Received a 15 lb brisket with 9 lbs of intermuscular fat, which is non renderable. HEB selling it as Prime brisket, lol. After I properly butchered out the fat, I have 6 flank steaks. HEB not interested in refunding because I purchased it through Instacart delivery. They won't take responsibility either. Shouldn't have trusted someone else to pick out a brisket. I never would have bought this worthless POS.

Get your cakes here! Ordered a coconut cake from the deli. Arrived and cake was ready and beautifully decorated! Most importantly, it tasted like Heaven! Moist and tasty. My new place for ordering cakes.

You employ the most inept staff. Your signs show $5 off $35 basket with Texas size savings. The sign says briskets on it. 5 employees can’t figure it out, one says it’s not on briskets, one says sorry, it’s only with the yellow coupon, one says sorry, we’re printing more, then I’m told it has to have a Texas Size sticker on it…then she asked if I bought $35 worth of food…I had $160 of meat on the screen including 3 briskets. YOU ARE ALL INEPT!!! Don’t know why I waste my time talking to 16 year old little girls with attitudes that can’t thank a customer or apologize for making me wait10 minutes. Also, your flowers are in horrible shape, they always look dead. Most of your premium bouquets are dry and wilted.

I boycott Walmart in Gunbarrel tx, or anywhere else, so found HEB, in coursicana, it was like walking back in time the way I rembered a super market. Awesome store, clean fantastic prices. I bought twice the groceries the meat prices were unbelievable an omg, quality was awesome! I was able to purchase a moth worth to what I was paying at Walmart weekly! Chicken quarters 10lbs for 5.96. fresh ground chuck 5lb 11.55. 30lb dry cat food 22.65. I was floored at quality an quantity. It was worth the drive and the savings! And yes a checker at every register still have self check out . But a checker an bagger at at every lane an a quick. Super friendly service!! Bathrooms super clean!!

I love HEB! I love the choices and variety, but this store has outgrown the building. This location is sooooo busy. The parking is crazy!!!!! The store is so small that it cannot accommodate its customers. I try to go during non-busy times. Otherwise, it's a free-for-all. So many shoppers that you cannot find parking, you cannot walk up and down the aisles, and the cashiers cannot handle the checkouts. It can be very frustrating and feel disorganized. One suggestion I would make is to move the online pick-up parking across the street so that actual shoppers could access the store. An entire parking lot aisle for online order pick-ups that remain empty while you endlessly circle the lot looking for a spot to park is infuriating. Some shoppers just park in the pick-up spots and go inside to shop because they do not want/are not able to walk/push a grocery cart across the busy street. The gas station located in the small parking lot just adds to the confusion and chaos. There are several near-miss accidents. I try to avoid this business during peak times.

What can I say amazing options, great food, decent pricing....I wish we had one in Hillsboro, or at least one of the mini quick Joe's

I went to this location and the workers had not thrown out the molded fruits. I told an employee and he only picked up the fruit he saw but did not pick up the fruit that was in contact with the molded fruit. Here's one pic.

All HEB's are always way too crowded and it is too hard to shop. You can't even get to the products you need. Can't wait to get out of them. The products are very good but not worth having to fight the crowds.
