We tried the degustation menus at Guze Bistro — “Sea” for my girlfriend and “Land” for myself. Overall, it was a pleasant and well structured dining experience.
The amuse-bouches were decent, followed by the first starters: Sea Bass for the Sea menu and Lasagne for the Land. Both were fine, though not particularly memorable.
The real highlights of the evening were definitely the pasta courses — Grey Mullet Bottarga and Black Pig. Both were full of flavor and easily the stars of the table.
For the main courses, we had meagre and rabbit. While both were well executed, we personally enjoyed the meagre more. The meal ended nicely with the Dessert Trio, which was a thoughtful and satisfying finish.
A good experience overall, with some standout dishes and a few courses that could be elevated further.
