Guys Sammich Shop

The food is a bit expensive but I ordered the loaded fries for about $12 and it was worth it !! It came with so much food and fried chicken on top. I shared it with another person and it was filling, definitely enough for both of us! Other things on the menu were much more expensive but reasonable for being inside the resort. This is a convenient location near two hotel towers with both booth and chair seating.

Best Cheesesteaks & french fries at Harrah's Atlantic City. Cheesesteaks come with cheese sauce as well as an option for other cheeses. Meat was juicy and fresh. Another must get here is the made to order french fries. You get alot of them piping hot and the price is keen. For burgers I would go to AC Burger Co. instead (also in Harrah's, near the diamond lounge)

We were so disappointed. We watch Guy on TV, so we were excited to try this place. Don’t waste your money. The rib-eye cheese steak was so greasy the bun was falling apart and it’s taste was nothing special. The BLT’s bacon was so bad we couldn’t even chew some of the pieces. It was not good. The fries weren’t even seasoned. Two sandwiches and Fries = 45$ My husband says he doesn’t want to watch any of Guy’s shows after this.

We were in Atlantic City for my daughters basketball tournament. My husband was so excited to see this restaurant was located in Harrah’s where we were staying. We had a long day of tournaments and decided to come back to the resort and order from Guy’s Sammich Joint. I ordered the tuna melt combo, the sandwich was flavorless and bland covered in an obene amount of lettuce. The fries were not even salted and were subpar for what we expected from Guy’s. My husband got the Buffalo Chicken sandwich which was swimming in hot sauce with unseasoned chicken. He also ordered the combo. He literally received maybe 15 fries in his order. Needless to say neither one of us ate more than a quarter of our sandwiches. Over $50 for 2 flavorless sandwiches and some bland fries. I will never again order from this restaurant. What a waste of our hunger and money.

One of the best sandwiches i have ever had at Harrah's Atlantic City.

i was charged twice for my order. I was charged Sunday $37.48 at 2:12pm then I wanted to remove 2 drinks. ( Gatorades) that was $4 each . Which I was then Charged $28.95 on Sunday at 2:24pm instead of being refunded I was charged I noticed & brought it to the cashiers attention which she brought the manager out to tell me this happens all the time the money will return in a few days. It’s now days later & i have been charged again on Wednesday at 1:22pm for $28.95 so that was 3 times my card has been charged. I ordered a burger, chicken tenders & Cheese fries . & got Charged $95.38. I don’t understand how a $40 order turned into an $95 order after leaving the store & this happens all the time it’s normal from the store . WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER AGAIN

The establishment double charges! Today my family and me stopped in for a bite. I bought a burger, chicken fingers, a cheesesteak, and a order of fries. The total came to $44.30. Using my debt card I gave a $5 tip and signed the receipt for a grand total of $49.36. I went back to my room and I got a text telling me that my bank account was charge twice. Once for the $44.36 and then for $49.36. After realizing this I went back downstairs and informed them about the double charge. The cashier got her manager and he told me that “This happens to everybody all the time. The charge will go back in your account in 2-3 days. I told him that I’m 2-3 days, my vacation is over and I will be back home. He told me that it was nothing he could do for me and I would just have to wait. This is not far!!! I saved up all year for this vacation. I budget my money just right to enjoy my vacation. Now you’re telling that I’ll have to cut activities out because you overcharged me!! Not fair at all!! And it’s not like this is the first time. This is a common practice! Bad business my friend.

Veggie burger was terrible I wouldn't feed it to my dog. I don't eat meat and was really looking forward and had no taste For all the seasoning that's on the fries they should share the flavor as the fries can be overwhelming. I wouldn't waste my money
