Guy Fieri's DC Kitchen + Bar

The food was so good! The burger was like none other. I haven’t had a burger so flavorful. Cooked amazing. Nachos was bussin we got full so even tho we shared we was still full. The service was half defiantly the only ones of color. We felt we kept having to wait to leave. The server gave us a free drink but we was ready to go.

Does not live up to the hype. I had the chicken trash can nachos and although the presentation was cool, the flavor wasn’t all that there. I did like how they seasoned the chips. It had a nice spice rub to it. It would have benefited from more cheese and more chicken. We also had the buffalo chicken wings - those were not the best either. Buffalo chicken wings should be just that and spicy! These were sweeter and no where near hot. I didn’t taste any buffalo in them. The pizza pops were really great and the tomato sauce that came with it was definitely disproportioned to the pizza rolls; still the presentation looked good and it tasted really flavorful. The handhelds were also yummy! The kids had the bacon Mac and cheese burger and the kids classic cheeseburger… those were good! Overall you’re looking at a chain sports bar with somewhat hood food - not really worth the hype.

When walking in it dosen't really scream Guy Fieri's restaurant. Manager was very nice, explained they were really short staff. However the food fell short. Orders were coming out wrong and missing items. The biggest issue was everything was cold. We had Buffalo wings, chicken sandwiche, brussels sprouts, salmon plate, trash can nachos, cheese steak, cheese burger and fries.

The food was absolutely delicious, usually turkey burgers are the worst on the menu that seem to be included just so there’s one non-beef burger available but this was truly so good. Definitely a mess to eat! However they do automatically charge a 22% gratuity which they don’t tell you about until the check comes. It’s a steep mandatory tip especially considering our waitress had to come back to ask us our orders again, then brought out blue cheese instead of ranch when it was requested. Finally, there is one bathroom downstairs…one single stall unisex bathroom, at a sports bar.

If you’re a Guy Fieri fan like me, I’d definitely check this spot out! Ambiance is amazinggg!! Food is out of this world!! S/o to my server Najah!! She had great suggestions for our first time and stellar service. Because of her (and the food), I will be returning. Y’all.. the appetizer Brussels sprouts??? Y’all.. that’s all we could talk about even after we ate everything else! Lol so freakin good. The pepperoni pizza pops were so cute! It looks liked a cinnamon roll; parmesan cheese sprinkled on top and marinara on the side. Cute and fun, crispy and buttery! Apps were 10/10! I had the Kobe burger cooked medium. It was cooked to perfection. The onion straws and onion jam meshed well with the other sauces and pickles. Really a party in my tummy. My friend had the salmon and I’m assuming she enjoyed it because while she didn’t say anything, she ate it all lol. She did thoroughly enjoy her Raspberry Drop because she ordered two. Wings were delicious! We got them fried hard. The fries are fun and a little spicy, Cajun-esque if you will! An assortment of spiral, waffle, and plain cut fries. Najah was a joy. As you can see, the kids love her! We’ll definitely be back (without the kiddies). Also a hub where you can place your sports parlays.

Smoked shotgun shells were sooo good! Perfect appetizer before going out for dinner. The bartender was wonderful. They have the best kind of ice 😋 Very fun atmosphere.

Was about as disappointed as you can be. Service is a zero, they literally tell you to do everything yourself while they set down. Table service is a joke. Overpriced food that is barely edible. Guy needs to take his name off this place ASAP!

Guy bought this place around October of '22, so don't let the older reviews deter you from coming. The food was great and the service was awesome! Our entire family enjoyed it.

I had a great time at the game this night. Instead of dealing with long lines, I decided to dine at the Guy's restaurant. Although I couldn't find the pictures of my previous meals, I ordered the Trashcan Nachos, which were 2 words: ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Each bite had a perfect balance of ingredients, but it was too much for me to finish alone, so I shared it with my friends. I washed it down with a Tito's and cranberry and enjoyed the game on a good Friday night. Whenever I come here, it's always a great time. I can relax, place a few sports bets, and trash talk with my friends while enjoying good food and booze.

The food is mediocre at best. We waited 30 minutes for a burger and queso and chips. They have implemented the QR Code order feature. I didn't mind at first because I thought this will make life easier. Just pay and go. We order an iced tea with food. There was an 86 on the tea. He landed on water. I asked how to get it off my bill and I was told. I don't know and then walked off. No offer to ask manager or see what they could do. I just paid for it. I'm not putting too much energy into $4. The food took 40 minutes. Maybe they were slaughtering the cow outback or something. My husband finally got up to ask where it was. Amazing it came within five minutes. I know where it was. It was under the heat lamp for 25 minutes. This will be the last time I go here. It's never been good but it was convenient to Capital One arena. This is legit the only reason they're in business. If the teams leave, this place will go under. Straight garbage.

I came in for a drink with my sister right before a concert at capital one arena. The bartender was really nice and made great drinks. This review is based off their downstairs and upstairs bathrooms. My sister used the downstairs bathroom by the bar and she mentioned if I needed to use the restroom, there is no soap or toilet paper. We made the staff aware and it was brushed off. The bartender suggested there was an upstairs bathroom that I could try as it had multiple toilets. To my surprise I looked at each stall and no toilet paper but they had added paper towels in each stall so obviously the staff was aware. I come out to wash my hands and guess what!? No soap. This is concerning how are the employees washing their hands after using the restroom themselves. I'm glad I was just having a drink and not food.

An overpriced, mediocre restaurant and bar that is not worth your time. You are paying for Guy Fieri's name and the food doesn't come close to matching his reputation-Aramark (best known for sports stadium and college cafeteria catering) does the food here. There are only three things on the menu that vegetarians can have, and one is a veggie burger. My friend and I ordered the queso and tuna wontacos. Other than the chips for the queso, everything else about the experience was not great. Despite the restaurant not being busy, it took us about 10 minutes to order and another 20 minutes for our food to come-confirming what many other reviewers have said about poor service. The wontacos were average and could have used way more spice and seasoning. The queso itself was a slightly elevated nacho cheese sauce that you would get at a game. While this restaurant tries to be an elevated sports bar, it falls way short. The restaurant also adds a 22% gratuity to your check-the service we received was certainly not at that level.

I am writing and reviewing as a fan of Guy Fieri's and as a fellow bar owner. This isn't so much a negative review...it's more an observation review as from what I experienced as a customer and fellow bar owner, I don't think Guy would be happy attaching his name to how this establishment is being run. I have pics and wish I could attach. I went in to Guy Fieri's Kitchen & Bar on Sunday December 10, 2023 to get some food and watch some games. Upon walking in, the immediate vibe was horrible. There was no sound from the TV's or music on and no one greeted me as I walked in. The bar area was DEAD...which was crazy since there was a game next door and every bar I went to before was packed. I actually ended up at Guy's because it was the only bar in the area that had a seat. Again, when I walked in, the vibe was horrible...it was deadly quiet and not inviting. Anyway, I uncomfortably grabbed a seat at the bar. I immediately noticed the unorganized bar stools next to me. I also took note of the cleaning supplies randomly sitting around on the bar and a random bar cart with a bar mat just thrown upon it adjacent to the bar...as well as a mop and yellow cleaning sign and dirty bar rag buckets on the bar. I also noticed that the cocktail tables near the bar def had not been cleaned...and there was debris and food all around. And, the chairs and tables were not organized in an inviting fashion. I wanted to have some food, beer and watch some SPORTS! To further frustrate the TV sports viewing experience, one of the TV screens was not working and another was showing FAMILY FEUD!!! What??? Details...the Guy Fieri logo on the menu was blurry...the menus were dirty too...and I won't even critique the amount of misspelled words and grammatical errors on the food descriptions. And, none of the bar stations had items properly stocked...it looked bad. And, the way electrical items were plugged in....aesthetically it was bad but it also may be a fire hazard too. Did I mention weird product stocking like Bud Light cases stored where the drafts are?? The merch area looked sad too. But, my wings were surprisingly great! But, no way I'm ever going back. Bartender was on their phone the entire time and never asked if I needed anything...I always had to get their attention. I saw a manager running around and from my experience in the bar business it was obvious this guy had no idea what he was doing and wasn't properly leading or training his staff. Guy's was the only bar not busy around the arena and it's obvious why. I'm only sending this because i like Guy Fieri and no way he would be into what's going on and he should take his name off this establishment. It's uninviting, slightly dirty, disorganized, etc.

Upon entering from downstairs which is the Caesars Sportsbook area. You're NOT greeted. Had to ask the security guard where guy fieri's place was to which he pointed upstairs. They had the AC on so ventilation was good. There is also sanitizer available which is a plus. Upon getting upstairs No greeting or anything. After sitting at the bar area. I was given a menu to which the first thing you'll noticed is the FOOD IS VERY OVERPRICED. After being given a glass of water to which the straws are too short for the glass so your lip actually touches the glass **SEE PICS**. After drinking the water. I tried to get a refill which turned out to be a total waste of time and energy. The bartender was too busy playing on his phone DIRECTLY IN THE BAR AREA EVEN **SEE PICS** to which the bartender eventually went to an empty table and sat down still playing on his phone despite customers waiting for refills. After a few minutes the food arrived and I could tell it was a major rip-off for the price. The "trash can nachos" priced at $22 are nowhere near worth the price. The nachos barely had any meat on it. THERE IS NO MEAT SHORTAGE IN 2023. They're just ripping customers off by putting huge amounts of beans on the nachos instead of actual meat to increase profit margins. While sitting at the bar. Customers usually socialize and interact with other customers. But here it's very weird. Barely anyone was interacting with each other and really just kept to themselves. Very weird atmosphere for a bar environment. After asking again for a refill of water when the food came. Despite waiting a numerous amount of time for a refill. The refill never came of a SIMPLE GLASS OF WATER. After finishing the food with no drink refill throughout the entire process. I asked for the bill, a box & take-out bag. At this location. They don't have any bags so you're literally walking out with a plastic Togo box despite this being a SUPPOSEDLY premium restaurant. The bathrooms here have huge amounts of clearly visible mold in the hand-dryer areas **SEE PICS** from a lack of simple cleaning, Also loose toilet paper rolls were everywhere in the stalls which means numerous amounts of customers needed toilet paper while using the bathrooms which is usually a MAJOR RED FLAG in a restaurant. The overall place seemed to be cleaned and well maintained except for the bathroom areas and behind the bar. The bar area cooler had huge amounts of clearly visible grime on it from using just water instead of real soap and water during cleaning. **SEE PICS**. Not a very good first impression since it's HIGHLY VISIBLE from the bar area. The employees are somewhat friendly. NOWHERE NEAR SOCIAL NOR PROFESSIONAL HOWEVER. The general customer base is mainly adults really. No kids. The overall noise level was normal for a bar. Overall. NEVER EVER AGAIN. The customer service here is very poor which is totally ridiculous since the food is very overpriced and you can't even get basic customer service here despite paying insanely high prices for small portions of food.

Enjoyed coming here to participate in a wing-eating competition. They gave us 2 minutes and a plate of 6 buffalo wings and we had to eat as many as we could. Even while trying to eat as quickly as possible, I noticed the buffalo wings had really good flavor. We stuck around afterward to get an order of the famous trash can nachos and they really lived up to the hype. My one complaint is that the bartenders were a little brusque with us but everyone else seemed very friendly.

A great place, full of screens, great selection of beer and drinks, too! We had a great server and we enjoyed our visit. Delicious food and would go back!

Came in yesterday with a big group and it was quite an experience. The space itself is really open with a ton of screens everywhere showing every game you can think of. It's also very loud. If you want to have a conversation, this is probably not where you want to go. Also if you get easily overstimulated or have auditory processing issues this is not your place either. Our server Alexis was so friendly and attentive, even with our group of 10. She made sure to stay on top of us having drinks, plates, and utensils. There were a couple of times where we had to flag her down to get extra plates or napkins as we didn't get enough for everyone at once, but it was easy to do. She was busy with other tables as well but never seemed rushed or stressed. All of us got food, and everyone generally enjoyed it. We loved the trash can nachos and the buffalo cauliflower wings (although they were a bit more toothsome than I'd like). The reveal of the trash can nachos had all of us shouting. I got the veggie burger which was really inventive! The fries were excellent. Other friends got some of the meat burgers and the fried chicken sandwich and they really enjoyed it. We all split the cheesecake challenge for dessert. We all thought the potato chips would be sprinkled on top of the cheesecake instead of just as a couple of full chips on top. We thought it was going to be a massive thing but it's really just an average size slice of cheesecake (at least compared to the Cheesecake Factory slices). My main gripe is that the restaurant isn't the most accessible of places. The main space is up some stairs--I am sure there's an elevator but it's not easy to spot. Upstairs there are some tables but they are mostly for smaller groups. We were seated at a lounge section that was a couch and a bunch of chairs surrounding a small table that was basically like a coffee table. There were small side tables between the chairs but when all ten of us had apps, entrees, and drinks it was really difficult to maneuver. I have some physical limitations and I found having to balance my burger tray on my lap and holding it with one hand while trying to eat with the other to be a challenge. I ended up eating the burger with a fork instead. If you want to eat a meal sit at a table. I would come back to watch a game, but probably not in a group, it was a bit overwhelming.

The service was a bit slow and it was practically dead while we were there but the onion petals were outstanding and the burgers were quite good, although one was so greasy the bottom bun fell apart. Take that for what you want. Overall I feel like the rating for this place (as of the time of writing this review) is a bit too harsh. They have tons of tv screens for sports and the food is good. If that's what you are looking for, you found it.

The burger and fries were good, but overpriced. The beer came in a very small plastic cup and was very overpriced. I was informed that you can't order from a table. Instead, you have to order from the bar. As it turns out, the reason for this is because they didn't have enough staff to wait the tables. Everything was brought to the bar and you carried your own food to a table. A burger, fries and a $9 beer in a small plastic cup, came to $39. Because of the non-existent service and overpriced menu, I do not recommend this place. P.S. I tried to go to this place one time before on a Saturday night around 6 pm. Upon arriving, I asked the policeman at the desk if the restaurant was upstairs. He said yes, but it was closed because they didn't have enough help. In my opinion, based on the lack of help and overpriced menu, I don't know how this restaurant is going to survive.

I would have emailed the restaurant to get in touch before posting this, but there's no way to contact them, even by phone, based on what I could find on the website. The service was really slow. It took about 20 minutes to get a breaded cauliflower appetizer and another 20 to get a side of French fries. The food was meh. The appetizer didn't come with fresh veggies like it said it would on the menu. When I did get the haphazardly cut thin sticks of carrots and celery, they were sopping wet and in weird shapes. Some of the carrots were barely an inch long, which made them difficult to dip and eat. I was surprised there was an automatic 22% gratuity on the check. I always tip at least 20%, but not 22% for poor service. I also wasn't given a pen to sign the receipt and had to find a server I could borrow one from. The whole experience was unpleasant. There wasn't a single thing that went right.

We tried most of the signature in the menu, and we loved everything we ordered. We enjoyed how they served the nachos, yes there is a presentation and there is a distinct flavor, not the typical kind of nachos. The wings are so delicious, just coated right and not greasy, love love love it!! The burger was interesting as it has mac and cheese. It is very filling but very flavorful. My son got mac and cheese and it is very cheesy. We got their cheesecake for dessert and the sweet and salty flavor is just so good! The service was great, I think the 22% auto gratuity is sufficient. The place is huge and full of screens which is a nice place to eat and chill.

Beware of the 22% auto gratuity that is not listed on the menu! They won't tell you and they'll "forget" to give you an itemized bill. I'm sure many people are leaving an additional 20%! Also, the total bill came to $88.44 but somehow I was charged 88.97! What kind of fraud is going on here?

Good food with an extra flair. Lots of upstairs seating options. Service was quick and steady.

Ordered 38 minutes ago. No food yet, have to leave soon for a show. Chargeback is likely. Flavortown in DC is a disappointment.

if I could leave leave a ZERO star review, that's what this spot truly deserves. Every time I've come here service is virtually non-existent (even when it's not crowded ). After waiting for more than an hour without getting my food or anything rem resembling service, I just left. Never going back--TERRIBLE!!! Don't waste your time going there‍.

Imagine a foggy village early in the morning ... fog so dense that your eyes start to close and your body slows down to a near stop. Perhaps you have been through such a village or seen one in a movie or on TV. Often in film and TV those foggy scenes bring about a resulting horror story and that my friends is our experience and memories after leaving the foggy land of GUY FIERI's joint in Washington DC ... all I can say is be forewarned ... If you need to put yourselves in my place, just imagine people allegedly working in their jobs who are exactly opposite of their namesake's TV image because Guy's Food Network stardom is partially tied to his enthusiasm, his energy, and his appreciation for well prepared quality food ... well the GUY FIERI's DC Kitchen and Bar counters every thing you have ever associated with GUY FIERI on television!!! If YELP allowed negative stars I'd be posting that right now!!! OH ... speaking of SLEEP-INDUCED NON-CARING LACK-OF-SERVICE for the TWO OF US .... GUY FIERI has decided to mandate a TWENTY TWO PERCENT GRATUITY on those who make the AWFUL mistake of choosing to eat or drink at GUY FIERI's DC Kitchen & Bar. TWENTY TWO FRIGGIN PERCENT from my brother and I (ONLY TWO OF US ... no huge party requiring extra sleep dwarfs to slowly and unhappily care for us ... TWO PEOPLE with a MANDATED GRATUITY!!!)! It's no surprise whatsoever that these GUY FIERI trained employees do not care the least about showing an ounce of energy or care for customers because they know that they are going to receive or should I say STEAL TWENTY TWO PERCENT from every tab regardless of the "pi_ _ poor" service that they provide. Our order, following a hockey game, was simple ... BEER and WINGS. So remember the GUY FIERI from TV? All energy ... lots of oomph! Remember all those Triple D's where he praises the owners for how much food is served to customers ... huge servings? And, guys ... you know about those commercials for little blue pills and why they are needed? Ok, maybe I will start with the little blue pills but one needs to know that in most part of the country one expects to receive celery sticks along with blue cheese (The Ranch Dressing is just a non-starter) with WINGS. In Buffalo we usually get carrots and at many locations around the country when I have ordered WINGS I have received carrots in addition to the celery. When the WINGS were served there were three minuscule totally limp and soft pieces of celery (Hence the need for some blue pills) and a piece of carrot that looked so old and worn that blue pills might not even restore it to glory. I held the tiny piece of celery between my fingers and it folded downward no sense of a hard crisp piece that one expects from fresh celery. And, I have to give the chefs credit ... I never imagined you could cut a piece of celery into such a small pieces much less think that three tiny slivers next to an aged carrot bit would be considered visually appealing to restaurant customers must less satisfying. THREE LIMP TINY PIECES OF CELERY and AN AGED CARROT. So, a sleepwalking staff member went by and I stopped him ... I pointed to the flaccid mini-celery pieces and the crusty carrot and said, "Is this what you consider appropriate? Would you eat this?" He looked at me with glazed eyes ... he looked at the silver bowl holding the desperately in need of stiffness celery and said "no." He picked the bowl up ... disappeared and finally returned with two tiny carrot bits and this time 2 tiny celery slivers but these boys could stand up under pressure. SERIOUSLY GUY FIERI ... if you were eating WINGS would you be happy on a TRIPLE D show if a restaurant served four tiny slivers of veggies (Both "veggie bowls" only had four fragments of food so that must be management's order ... 4 slivers no more.) as the accompaniment to WINGS? If you were at home GUY FIERI would you take your best chef's knife and slice celery down to such tiny slivers and then serve only four minuscule bites to guests like your team did to us in DC? And, would you serve flaccid aging celery or crusty old carrots anywhere other than tossing them into some soup? Finally .. speaking of flaccid or perhaps flaccid occurs because of flabby ... those wings that go into a fryer at 360-365 for 10-15 minutes should come out nice and crispy but flab is what we were served ... visible unappealing flab on wings. Plus there was none of the nice gloss that freshly fried wings get when tossed in a sauce. No, we didn't return the food because we were hungry and we are not the type of consumers who repeatedly ask the kitchen for do-overs ... it was late ... service was incredibly sleepy and slow ... we both had longs drives in the morning so we asked for the bill.

Watching DDD and you would think Guy would know something about restaurants. I've come to realize the name brings in the business because the food is awful. Service was worst than the food. No second chances. Guy, you need to get to DC and fix this place or take your name off the building.

Convenient. I think that's the word that best sums up this restaurant. It's located within the Capital One Arena and if you are going to see an event it is super convenient. When we arrived we were greeted and promptly seated. Our server was also our the bartender although we weren't sitting at the bar. This made it difficult at times to get quick service. The restaurant wasn't particularly crowded but having two duties was likely the cause of our servers lack of availability at times. I got a long island iced tea, my wife a spicy margarita. Both were ok. We shared wings and a salad. The wings were underwhelming, I'd steer clear of these in the future. The salad, surprisingly, was really good. There wasn't much to the salad but it tasted fresh. We liked it. The are TVs throughout so watching the game might be fun here, bathrooms were clean. It wasn't too loud and I was able to have casual conversation without any issues. The best part of this restaurant experience is the convenience. We were going to a show at the arena and there's an entrance to the arena right in the restaurant. That is really cool and super easy. I was excited to try this famous chef's restaurant.amd was disappointed to find that what I liked most was the entry to the arena.

Von at the bar makes an AWESOME Lemon Drop! It is a great location to stop at before an event at Capital One Arena.

Great service food and location everything was within walking o from out hotel and the African American museum

Guy would be disappointed if he came here. Was looking forward to eating here but was let down. Got there 15 after they opened and they still were preparing stuff. Why even open if that's the case. Got to our table and they told us to wait. We sat there for 30 minutes until we decided to talk to someone. They said there are no waiters and we had to scan the QR code. The code didn't work and the workers looked at us like were dumb. They were on a limited menu due to the game but didn't even have half the food items on the limited menu to order. Took 30 minutes for the food to arrive and it was cold. The fries were cold and the wings tased like cardboard. Better off going to a McDonald's for better food, service, and price. Wish I could get a refund on my time and money wasted here. This place needs to be shut down or renovated.

DO NOT GO. Me and my buddies went in at open time, and they had nothing ready. We sat there for 40 minutes before we just went downstairs and requested someone to take our order. The food was mid, and the service was horrible.

Not greeted upon entering. Waited next to a big sign that said, "Wait to be seated" No one was there. Eventually we sat down. After 5 or so minutes the first person comes over and tells us we were suppose to go to the bar to order the food. Once we go to the bar, the guy tells us to go back to our seats and he'll be over there. Price was insane. If I remember correctly it was $18 for 10 wings Ended up being over $60's for wings and pasta and two cokes. It appeared other people were having the same problems around us. Seemed to be plenty of workers. Definitely a sports bar setting, not so much a sit down restaurant. So if you're going for drinks and to watch sports, seems like the right place.

Ate upstairs in the sportsbook area before a Caps game. Greeted when we walked in, referred upstairs, greeted by the upstairs wait staff, and shown to our table. QR code ordering all the way. Beers came out quickly, food soon after. Pretty quick considering some of the slam reviews we read. Food was good, trashcan nachos and the blackened brussel sprouts appetizers were OK, went good with beer. Atmosphere was like a sports bar. Not too loud, each table could have conversations without shouting. Lots of Caps jerseys and March Madness tournament was in full swing on all TVs. Looking forward to going back.

I came here for the first time with my partner after a wizards game and we really enjoyed how nice it looked. It was big with two floors and slot machines in the entryway. We ordered 6 wings and two drinks. The wings felt a bit old and my cocktail didn't really taste like alcohol but we would definitely try it again! The service was amazing and we appreciated it!

I had been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile since I work one block away so suggested to my friend that we meet there for dinner before seeing a movie right after work. There were only a few people seated so we had our choice of seating and grabbed a table outside. The weather was wonderful and they had the whole front of the restaurant open to the street. They do have a happy hour but it's not much. The server told me that draft beers were eight dollars during the happy hour but when I got my bill, they charge me nine dollars. They didn't have much of a selection of drafts, so I chose something I always like, devils backbone. It was nice and cold. We realized quickly that this was not the place to go when you're on a low carb diet. We both ordered the salmon and crispy brussels sprouts. It Normally comes with mashed potatoes so we asked if we could substitute that out for another vegetable. They did not have another vegetable to choose from, so we had to get double brussels sprouts. That's a whole lot of brussels sprouts! Everything was tasty, but not so fabulous that I'd want to go back for that. It seems that the star of the show here is the burger. They looked fabulous and huge. When I'm done with my diet, maybe I'll go check that out but if you were looking to eat healthy this is not the place for you. A word of warning. If you go, they add a 22% tip to the bill. I didn't like that, I think everyone should choose how much they tip or a restaurant should pay their workers more.

Stopped in after finding this online. Was very excited to see Guy had a restaurant in Dc. Be forewarned that the location is inside of Ceasars Sportbook. Went in on a game day, so there was a limited menu available. Ordered Guy's signature Mac and cheese burger. It same with a fry trio, which was a cool concept. Everything was tasty. Will return to experience the full menu. Was served by Von, who made great drinks (Santo Cadillac Margarita) and provided great service.

Service was also horrific. Staff was apologetic because they understood the situation. Guy, I'm call you out. Come a visit you place here in DC. Fix it!

They are NOT doing Guy Fieri proud here! I ordered a chicken sandwich, and it was so over-fried I couldn't even bite (or cut) through it! Also, the girl who delivered the food seemed confused when we asked for silverware and salt - like she didn't know what it was or why we would ask! Guy needs to make a surprise visit!!!

5 stars goes towards the food! That was the best nachos I've ever had in my life! Trash can nachos are fantastic! Wife was impressed with food quality as well. Ambiance was neat with all the games going on. Service was sub par at best! Nobody running show. Servers just kinda wandering aimlessly. Nobody checking on any tables. Paying for food and tip before receiving any service is huge turn off! I would not have tipped 20% had known there was going to be know service at all. Got food but not drinks. Had to ask for drinks and the couple next to us waited 50 minutes for just drinks. Gotta get a GM in there if you care about returning customers.

Great friendly server and staff. Quick out of the kitchen once we ordered. Food was delicious and worth the price. Plenty of on street parking available. Would definitely recommend it!

If you're a Guy Fieri fan like me, I'd definitely check this spot out! Ambiance is amazinggg!! Food is out of this world!! S/o to my server Najah!! She had great suggestions for our first time and stellar service. Because of her (and the food), I will be returning. Y'all.. the appetizer Brussels sprouts??? Y'all.. that's all we could talk about even after we ate everything else! Lol so freakin good. The pepperoni pizza pops were so cute! It looks liked a cinnamon roll; parmesan cheese sprinkled on top and marinara on the side. Cute and fun, crispy and buttery! Apps were 10/10! I had the Kobe burger cooked medium. It was cooked to perfection. The onion straws and onion jam meshed well with the other sauces and pickles. Really a party in my tummy. My friend had the salmon and I'm assuming she enjoyed it because while she didn't say anything, she ate it all lol. She did thoroughly enjoy her Raspberry Drop because she ordered two. Wings were delicious! We got them fried hard. The fries are fun and a little spicy, Cajun-esque if you will! An assortment of spiral, waffle, and plain cut fries. Najah was a joy. As you can see, the kids love her! We'll definitely be back (without the kiddies). Also a hub where you can place your sports parlays.

$18, with 22% gratuity for 8 wings?! Especially in a place where people are consistently spending money and you want them in there is very laughable. Fries had too much seasoning. They should have given this place to Gordon Ramsey like in Vegas. Bartenders are A1 though! Edit #1 Since I come here all the time I'll just keep sharing my experience. My boyfriend ordered the pizza poppers... DONT GET THEM. Yuck.

Food was delicious. Setting was nicely decorated. The host was eating something with his fingers, and licked them and then grabbed our menus, yuck! Waitress was nice and engaging but initially delivered my appetizer to the only other occupied table. Overall, a subpar experience. I repeat, the food was delicious, but service was poor.

First auto grat is 22% which is okay and understandable IF service is decent but it literally never has been. ALSO the bartenders and servers both do not tell you about the automatic tip, so unless you read the tiny writing you don't know it. After multiple visits here on many different occasions I can confidently tell you to avoid this place at all costs. What you get here: - order food that never comes (the rest of the tables will) - be there for 2.5 hours for just two entrees and a few drinks - inattentive service, if you like to only see your server twice for beginning to end this is the place for you - bartenders that verbally fight you - score keeping pencils to sign your check - disgusting restrooms

FREAKING AWFUL. We were there for 3 hours and never got the food. had to order through the app and then we were told that the order was not valid. And then they told us the app "doesn't work" and "isn't reliable". The beer was hot when it finally got to the table and when I requested a new one from the bar then bartender took a sip of my beer then claimed it was "drinkable". Nobody around the restaurant was any help with anything. Everyone seemed to claim it was "not their job" Extremely disappointing.

So thrilled there are two special vegan items and several that are easily made vegan. The vegan version of the onion rings was incredibly delicious but totally unhealthy. The vegan cauliflower wings should have been much crispier and the fresh veggies on the side were very small and pretty pathetic. Guy would have been livid to see this! My husband got the vegan burger and thought it was fine but not great. I tasted a tiny piece and thought it was completely and utterly tasteless. The real problem was when the bill came. NO itemized bill, which I believe is required by law everywhere. Interestingly, last week at the Yard House just 2 blocks from here they did the same thing to us and overcharged us. We threw a small fit and got a bunch deducted for our trouble. But at Guy's they did it and without the itemized receipt it was very difficult to understand that our bill had an auto tip of 22%! The total of almost $15 only showed on the itemized receipt, which we didn't get until we requested it! Obviously, we added no tip. Unfortunately, last week when we were here, we didn't realize and tipped another 20%! This is bs, folks. They need to be called out and MUST provide every customer with an itemized bill!

Eh! The food was mediocre, the "ambiance " is loud, cheap and looked like a college bar. Our server was double masked so we truly couldn't hear a word she said, compounded by the extremely loud music and noise from the gambling kiosks. Not only was her voice inaudible, her waiting skills were lackluster. We were halfway through our appetizer before we got our drinks and don't blame the bartender!, two of the drinks were water and an iced tea! Pulled pork was actually cubed chunks of pork, the burger was dry and overcooked. Eh.... Oh and after the less than stellar performance by our server, when she returned my card for payment I was informed that she had already willed herself a full 20% tip and I didn't even need to sign the check...that's some suss shit. Not going back, damn Guy, tighten that up.

Food was okay it didn't standout to me. The drink wasn't as picture I mixed it up before taken the picture. We had to send one of the drinks back to be remade.

Stopped in for a drink b4 a Wizards game and found the place to be better than the reviews I read on Yelp. Our server was excellent. He brought us drink refills on speculation but we acquiesced and had no problem saying yes. He was the best part of the experience. Ordered chicken wings the reviews did not rate high but found them to be very good. No problem ordering them again. We've got a few more Wizards games and will try something else. The game menu is different than the regular menu but I doubt if I'll go just for food.

A great place to watch games as there is tons of seating and tons of screens and the location is great as you can get to the arena through the restaurant. Otherwise this place is pretty dirty and the service is pretty bad. The drinks are just meh.

I've learned to avoid this and anything Guy Fieri branded (e.g., burgers on Carnival cruise ships look like they're oozing with the pink slime). I like Guys' tv show, lots of great stuff he gets to eat and provide a "common guy's critical review" of. But this place is a lousy tourist trap at best. Fellow Foodies, avoid at all costs!

We ended up here to grab a bite to eat while waiting for admittance to an Erykah Badu concert at Capital One arena. The restaurant is connected to the arena, so we were pleasantly surprised to learn that you can enter the arena right from the restaurant. They have someone at the connecting door that is able to scan your tickets to allow you into the venue. This was super convenient because we didn't have to wait outside in the line/heat after eating in order to go in to the concert. The restaurant also looks very nice on the inside. The seating is cute and the bar and other areas have TVs showing various sporting events for the sports lovers. As far as food is concerned, we had the DC mumbo wings and a BBQ Chopped salad for our meal. The food was ok; the salad was my favorite if I had to choose. I think that when most of us think of Guy Fieri and his coined "Flavor Town" food...we expect a little more...flavor... But, I would visit again (maybe just for a drink) especially if attending an event at the arena...you can't beat the convenience of the location.

Cool spot. Went here for a Commanders football rally. The trashcan nachos were tasty but not warm enough, cheese was 1/2 melted. Lots of room, good food but the wait staff was overworked. Bless them for their efforts but they are understaffed here. Wife & I were going to get dessert and we got the check before it came. Gave it to us free which we sat and ate a few bites then packed it up to go.

My friend and I dropped in after the Caps game last night, and were seated very quickly. The waitress popped by almost immediately, but we still needed a minute to decide on our food. It took close to fifteen minutes before we would see her again. For the rest of this, I'm going to switch to bullet points: * The service: Average, but very friendly. The food was brought out pretty fast, but we didn't see our waitress for fairly long stretches and at one point she brought us something for another table even though there weren't many tables filled in our section. * The food itself: I had the Primetime burger and thought it was delicious; I didn't care for the french fries but that's personal taste. My friend had the veggie burger and was very unimpressed, but she liked the fries. * The atmosphere: INSANELY loud. Sports bar bordering on night club. When we arrived a basketball game was on the giant wall of TVs, and the volume was high enough that the shoe squeaks from the game were louder than our conversation. When the game went to halftime, the restaurant switched to music which was so loud that it was very nearly painful. I know I shouldn't have expected a quiet dining experience from a Guy Fieri sports bar circus, but here we are. The verdict: This is a one-and-done. I won't ever come back. There are so many great places to eat in this city, there's no reason to ever go back to a place that was loud and uncomfortable, no matter how tasty the burger was.

Stopped in for a quick drink after a very long walk. The place was full with nowhere to sit. We waited for five minutes and a table became available. The manager quickly cleaned it up and sat us. Without us even expecting, he brought us over some waters. When we placed a drink order, he informed us that what we wanted was not available. He kindly came up with another suggestion and quickly brought it over to us. The bathroom downstairs was not in good shape but the bathroom upstairs was clean. I would recommend this place merely because the staff was outstanding.

I was doom scrolling on twitter this morning when I came across a photo of a pile of mush that was apparently the "Trash Can Nachos" at Guy Fieri's DC Kitchen & Bar. I thought they looked terrible, and was surprised to learn that there was a Guy Fieri restaurant in DC, so I sent the tweet along to a friend for a laugh. Much to my surprise he said he'd had them another location before and that they were actually great, and he insisted a few of us check the restaurant out today. I figured why not, and we went on a lark. We got there, and were promptly seated. The place was a lot smaller than I expected, consisting only of a C-shaped bar, a scattering of tables around it, and a wall full of televisions showing various live games. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive, she gave us A+ service. One friend and I ended up each ordering the turkey burger, and my other friend got the buffalo cauliflower wings. As we waited for our food, we started wondering what game people were watching, because the other patrons there were REALLY into whichever it was. We just couldn't figure it out because they were showing like 10 different games. I quickly realized that because the restaurant is inside a sports betting venue, that they all probably had money on ALL of the games, which explained why they were all screaming so loudly at literally everything that happened. We also speculated about the Trash Can Nachos, as our waiter had hyped them up quite a bit. I asked my friend who'd had them before if the chips were inside the mush pile or if the mush was just a dip with the chips on the side. He said they were actually in the pile, and that they were so good that it didn't matter that they came to you soggy. We got our food eventually. We all loved the seasoning on the fries. I'm not normally one to finish my orders of fries, I usually have a few and feel good with that. I actually finished these. My one friend really liked his turkey burger, said it was one of the best he's ever had. I thought mine was bland, and lacked flavor, and it was covered in a mound of watery, finely shredded iceberg lettuce, which did moderately improve the burger when I pulled that off. The burger desperately needed some salt at the very least. My other friend liked his buffalo cauliflower wings, but as he was eating them I pointed out that it looked like they were raw in the middle. He agreed, but said he didn't mind since it's just cauliflower, and that the florets were probably too big to cook all the way through in the short time that they're in the fryer. Would I ever go back? Probably not. Like I said, the fries were great, and normally I'd be willing to try something else, maybe even the much lauded trash can nachos. But to be honest, the sports betting atmosphere just made the place feel kind of depressing, and it wasn't very pleasant feeling to be there.
