartender Jason was super friendly and gave us great recommendations!

I was surprised by how big the restaurant was. There were a lot of seating and had seats for large crowds. We ordered the trash can nachos which actually came in a tin can. It was a bit pricey but it was a lot of food good for four people. I also got their burger which was just a ordinary burger but it was a good portion. I felt like the food didn't taste anything special but it was a good place to check out. But do not have high expectation because of the name of the restaurant. V

Awful experience overall. We ordered two burgers: one came out wrong and the other was never even made (at least they didn't charge us for it). In addition to missing one of our orders, the server seemed judgemental and uninterested. The water glasses on the table seemed to be dirty, but we were never given water even though we asked for it. Very disappointed, this runs down the good name of Guy Fieri. I was expecting to go to Flavortown, but it seems we took a detour.

We sat at the bar and the service was very slow. The bartender disappeared for an extended period of time without explanation. The food was a disappointment. We tried the chicken wings, which were barely covered in sauce, not hot and they lacked flavor overall.

As visitors to Boston, we wanted a causal yummy place to eat that had vegetarian options and we got exactly that! We came here for lunch on a Saturday and we were sat immediately. My partner and I were impressed with the food. He got the impossible burger and said it tasted great and like an actual burger. I got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich (subbed grilled chicken) and had a Caesar salad as my side and I really enjoyed it. We also shared the Buffalo cauliflower which was full of flavor with the seasoned sauce. Our server was attentive and checked in on us frequently. We would absolutely eat here again!

Unfortunately one of the worst meals I've had in a long time. Chicken was chewy. Salad had no dressing and lettuce was wilted. Wings had no flavor. Confused how a celebrity chef produced such an establishment. Service and wait staff were great!

Pretty average all around. 1. Expensive (especially for what you get) 2. Average food Had the nachos, Mac & cheese burger + fries. The nachos were good but the ratio of cheese/bean to the rest of the toppings was too much. The burger was the big disappointment. For how much it's hyped, it should be a lot better. The burger patty itself was so thin and super overdone and dry. It was like a dry hockey puck of a burger. No way that's the "best burger in Las Vegas" like it claims to be. Laughable actually. I don't think this burger would make it to the finale of guys grocery games.

On our first night in Boston we stumbled across Guy Fieri's restaurant & seeing as though we've watched his shows for years we figured it was a can't miss. There was a short wait for our table so we went to their large bar & ordered a drink. After being seated at our table we were greeted immediately by our server who explained all of our options to us so we decided on the Steak Sandwich & the Cheddar Cheese Kobe Burger w the unique side of ( Waffle fries, Potato wedges & Fries all in one small basket ) everything was terrific although we didn't want all 3 sides rolled into one & apparently you can't just have one which was quite odd. The decor was nice with a comfortable atmosphere & the prices seemed a bit on the high side but considering you're in the heart of downtown Boston & right across the street from the oldest park in the country ( Boston Common ) it was to be expected. Next time in Boston would we come back to Guy's restaurant, the answer is absolutely we would.

My friend enjoyed her burger, I enjoyed my fries, but my burger was extremely overcooked, burnt, and tasted horrible. It then gave me food poisoning. I will not eat here again. Also, they charged me extra for a side of mayo.

I was worried at first given the many negative reviews we saw before visiting. In our experience (Thursday dinner), the staff was nice and friendly, responsive, and the service was super quick! I ordered the classic pulled pork sandwich while my fiancé got Guy's smash burger. Both were delicious (extremely heavy), and came served with a nice medley of seasoned fries. We also ordered a side of mac and cheese which was pretty good, although these was some sugar (?) in it, which was a bit odd. Overall, we were pleasantly suprised !

Ordered the salmon sandwich, it was outstanding!!! So much salmon and great quality salmon also. It's enough for 2 ppl to split. I also had a spicy margarita and it was very good. So far this is my favorite meal I've had in Boston. Even better than the James hook lobster roll.

Was severely disappointed here. It's clearly making it by the name, but despite that I was shocked at the lack of exciting/unique menu options. It was mostly just your standard pub food at an inflated price point by saying it's Guys sauce. The meal was good but I was disappointed there was nothing eye popping for it being a Guy Fieri bar

Somewhere between average and above average for food, definitely above average for atmosphere, with a friendly large wraparound bar, and further back lots of booth and table seating, high ceilings, good music, plenty of people. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, excellent and sloppy and overflowing with pork, melted cheddar, pickles, barbecue sauce, slaw, onion straws. I ate a bit more than half and was very full, and barely made a dent in the fries--which were nothing special. I had the Santorita as my bevvie, it sounded interesting with vodka, tequila, passion fruit, lime, red bull--but all I got was too sweet passion fruit and some undertone of booze. Decent food, fun vibe.

If you're expecting to be taken to flavortown, this is not it. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since we ordered delivery, but we got a whole lot of nothing sandwiches here. Burger - flavorless, tasted like a loaf of bread with nothing on it, despite having fried onions, bacon, and cheese Chicken sandwich - the sad, fake, spongy chicken cutlet that reminded me of the kind of stuff I received in elementary school Fried pickles - probably the best thing we ordered, but that's not saying much Even if any of this were fresh, I still don't think it would be worth the calories or the price. No parking in the area, unfortunately not worth visiting in person. Guy Fieri! Come on!

Yikes. I came here just to get a drink before seeing a movie nearby and the experience was... bad. When I walked in just after 6 PM on a Wednesday, the place was fairly empty. There was one other woman sitting by herself at the bar. As I sat down, the lone bartender saw the movie ticket I put down on the bar and remarked "Oh, you're going to a movie!?" and I said yes. This will come into play later. I was given menus and told the bartender that I was just getting 1 drink before seeing my movie. I took a look over the drink menu and was intrigued by the Wild Pear Martini, but I didn't want anything too sweet. I asked the bartender if it was really sweet and he said no. I decided to get it. When the martini came, the first thing I noticed is that there were little ice chips floating in it. That's a big no no if you're making martinis, but nobody's perfect. I took a sip and it was... SWEET. Like - not just a little bit. I should have known based on the ingredients, but I decided to listen to the bartender over myself, which was a mistake. I had another sip to make sure I wasn't crazy. Nope! The bartender came by and asked how I liked the drink and I said it was too sweet. He then said "Oh, you don't like champagne". What?? I actually love champagne. He said it so matter-of-fact that I was taken aback. He doesn't know that the size of my home bar is actually bigger than what they have at this restaurant... So, I said "Actually, I really like champagne. It's probably the mixture of the elderflower and the agave". And then, this dude is like "Elderflower isn't sweet. It's botanical". Lies are being told. Yes, it's botanical, but anyone who has had elderflower knows that it is also very sweet. He then walked off. So, in this interaction, the bartender decided to tell me that I don't like champagne and that elderflower is not sweet. Right, guy. He didn't ask me if I wanted something else. He just left. Anyway, I decided I was not going to drink this cocktail and flagged him down to please make a Manhattan instead. He asked me which bourbon I wanted and I said I wanted rye. They DON'T HAVE RYE!!! At that point, I just chose a bourbon and he made me a Manhattan. It was... fine. Several minutes after finishing my drink, I was able to flag down the bartender to ask for the check. At this point, the bar and restaurant had filled up and he was the only bartender. I could plainly see that he was overworked and trying his best. BUT - after, he gave me my check, he didn't come back. Usually, asking for a check means someone is ready to pay. I waited and waited and waited. As I mentioned previously, he knew I had a movie to get to. Finally, I took the check over to the drink station area and said "I can see you're really busy, but I really have to go. Can I please cash out?". He flagged another guy to run my card and I left. I fully acknowledge that he was super busy, but the experience, on the whole, was not a good one. Please don't tell people what they don't like. If someone doesn't like something, maybe try to make it right. If they ask for the check, they're ready to pay and leave. This seems so simple. Guy Fieri's obviously couldn't figure that out. I would say maybe it was a one-time thing, but I think the average rating of this place says otherwise. No, thanks.

Guy Fieri's is a modern restaurant placed at downtown Boston right across from Boston Commons on Tremont St. It was very convenient for us to come here before our play date at Trapology. In cold weather we appreciated that Guy Fieri's is right next door and prices are affordable for two non-Bostonians! We sat on the bar and had a few drinks and nachos. The presentation of nachos was unique and the combination of crispy/soggy chips with all the toppings tasted just great! Bar service was friendly and quick, I'm looking forward to come again...

Service was pleasant. But the food.... I'm sorry. Definitely not close the the hype they make out for "Guy Fieris". Variety of food is limited. We ordered the smash burger, chicken and waffles, avocado toast, French toast, salad and strawberry shake. Only decent eats were strawberry shake and the avocado toast. The flavor of the fries and burger were bad. Think it's the oil. Oh the banana nut bread was decent. Restaurant was kinda dead for Sunday lunch. Expected a long wait. Lol. Oh well.

The trash can nachos are true to their name. What a soggy mess. Not a crisp chip in the bunch. The reveal coming out of the can is not funny or appetizing. We had been traveling much of the day and hadn't eaten. It was late. My husband ate the nachos I didn't say anything. I ordered the Kobe burger because I couldn't get a regular cheeseburger that wasn't a double or a triple. It was a good burger. The fries that came with it looked like leftovers- waffle fries, regular fries, big pieces of potato. Donkey sauce also doesn't sound cute or appetizing. Just call it what it is. The truffle cheese fries were just okay. I would not go back. The service was good and friendly.

Unexpected menu. Some GF options. Smash burger was very good. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our orders arrived quickly. Like the location near Boylston St.

I dont know where to start, so I suppose I'll just explain the whole experience. We walk in and we almost tripped cause the door is so awkwardly heavy once it gets to a certain point it slams itself open, so we walk up to the front counter, we weren't greeted.. just stared at until we said how many people were in our party and get asked well are you actually eating or just getting drinks? In a very rude tone. As two very sober people we just wanted to sit and eat at the restaurant we've been waiting for to open around here. So the silent seating continued when the male host went to walk off and we went to follow him and he then goes no sorry, and directs the girl host to seat us. The table we were sat at, was supposed to be a clean table but didn't seem very clean with crumbs scattered on it. The water glasses at a fairly new restaurant were horribly scratched, chips, and had dirty marks all over them, along with the dirty cups they serve you tap water in a large bottle which was also covered in grease or oily substance. Our food was almost completely inedible. We ate our French fries and thats about it. The trash can nachos had far too much liquids in it as it was basically a mush with minimal flavor. I ordered a steak and cheese, I took one bite of it and put it back on the plate cause the bread was literally soaked in grease and as I was eating it, the grease was literally exploding in my mouth and it was absolutely atrocious. My husband ordered a smash burger, the meat and the bun had no flavor other then dirty grease. Neither one of us could actually stomach or enjoy this meal. Now onto the service by the waitress which was the most confusing thing ever, I'm not sure if she's new at this or what but wow. She came to the table greeted my husband by saying she really likes his "earrings", looked at me when I go to order my drink she goes oh ill be back in 2 minutes for your order. Well oh okay then...why come to greet us if you weren't ready to take a simple drink order. She kept blatantly ignoring our table when we would have obvious needs. She asked how things were going the second We'd get our food without any time at all to actually try it. I have been a server for many years so I know when people are picking at the food and already asking boxes somethings gotta be wrong. She never once asked if anything was wrong at a reasonable timing. The restaurant was most definitely fully staffed as there were multiple employees just standing around gossiping with one another. As a guy fieri fan family, we were so excited for this but it was an absolute let down. The atmosphere was cool and all but the workers, food, and service were just horrible.

I am about to abandon all hopes in these restaurants that are opened by well-known and popular chefs. After a disappointing experience at Gordon Ramsay's place, Guy Fieri was the same lackluster food experience. I made reservations and I can see the place was not packed when I arrived, but the hostess looked confused and I'm not sure why it took about 5-10 minutes to seat us. So we aren't off to a good start already. We put our food order in and it took about 30-40 minutes for the food to come. And when the food came, it all came at once and I'm guessing it took so long because the server probably waited for all the dishes to be cooked before bringing them out, and by doing so when the food arrived at the table, it was cold. The food overall tasted insipid due to it sitting there for some time. I'm so annoyed at this point. And to top it off, in the order of trash can nachos, I asked for chicken to be added +$6 and they added bbq pork +$5. And I was charged the chicken add-on price even when I told the server the order is wrong. Also, the farmstand salad was missing shaved cabbage, corn, and chickpeas. The salad I got was not as advertised on the menu. I should have just gone to any fast-food chain and I'm sure my burgers, nachos, and wings would not have come out cold.

I love nachos. If they're on a menu, I order them. That's it. I have wanted to try the trash can nachos for so long, and finally got around to it, just to have them be soggy. Also had the buffalo cauliflower where the breeding didn't stay on, and a forgettable tiki rye cocktail.

Went last night to eat here cause of Guy Fieri...it's his place and the food was freaking awesome!!! I had an adult beverage (Freaky Tiki). It was so good I had to have another. Me and my boyfriend shared an appetizer (Calamari a la mama)...very yummy. I had Guy's famous Bacon Mac and Cheese Burger with fries trio...it was worth it. My boyfriend had sirloin steak, he said it was really good. And for dessert, we shared a Boston Cream Pie...but it was more like cake. Mouth watering indeed. If you ever come to Boston, I highly recommend eating here. It's worth every penny.

Burgers were salty and lack-luster. Fries were unremarkable. Chicken parmesan fettuccini was awful. The pasta was dry was flavorless, the chicken tasted reheated, and the bread was blah. Service was fine but slow (on a slow night). This place needs a rescue urgently.

Terrible service. Waitress wanted us out the moment she did not introduce herself to us. She stopped talking and only nodded half the time, and we looked for her the whole time but texting while working was more important? Sandwich was ok but did not save this terrible experience.

Service and food here is seriously underwhelming. I came here with my kids and my niece today and left here feeling very let down. First off, my server Nancy was not attentive and was not very friendly either. We ordered the trash can nachos as the app and when the person who delivered them went to remove the metal sheath, the nachos spilled onto the table. They either need a bigger platter or should put a piece of parchment down to catch the spillage in order to avoid contact with the table. The kids weren't satisfied with their meals either which consisted of macaroni and cheese, the Mac and cheese burgers, and old bay wings. I ordered the blackened salmon. The consistency of my rice was off and the salmon lacked any real flavor. Needless to say, I will not be back here. For the record, I spent 160$ and still tipped 20% despite my dismal experience. Dine at your own peril.

Service was extremely slow and the food was NOT worth the wait. We ordered the salmon and fried chicken plate. The only thing I liked were the brussel sprouts. They were very generous with the amount of food but unfortunately it was not good. We tried the tuna taco wontons as an app and that was also nothing to rave about. If I had to rate this place it's a 3/10 .

haven't even received food yet but this service is horrendous. I sat down at the bar w my partner and no one else there. the bartender and 7 servers hanging around him had not acknowledged us until we had to project to get his attention. this has happened for the last 3 times we have tried to get his attention. not Surprised this place is empty on a Friday night In a prime location. Edit; the food stinks!

In terms of food, this place is one star. For a chef whose whole shtick is "Flavortown", I was sorely disappointed by how utterly bland and under seasoned everything was. My Mac and cheese tasted like a refrigerator, which tells me they prep everything en masse and reheat to order. The French fry medley was over cooked, and my kids' Mac and cheese was cold :( The restaurant itself was also underwhelming. Aside from the funky wallpaper, the decor reminded me of a dusty old steakhouse. I was definitely expecting more of a fun dining experience. The extra star was for the wonderful service from our waitress, who was very kind and attentive.

This place will do the trick if you're looking for something budget friendly in a super touristy area! I feel like I hardly ever see a burger for less than $20 anymore unless it's fast food. If I could give this place 3.5 stars, I would, solely based on service. The trashcan nachos were fun and a highlight for my group. I think a lot of these reviews are whiners and that can happen, especially when a restaurant is tied to a famous celebrity chef-people suddenly become the world's harshest food critics. That being said, while the food wasn't entirely wow worthy like some other restaurants in the area, it was for sure edible and affordable enough for us to want to come back again!

Big Guy gal here. Love me some Triple D, G, and everything in betwee. The "feast platter" we consumed tonight can only be described as something one might find in a dumpster behind Planned Parenthood. 2 stars because the beer was cold and I haven't dropped a bomb-dot-com in my pants yet walking home.

Service was good and waitress was very friendly. Food and drinks came in a good time. Really really good Buffalo sauce!

We stopped in for lunch before seeing a show at the Emerson and despite the reviews here, we were very pleasantly surprised. Very quick seating, VERY fast service, and the food was good. We ended up getting brunch and it was just a chill vibe overall; music wasn't too loud, wasn't too crowded. I got the croque madam which was exceptional. The eggs were perfectly cooked and made the whole dish better. My husband got the crispy chicken sandwich which was "good with a lower case g." Nothing to write home about but definitely worth eating. I also had a mimosa with my meal and it was... Fine. I'm guessing it was lowest tier prosecco as the flavor profile was a bit bland. All in all, it was very convenient and would definitely come back if we're seeing a show next door again

I cannot even give this restaurant one star. It was the worst dining experience. The waitress was extremely rude and unattentive. My meal was part of a package with Broadway in Boston. So this restaurant had several months notification of how many people were eating there on a particular day and time. Our appetizer took one hour. After asking the rude waitress many times, she just said oh you will be fine. I expressed we wouldn't have time to eat dinner and dessert. After two hours the meal came and we had to pack it up and go. Dessert came and it was a stale brownie cookie with a dapple of ice cream. The second option for dessert was not available. To top it off, we couldn't bring our left overs into the theatre. What a waste of time. Had to watch a 3 hour musical with my stomach rumbling. The restaurant atmosphere was a sports bar with TV's everywhere, not the fine dining that was expected. I expected so much more from Guy Fieri.

This place was a huge disappointment. If it's in "Flavortown" it's definitely the low rent district. I had the Plain Jane Mac and cheese. It had no flavor at all. My sister had a smash burger, which was okay. The waiter messed up a drink order and forgot an appetizer. When we told him about it, he brought the wrong food. No one, not even the waiter, ever bothered to check in with us to see how our meal fared. I went to find the manager and found him to be the worst dressed person in the place. I never would have expected him to be the manager. The only good thing was that after explaining our experience, he comped our whole meal. Which I wouldn't have known if I hadn't flagged him down after waiting 15 minutes for our bill. I think Guy needs to spend a little less time on TV and more time checking out his restaurants.

So sad! Deeply wanted to love this place but my salmon tasted old and overly fishy and my daughters dinner was also not good. Service was fine. Guy, please come and work on this joint so your name can stand for something awesome!
