This is a good location for the smaller space they have to work with but one thing I would say is always check the expiration date on their fresh produce. I'm not in the habit of doing so because the riverside location seems to never have anything expired but here it seems to be a regular occurrence. Other than that it is good for what it is.

I believe this will be the last time to shop in this store even though it is close to my house. Over the past few months customer service has dropped to zero. No one greets you or says Hi and the employees working at self checkout don’t even look at you. Today I had multiple interactions with the young gentleman at the self checkout by produce and he literally didn’t speak or look at me even when I spoke to him. The meat and dairy section smelled moldy and off, and when I opened up the standing refrigerated organic chicken section several large horse flies came out of the refrigerator! It was gross. I did not buy any meat obviously. Even the Ben White Walmart is a friendlier store now. That’s sad.

Great store. Except for this one young Hispanic female. She apparently thinks she doesn't have to help customers with bagging. Probably one of the most rude employees there. I usually shop between 10 pm and 11 pm. It can be busy at that time but apparently she doesn't care when it is. That's when I move slowly. Next time I'll get her name. Other than that, most employees are helpful.

This HEB is small but as a holdover for the big one they're building right across the corner it is very functional well kept and the staff has been nothing but friendly to me.

While not a large store, you can get most essentials and even a decent selection of hard to find items. New location under construction across the road, great location close to south congress and great for a quick stop to get your staples.

For drivers delivering to this store, the dock is in front of the store. Don't drive to the back of the building. After it was located it was easy, just take your time cutting through the busy parking lot.

I went to pick up my medicine with a voucher and there was $11.93 left and the receipt says she (Martha ) gave me a gift card of $6.97 which she didn't give me anything just 1 of my medicines. Besides not getting the gift card it should be a gift card of $11.93 . Which I didn't get. So what happened to the $11.93 . Or the $4.96 left. Something is not adding up here. Cuz I sure didn't get no gift card of any kind. Martha the pharmacist must have some explaining to do. Cuz I a sure you I didn't get no gift card & they can rerun the video camera. She must have kept it to herself. Cuz it sure wasn't given to me.

I never had any problems with the groceries or service but the layout is strange and the frozen section is pretty tiny
