"This minimalist Japanese bar concept opened inEcho Parka few years ago, and now has a second outpost in West Hollywood that looks identical, with red mood lighting and paper lanterns over the bar. There are still only two gyoza on the menu (pork and vegan), plus a tsukemen, rice bowls, and salad. To drink, there are a few sake options, simple shochu cocktails, and Asahi on draft." - Cathy Park
