Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Ordered a luggage, never got it, but of course that didn’t stop at least 4 satisfaction survey requests.
Tried to reach customer service, called, e-mailed, even texted on whatsapp for two weeks straight, never got a reply.
Today I’ve got no luggage and a whole lot of frustration that could’ve been avoided if only this brand’s actual services matched the standard they wish they had. Shamefully terrible.
