"Opening soon at 7748 Cypress Creek Parkway, this popular Japanese yakiniku-style barbecue chain is rolling out its fourth Houston-area location. Patrons grill marinated short ribs, filet mignon, shrimp and other proteins right at the table, and the menu features meaty all-you-can-eat and prix-fixe options alongside items like tempura, ramen, garlic noodles and the chain’s signature DIY s’mores. Buckets of beer, cocktails and sake samplers are available to pair with the grilled meats. The brand first arrived in Houston in 2014 (Midtown) and has since expanded to the Memorial area and Sugar Land; no official opening date for this outpost has been announced." - Amy McCarthy
