To begin with the location, the restaurant is located in Katara which when you enter you feel you have r disconnected from the busy streets. The food was delicious and as the quality was as expected since I have dined in the Riyadh branch. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the food. We had the Ramadan set menu which was reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. Every dish was yummy. Will definitely come again!

Checked out a new Indian fusion restaurant that opened during the World Cup! Loved eating out on the terrace with the nice breeze — such a vibe. The interior was super gorgeous, and they have an open kitchen too. I asked which region the dishes were from, and Mr. Shariful said it’s a mix of recommendations from all over India. He gave me detailed recommendations for appetizers, mains and desserts. I’m a huge fan of Indian food and eat it a lot but the pani puri was definitely spicier than usual for me! Finished off with a mango dessert — so good. Definitely I want to come back with friends next time!

Had an amazing iftar menu at Gymkhana Doha. Being a regular at their restaurant in Riyadh, Gymkhana is by far my favourite Indian restaurant. Food and service were outstanding, and the location of Doha is just special with nice outdoor space.

We went here due to its renowned name in London and it did not disappoint. The chicken biryani was so flavoursome, great size portions. The service was also great they accommodated for us to sit outside with a heater. Very reasonably priced.

First of all, the location is beautiful. Katara Hills is so nice. Second, our server Anushka went above and beyond for us the whole night. She catered to the kids who were causing a mess but she gave us 5 Star service the whole night. Now the food? It’s worth the Hype. The starters were excellent. They had just introduced the new menu items which we tried with the Qeema Naan but the cult classics are still our favorites. The Gol Gappay (Pani Puri), come together so smooth but tasty. The aloo chaat was different but very very good. Now the mains: Butter Chicken- Excellent flavor. Also a lot of quantity and comes piping hot in some dinnerware that I’ve never seen but want. Tandoori Chicken- This is from the new menu, it was grilled perfectly, and full of flavor. Not too much spice but just right. Had the right amount of lemon zest already in it. Lamb Chops- Arguably the most famous dish here and for good reason. The chops are massive. It comes 3 to a plate and we added 1 more which ended up being overkill but with the chutney they give, it pairs very nice. Tiger Prawns- Massive prawns. Also come 3 to a plate so we added 1 more food good measure. The masala is so good and creamy. Not spicy at all but there’s so much flavor here that I might say, they were the stand out tonight. They gave us a Falooda on the house which was very good and a beetroot halwa which was something I’ve never tried before and you wouldn’t have been able to tell it was beetroot if they didn’t mention it. Overall Gymkhana does what it set out to do, bring Indian Street food in a 5 star setting. Each dish is carefully curated and prepared and they don’t miss. Come make a reservation and enjoy without having to try to wait for 6 months in London.

Excellent food in a luxurious location with a relaxed ambience!! The Aloo chaat, Keema naan, chicken tikka, butter chicken and cheese naan were absolutely phenomenal. Mango lassi and Gulab Jamun were also amazing. Our server Anushka was very kind and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful and very pleasant dinner experience so would definitely come again!
