Im from out of town and we came here during happy hour. It was reasonable. I had the tortilla soup and it was a bit salty but it was still good. I also got the chips and salsa and it was good as well and I loved that the chips had a spice on them. The Rio was also more family friendly than some of the other hotels. The staff was very friendly and nice and that’s excellent customer service that other places lack

Google
The food is pretty good, it's just kinda outrageously priced. The Burrito in my pictures for example was 30 bucks. That's ludicrous, it was a fine burrito, but come on. They did have the best Hazy IPA in the place on tap though, so I stopped by a lot. I also had the Taco trio, it was fine. The Chips & Salsa, these were pretty good, and I had the Churros, they were actually excellent. If you cut the prices back, it would be better though on the whole. Service was great though, and I really appreciated Melissa, she helped me several times when I would swing through.

Google
An awesome stop in for some good appetizers and plates to munch on after a swim in the pool or just to fill your belly after exploring The Rio! We got the trash can nachos which were huge and filling and well seasoned. The decore was fun and welcoming and the staff here were great. Our bartender was beyond kind and attentive. I highly recommend

Google
The food here is both delicious and enjoyable. The staff are consistently friendly and provide excellent service. Their happy hour is a great perk, offering a good range of options. However, one of the highlight is their impressive selection of crafted cocktails and tap beers.

Google
Only thing I can say is get some chili Verde! Food was good, service was awsome I had the 57 chicken chimmy it was a bit dry to eat but full of flavor. With chips n salsa.

Google
Not a lot of places nearby the main convention space in Rio if you don’t wanna walk a lot, so it’s very conveniently located. Tacos were good, albeit not super tasty. The cilantro rice was amazing ! I think there are better options nearby for the price point, but you’ll have a good time if you eat here.

Google
The food was very mediocre. Being associated with Guy Fieri , I expected a trip to flavor town, but was met with a drive to dissapoinmentville. They were out of the ingredients to make the drink my wife wanted and my enchiladas were just ok. My wife was not impressed with her fish tacos or thr cilantro rice either. To top it off, our bill was almost $100.

Google
Had pre show dinner here. Hadn't booked but was able to get a table for 5. Swift service and reasonably priced. The food was nice but I think I was expecting it to be more tasty/spicy with it having Guy Fieri's name to it.

Yelp
New spot to me. Excited that we arrived just in time for Happy Hour. Our server Peggy was delightful, made some menu suggestions that were right on point and despite getting a tablec of 27 shortly after we were seated, she didn't miss a beat!! As you can see with the pictures we tried a little bit of everything. So we started with the chips and salsa which came with a mild salsa and one with a hint of acheesiest. Chips are served warm, were lite and crispy. Then moved on to the street tacos , I loved that they used the fried shrimps of size and the cabbage gave it a nice crunch. Now the Elote was FIRE !!! As the young people is to say lol.... you can either order it on the cob or off but can confirm on the cob had lots of Flavor. And for the star of our dining experience the nachos. I did mine without meat and my friend did hers with steak. Both were very filling. The black beans weren't over powering and the queso gave it the necessary cheesiness. If ever passing through Vegas and staying at the Rio, I'd suggest you check out guys. It's definitely worth it.

Yelp
We haven't been to El Burro Borracho at the Rio in several years. Our previous experience was pretty good, but a long time ago so we decided to go back after seeing a show at the Rio. We made reservations to make sure we were good, this was a bit of work in itself as it took awhile just to get the reservation done and explain. We requested a booth and the hostess ok and that it should be no problem and she would put it in her notes. We arrived right on time and reminded them that we had a booth reservation. After a few minutes they said they only had tables available even though we reserved a booth. The place was not full so not sure why our reservation was not accepted but we took the table anyways because we were hungry but wasn't optimal with out family. The restaurant was not very full, but took a long time to even get a waiter to come over. Once he did, we ordered a couple drinks to start. It took forever for the drinks and for our waiter to come back. My daughter wanted the Trash Can Nachos and my Wife ordered some Tacos. I asked about Queso as I didn't see it on the menu and he said yes they can bring Queso and chips. Once again, it was a long time. My Queso was a very bland and runny cheese "sauce" with no flavor. My wife's tacos were average at best with the smallest side of rice and beans I've ever seen. The only good note was my daughter's nachos, she liked them very much. My wife asked for better salsa and some salsa de habanero or something spicier...the waiter literally brought us a bottle of hot sauce you can get from the grocery store. We then asked the waiter for some Flan for our daughter, after awhile of waiting again he finally came back and we asked about the Flan and he said oh we don't have that here. Why didn't he tell us this when we ordered it? So then we said ok, how about Churros? He said I'll have them right up! After waiting another 20 minutes and trying to flag people down we just left. I know it is a "Guy Fieri" restaurant and in a Casino but $27.99 for 3 tacos? And runny cheese sauce for Queso? It was a huge disappointment. This is not a Mexican restaurant....limited menu and sub average for way inflated prices because of the name. Not sure what happened to this place but it's not good. Sorry Guy...but you need to get in there and see what is going on, they are ruining your name.

Yelp
First of all, I like the name and second and third, it was conveniently located in the Rio and had happy hour. After checking in we needed a drink and was pleasantly surprised that they offered happy hour. The restaurant itself is a pretty decent size and they have a large bar at the front and is adjacent to the pool. We sat at the bar and our bartender/server was great - very attentive and friendly. The happy hour menu had a pretty good variety of items and I selected a sweet tea cocktail and Guy's guacamole. The drink was refreshing and the guacamole was just ok. But it was nice that they gave us more chips that came out hot. Conclusion: I'm not sure if I'd come back for dinner but the happy hour was pretty good.

Yelp
Service was a total failure by our server once seated it took 46 minutes to place our order then the food came out pretty quick but he did not put in my sons food so he had to wait and it's his birthday. Just horrible experience And to top it off once we paid and left the server walked into the casino and up to me and my family upset over his low tip and told us "I see how it is you are bums " how dare he and the nerve to chase us down in a casino I've never had any thing like that happen to me We will never return

Yelp
We visited El Burro Borracho while staying at the Rio. We've been there several times before and always enjoyed the food. The tacos were fantastic, but the nachos were just average. We usually order the trash can nachos and expected these to be similar since they were on the happy hour menu. However, when they arrived, they had no meat, and the server didn't ask if we wanted to add any when taking our order. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, and the restaurant was clean and inviting but we probably would have been satisfied with just the tacos.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is awe full won't be coming back . Foods not good at all. No free chips. I ordered a spicy water melon margarita not spicy at all. And the tajin on the glass about an inch they are so cheap. It's no wonder this place is dead on New Year's Eve of all time.
google avatar

Lorena Q.

Yelp
The one star is for the service. The food doesn't deserve it. The salsa taste like canned tomato sauce. The chips are coated with Paprika! The Nachos are now made with ground meat! It was like a Hamburger Helper disaster! What a disappointment.
google avatar

Jack K.

Yelp
3/5 because food was average but had above average price. Service was probably the best and what I would expect from price. We got the Al pastor tacos. The meat was kinda dry, the pineapple didn't have much flavor, and the tortillas texture was a little rubbery. The tortilla soup was good, definitely enjoyed it more than the tacos. The service was on point here - our server was always attentive and got us everything we needed very promptly. The ambiance is lacking - but for a property that is under construction it was fine. They need to reprint the menus though - one of ours was plain unreadable! If this place was 25% cheaper, probably would have got a 4/5. Because the prices are basically strip level, would have expected a little better food.

Yelp
Best thing to say is that they are open until 10:30pm. We arrived at 10:05 and the hostess was less than excited to welcome us. She suggested we sit at the bar and we asked for a table. She declined and said there was only one server! So we sat at the bar. The bartender was very busy trying to close up and was cleaning. He did finally acknowledge us. We order a couple of sodas, guacamole and the beef and chicken fajitas. All came out a little after closing time. We were only given two tortillas for about a pound of meet and were told they ran out. He brought us a handful of tiny corn tortillas instead. Honestly, the food was ok, but nothing to write home about (especially since we are from Texas where the Mexican food can't be beat and the restaurant employees are typically happy to see customers!)
google avatar

Christine S.

Yelp
Loved this place. If you sign up for the hotel rewards, the margaritas are cheap. The food was really good as well. We ate here several times and didn't have a complaint about anything. The service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean.
google avatar

Carrie L.

Yelp
Staff was friendly and service was prompt. I ordered the quesadilla with pollo and wanted it to go. Unfortunately it was a flat, dried out offering without much taste. They did not include any type of crema as listed on the menu which would have helped considerably. $22 for the quesadilla and $11 for a beer while waiting unfortunately is about on pair for Vegas now days. Sad

Yelp
As a fan of Guy and Triple D, I went into this place with some curiosity. I realize Guy is more celebrity than chef, but it was conveniently located close to my tower/room. The hostess was fairly friendly, but the server was just going thru the motions, like a robot. Not friendly nor patient. He looks in his 50s and maybe over it. The chicken burro was below average, and come with rice and beans. My expectations weren't high, but this was a 2 star experience. William was my server.

Yelp
Disgusting, seats were ripped, the entire restrauant was filthy and the food tasted like cardboard. The only good thing was the serivce, some little old wa was VERY nice.
google avatar

Rick G.

Yelp
Service was great, food was not. Ambiance was chill and it was slow while I was there. The food lacked flavor.
google avatar

Gary C.

Yelp
Nicely decorated joint inside the Rio. We walked over from the Wyndham resort. As we were walking in, I noticed someone having a burrito, and it was huge, On that note, the Squeeze and I shared the Chicken Burro. It came out on a very hot plate which was great, but the plates given to us to split it up were cold. This chilled the rice and beans down quickly. We got the wet red sauce, which was maybe a 1/4 cup, for an extra $2.99. The burrito was kind of dry, so it helped a bit. For $30 though, it wasn't anything to write home about. Even though they were listed on the menu, there was no draft beer. I opted for a Modelo Negro, and it came with a lime in the bottle. I've never seen a dark beer with a lime. No fresh hot sauce either, just Chalula and Tabasco, both vinegar based. You need to at least have Tapatio or a habanero sauce. All in all, not a memorable meal. I don't think Guy would be happy.
google avatar

Lisa S.

Yelp
Food was below average and expensive. I had the saddest shrimp fajita I've ever seen- literally just three small tortillas, 6 mediocre shrimps with onions and peppers, and the smallest amount of pico de gallo and sour cream. I was excited to try trash can nachos, and they were probably the best part of the meal, but the trash can gimmick wasn't even well-executed. Our drinks were pretty good, though. Server was lovely and kept my iced tea full, so that's the only reason for the two stars. If I were Guy, I'd be a bit embarrassed to have my name on this food. Save your money and go somewhere else.
google avatar

Brett B.

Yelp
We eat here when staying at Rio Hotel. The sample place is a great choice if you can not decide o. One thing. Trash can nachos are worth a try, but we love the guacamole. We sorely miss the pesole they used to have but no longer, wish they would bring that back. Tacos, burritos, and enchiladas have their own unique flavors. As for drinks, you cannot go wrong with any margarita. We ask to make ours with mezcal. They have thier own brand called Santo that a mezquila, not bad at all.
google avatar

Jeffery G.

Yelp
This is a definite pass. Went on a Sunday evening for our anniversary. Chips and guacamole appetizer came out quickly, but honestly, it doesn't live up to the hype. Nothing special and was even kind of bland tasting. It took nearly 45 minutes to get our fajitas entree. Asked for shrimp instead chicken in our combo order and ended up getting charged for another $17. They bring you three tortillas for two people so of course, we had to ask for more. Thats another $6. And the fajitas were not that good either. We will not be back, and I recommend you look elsewhere!

Susana P.

Yelp
Our server, Darcy, provided us with great customer service. He always came by our table and asked if we needed anything. Loved the happy hour menu prices and selections. The chips were fresh and portions were plenty! Will definitely return.

Brandy S.

Yelp
Great food and service. Carnival tacos are tasty a d a hint of sweet. Guacamole is good and chips have a nice seasoning. Delicious watermelon margartia, not too spicy! Nice atmosphere

Yelp
Food was very delicious EL Gringo burger was so good !!! Al pastor tacos was okay . Our server was great when she first took our order and after she Stay away until the check . Vibe was to slow and quiet especially for a restaurant next to Rio pool . We would go back only because of the El Gringo burger!!!

Jesse G.

Yelp
So far the service sucks !!! They told us 10 to 20 minutes turn out to be an hour...the Host was rude.. we finally sat at the table and we still had to wait for our drinks and wait to order our food..prices are crazy $28.00 for a bean and cheese burrito.. the guacamole was cheaper than the street corn... Guy you need to look at your employees.. sad To say in food industry and customer service you need to greet your customers and check on them.. so far no points with us.. still waiting for our food

Tracy D.

Yelp
I wanted to love this restaurant, but the tired look of the Rio matched the embiance of El Burro. The drink menu is very limited with extremely high prices. We did enjoy some appetizers that hit the spot. The trash can nachos and the sweet corn did not disappoint. And our server, Scott, went out of his way to find the drinks we requested. He was wonderful.
google avatar

Yelp
Beautifully decorated and low key Mexican-American restaurant inside RIO Casino & Hotel. Great foods. They also accept Discover credit cards along with others. Pricey, but flavorful and good. It's your casual place for happy hours at the bar or if you crave for great delicious foods. Public restrooms outside at the casino floor halls and not inside the restaurant. They really make it feel special here. Excellent customer service. Absolutely spacious with colorful vibes. Chefs are hardworking too. Special horchata beverage topped with whipped cream and cherry was good tasting. Chicken Tortillas Soup came with huge chunks of tomatoes in it and giant sized chili lime very juicy on the side. Trash can nachos is a must as you watch your server smash the nacho stacks down the cup. Want chips and salsa? Comes with a cost. Interesting. Everything was presented good and tasty delicious. Not bad for small bites and appetizers, unless you have appetite for burritos, enchiladas, or tacos too. Happy place. Not cheap, so come here only if you're willing to spend more. We really enjoyed the foods, so we will be checking out other locations too. Popular restaurant in Vegas. This place is more casual and much quieter than other locations which are more higher quality. It opens only after 4:30 PM, so expect only happy hours and dinner here. Satisfying.
google avatar

Qiana M.

Yelp
The fajitas and salsas were very tasty. Our Server was on top of it and very cool. The draft beer was served in a tall wine glass looking vessel, but it wasn't chilled so it was warmish by the time it got to the table. The decor was very Guy and interesting. Overall, we can say we went but I don't know that we will be back.

Yelp
Was visiting Vegas and decided to check out Guys spot and I gotta say it was pretty damn good. Food was delicious and great service. I would definitely recommend it. As a Mexican I approve this place

Chris W.

Yelp
Tl;dr: Lousy, extremely overpriced food* and zero ambience. Guy Fieri should be ashamed to have his name associated with this. The oddly bland atmosphere at El Burro Borracho is unwelcoming at best, and the zombie-hostess established their low level of service from the beginning...not friendly, attentive or gracious at any point. El Burro's food and cocktail menus are very limited, with highbrow descriptions to support prices that are inflated even by strip and airport standards. (Don't expect complimentary chips and salsa). In reality, the menu descriptions are fiction, portions are child-sized, and quality is laughably poor. Ex: each of the three fish tacos ($23.99) held a single tiny pale, limp fishstick and a pinch of cabbage, overpowered by a "crema drizzle" of metallic-y diluted ranch dressing. Everything we got was either fundamentally seasoned really wrong or had no flavor at all. Sadly, even the churros were a disappointment ($12.99 for 3 of the basic frozen food-service variety); so tough we both gave up after two bites and our mouths still hurt the next day. I'm not even kidding when I say one dipping sauce was straight-up Hershey's syrup and the other was straight-up disgusting and unidentifiable. Maybe cheap pancake syrup mixed with milk? We are locals who eat out a lot and have fun exploring new places. This was our first (and definitely last) time at El Burro. It's obvious why the place wasn't busy on a weekend evening...literally every aspect needs a total overhaul. *The light dinner we ordered was $115 before tip (two people, only one margarita).

Yelp
May 2022- This restaurant is open from Thursday thru the weekend, (pandemic) and I'm glad I got to enjoy a late night supper here on Thursday, May 5, 2022. I have posted several photos of the food I ordered. I ordered 3 dishes, all tasty: 1- 3 pork tacos - with Cilantro Rice and Borracho Beans. And, the tiniest bit of diced pineapple, and lots of chunks of pork, which was not soft or tender. I was expecting shredded pork and for the pork to be tender, but it was not. Altho chunks of pork was not what I had envisioned when I ordered the 3 taco dish, I can say it was flavorful in terms of seasonings, but I was a tad disappointed, so I'd say try some of the other taco options. I did finish all 3 pork tacos, so they were tasty, for sure. They just were not how I imagined, that's all. And I like soft pork, rather than tough chunks. I DID LOVE THE CILANTRO RICE AND BORRACHO BEANS. I COULD EAT BOWLS OF IT!!! I made sure to scoop and scrape every last morsel of the rice and beans. Mmmm, so good!!! Note: I have to say that I could see the care and work that went into these 3 tacos, because there was beautiful color in the diced pineapple, cilantro and more that went into these tacos, so I applaud the kitchen staff, the creative chefs. I guess that means I'm applauding Guy Fieri too! LOL. After all, it is Guy Fieri's El Burro Boraccho Restaurant . 2- Street Corn - which you can have removed from the cob and served, if you ask. . It was DELICIOUS !! 3- Churros -I had to order Churros in this Flavortown restaurant and THEY WERE WARM, FRESHLY MADE, OUTRAGEOUSLY WONDERFUL!!! THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL. If there was a beauty contest for delicious CHURROS, these could win!! And they come with two yummy dipping sauces!! A dolce de Leche and a Mexican chocolate dipping sauce. Each yummy good in its own right. I had some Churros left, so I took a doggy bag. The Churros are best when eaten as soon as they are served. LOL. Or, try warming up when leftovers, but, we know, they are truly yummy when eaten as soon as they are made. Guess what I'm craving right now?! OVERALL, I'd say YES, YOU SHOULD DINE HERE. And, when I'm back in Vegas, I will visit here again to try a few other items from the menu. I will definitely be ordering the street corn and Churros again, and I look forward to trying a few other main dishes and appetizers and sides. See my photos.

Yelp
We had "appetizers ". Mexican corn & shrimp quesadillas and they were delicious! We will be back for more next time we're in town.

Yelp
I hade made reservations here for a Saturday dinner for three of us. We didn't need to, there were many empty tables when we arrived. We got seated with a view of the hotels pool, and I noticed right away that the chairs were really beat up and dirty. Our server was extremely kind and welcoming. We ordered our food and a couple of cocktails. I started with the street corn off the cob. I was so disappointed. It had zero flavor and looked more like soup. We also ordered some fajitas and myself chicken tacos. Those who got the fajitas said they were pretty good. I found the tacos to be inedible. It did not state in the menu it would have all sorts of things in them such as tomato's which I can't stomach. Had I known, I would have ordered without or something else all together. I was really let down, paid our $200 tab and left hungry. Since the others liked their fajitas and the server was nice, I will give 2 stars.
google avatar

Pam M.

Yelp
Only Mexican restaurant that charges for chips and salsa! Beans and rice were bland. Carne asada was dry. I did like the chicken tacos. Service was good, once we got in. There was no 'checking in'. You stay in line and wait your turn to get to hostess and wait for table. If you wake up to hostess and asked to put your name down, or let her know you had a reservation, she spoke harshly( not quite a yell) at you and told you to get back in line. So what's the point of making a reservation? Worst ran hostess desk ever!! Very disappointed!!

Yelp
Service was off And Gave us regular soda instead of diet. Drank like 400 calories of soda instead of 0.
google avatar

Randy B.

Yelp
Pretty good food however, 2 burritos and 2 drinks. $107 before tip. Charged for chips and salsa and I had food crumbs on my chair when we arrived. Very nice wait staff.

Yelp
We dined at this restaurant last night during the Star Trek convention at The Rio Hotel Casino, and it was a huge disappointment. The food was mediocre and overpriced, and the service was piss poor. Our waiter had a horrid attitude and didn't even check back on us until almost done with dinner. Wont bother with this dump fire again. Yet another trash restaurant and service in the Las Vegas area.
google avatar

Ami B.

Yelp
Food is just ok! Prices are ridiculous high! $7.99 for chips and salsa. $20 for a margarita that was watered down and tasted horrible couldn't even taste the alcohol and it was on the rocks with little ice and warm when they brought it. I wanted the been and cheese burrito but not for $28! I ordered Al Pastor Tacos, meat was very dry and not very seasoned. The rice I was so excited about, lime cilantro was just ok, I've had better. My husband had the carne asada quesadilla and said it was good. Overall, I was disappointed with the food exp for those prices. Our waitress was great. The vibe could be more upbeat. Love the pool view. Not sure we would go back though.

Yelp
Came here a few trips ago while visiting the Rio Hotel. I know he's corny, but I'm a big fan of celebrity chef Guy Fieri and had to check out one of his spots. There was a slight wait when we visited but it was expected at dinner time. We of course had to get his signature Trash Can Nachos. It was a great dish to share with a table and of course a sight to see. For my main, I went with the Carne Asada Chimichanga. It's was huge and basic. I've had better in Cali and Texas as far as Tex Mex goes. Everyone seemed to enjoy their individual meals. Overall, it's definitely a touristy spot to visit. It was cool to eat once.
google avatar

Dede S.

Yelp
We were able to get into this location. It has very few hours open. We had to try the trash can nachos. I'd seen them on TV so many times. They were much better than I expected. We also split the pork enchiladas. I really enjoyed the rice and beans on the plate. I also ordered a Cadillac margarita. It was really good. Service was just right.

Yelp
Guy Fieri's EL BURRO BORRACHO, located near the pool at the Rio All Suites Resort in Las Vegas. They are only open three nights a week [Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays] from 5 PM until 10 PM. The service was excellent (Peggy tonight). If you don't speak Spanish, the menu is a little difficult to comprehend without asking a lot of questions. The food is very good, however, for Mexican Food, it's a bit on the high side, with most meals being between $18 and $27. When your frozen cocktail drinks are not completely blended, it simply shows that the bartenders are lazy, or just don't care, but I'm not sure the servers know they are blended completely when they bring the drinks. Tonight we had Mole Chicken Enchiladas and Mole Beef Enchiladas. The sauce is different on each meal, but both are really delicious. I would recommend, but ask questions about the menu item you select to,assure you are getting exactly what you want.

Yelp
Celebrated my mom's birthday at the Laughlin location. We had high expectations given the name and representation. The food was not good and no one finished their plate. The staff was very friendly, but the service was mediocre, maybe there was a shortage of staff, but we had one waitress who seemed to be very overwhelmed. We were a party of eight and we were put in a back patio that was enclosed where the larger parties are placed for seating. The ambiance is not at all what is presented in the inside of the restaurant where it's much prettier. The drinks were okay. The Mango Margarita was good. The Strawberry Margarita's were not. We ordered guacamole and chips, the avocados tasted as if they were going bad and there was no flavor. Plates ranged from fajitas to tacos and chicken quesadillas, the meat was flavorless and had absolutely no seasoning, there was a special salsa that you had to pay extra to order, which we did and it was just, well, to be blunt, disgusting. The meat had a lot of fat and gristle. It just was not at all good. Would never go back and completely disappointed. It was a chore just to get reservations. So being that in addition to the name and how difficult it was to get reservations, my expectations were that, the food must be great and this must be a really great restaurant! We were all excited to try it. Guy Fieri is supposed to be a well-renowned chef. I can't imagine that this is the standard that would be acceptable for his food. Will never go back and extremely disappointed.

Yelp
Service was really cool and friendly. Most definitely coming back. Even pops enjoyed his meal. Price range is extremely outrageous. What can we say it's Vegas.

Yelp
The service was good but, the food was mediocre. I guess that's what happens when a celebrity has their name attached to a restaurant. Prices were a bit hefty for the quality of food. We probably would have been better off at the food court.

Yelp
$$$$$ El Burro is so ridiculously over priced. All tables are bare except for the wrapped silverware. No condiments were offered but a red sauce is available at a cost of $2.99. A simple bean and cheese burrito was priced at $28.99. Cocktails are just as pricy starting at the mid twenties. There is no complimentary chip and salsa here but are available for $7.99 (best price on the menu). Food arrives very fast and it was good but not great.

Yelp
Okay, here we go. I have been to this restaurant in Laughlin and enjoyed it. But the one in Vegas misses the mark and doesn't seem to care. I went there with my family yesterday and a horrible time that no amount of drinks could help this borracho. Food was awful, service was awful, and the prices were sobering. I spent $300 on 1 appetizer, 5 entrees, 2 basic margaritas, and 3 sodas. The meat had no flavor, the chips were old, and I found a piece of plastic in my food that arguably had more flavor than anything. I showed the waiter the plastic and he said that they can't control what comes out of their mix..... um, you control what you put on my plate, so yes you can control plastic in my food. He was unapologetic, but then said he will Not charge us for the $40 nachos (yes you read that correctly $40 for nachos with no meat), if we were still unhappy. Overall this place is very overpriced with below average food. The best way I can sum up this review is that you know you're bad when Laughlin does it better. P.S, Guy would be sad, well I hope he would be.

Yelp
Preface: I'm from AZ and there is A LOT of good Mexican food out here. I might have some biases on what I expect from a pricey Mexican restaurant. This being said, I was super excited to try a spot that one of my favorite celebrity chefs had branded as their own. I was fully expecting to be taken to Flavortown, but unfortunately we were routed to Blandsville. We started off our meal with the bottomless tortilla chips, which honesty hit the spot after a long day of traveling. Great start to the dinner! However, my high hopes for the meal were quickly dashed after taking the first bite of my Al Pastor tacos. It simply was the weirdest Al Pastor taco I had experienced in my life; lacking seasoning, lacking depth of flavor, etc. ¡Que las! The server however was very attentive and good at explaining their menu and concept. This definitely was one of the saving graces of the meal. Not sure if Guy reviews his own spots on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, but it hit that triple D mark: dreadful, disgraceful, and disappointing.

Yelp
I just felt ripped off and hungry after eating here. I hate the prices and the food is forgettable. I get that it's a celebrity restaurant in Vegas, so it's going to be expensive, but at the same time, it tastes like every other forgettable Mexican-American / Tex-Mex outside of Texas restaurant. I've had this review sitting in my Yelp drafts folder forever, but every time I think about this restaurant, I just get annoyed. Don't preach flavor town when it tastes identical to every other south of the border mediocre restaurant. Also, you can get trash can nachos here, which are selling for $69 (!!!!!) On Goldbelly.com. Why is this a thing?

Yelp
Service was not great. Portion size was good but not the taste wasn't worth the price. Will definitely not eat here again.

Yelp
Dropped in at 8:30 on a Saturday night, and the food arrived within five minutes of ordering. It was hot, fresh, and slammin good. Would definitely return to this place. Wish they were open Sundays!

Yelp
I had the steak and chicken fajitas. They were great. The steak did taste better than the chicken though. Whatever they marinade it in, is delicious. The service was good. I sat at the bar. The restaurant was clean.

Yelp
Lacks imagination, no fusion, plating needs desperate help. Cooks don't wear hair nets so their hair is just everywhere. Tasteless and cold. This restaurant needs desperate help. The decor is old, chair cushions are worn and torn. They do not off a kids menu or senior citoxen's menu. No Ala'cart items for those with small appetites.
