Do not order from the bakery if you have a special occasion. This was the cake they gave my family for my birthday and then blamed us for paying for it. Mind you, my sister picked the cake up for an event and wasn’t sure what was initially ordered. Not only was this the ugliest cake I’ve seen come out of any store, it was by far the worst. It was dry and the sponge was tight. It tasted like a strawberry box cake just stale and old. I am beyond disappointed as a frequent shopper with HEB. The bakery didn’t apologize for ruining my birthday cake. The instructions was light earth tones and a completely different statement. Not a good look for HEB who I am generally quite pleased with the quality. This was sad.

Their produce is great. They have decent prices and the workers are friendly and helpful. A young (very knowledgeable) lady by the name of Kristen went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for even though she was working on curbside orders! She deserves a raise! The only thing I don't like is their parking lot, it's always so full and a lot of the drivers seem to have road rage.

My favorite grocery store. Well stocked, clean and the employees are always nice. A nice selection of fresh herbs out front, the store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful when you need direction to find something.

Received a 15 lb brisket with 9 lbs of intermuscular fat, which is non renderable. HEB selling it as Prime brisket, lol. After I properly butchered out the fat, I have 6 flank steaks. HEB not interested in refunding because I purchased it through Instacart delivery. They won't take responsibility either. Shouldn't have trusted someone else to pick out a brisket. I never would have bought this worthless POS.

Get your cakes here! Ordered a coconut cake from the deli. Arrived and cake was ready and beautifully decorated! Most importantly, it tasted like Heaven! Moist and tasty. My new place for ordering cakes.

I was here today and bought some Dungeness crabs. They were the best crabs have had in a long time. The seafood clerk was wonderful!

This was our first time going to an HEB. While there is not alot of variety throughout the store,there was a variety of coffee beans and sodas both brand and off brand. The store was clean, stocked, and the employees were helpful when we were asking ourselves a question out loud. However, the lady at the fish market was a little rude when we asked her a few questions about the products. Although this HEB is small, it seems to be very popular with their community as it was pretty packed when we stopped by!

My review is really only to hype up the florist. I do not remember her name but she made me feel right at home and she was so sweet.

I like the fact they try to buy Texas produce it's the only place I buy them however they need to expand in the afternoon the store is so busy with people trying to checkout the main lane is so congested you can't even get around and they only open 2 checkout with Human checkouts so I try to avoid HEB

Well, I have been anticipating going to an H-E-B for a long time now. I have now scratched it off my list & I'm so very disappointed! This store was old, worn-out & a little on the dirty side. Just picked up some produce & some apple turnovers, which were stale. Love me some Central Market, & will see you soon! The cashier was friendly.

this heb is a staple in the area and the employees are helpful overall. they have a decent selection and all the essentials.

I had the worst possible experience with HEB. I got really ill from some coffee creamer, I had never had anything like this happen. I know it was not HEB's fault however the customer service was beyond helpful and caused me great inconvenience. I'm including the screenshots.

I have always loved HEB and their products, and I still do, EXCEPT the Corsicana, TX store! First of all, trying to navigate through the people walking in the store or to their car is awful. And it's almost impossible finding a parking spot. This store is way too small for the amount of people that want or like to shop there. This store doesn't have anywhere near the choice in grocery items as what the stores in Waxahachie or Waco do. And trying to get around in the store is a NIGHTMARE, pretty much all times of any day of the week. And the grandest nuisance of all, checking out... there's absolutely NO space for customers to get through to the other isles while the checkout lines are occupied. The last time I was there I stood in line for 30 minutes and then after the lady Infront of me and I unloaded ALL of our groceries on the conveyer, the HEB manager, asst manager or whoever, to inform us there was something wrong with the register and asked us to move to the next register. While I was reloading my cart MYSELF, the line for that register accumulated 2 more customers. Management saw this and said nothing. So instead of me asking them to back up, because the manager asked me to move over there, I got behind them. While the manager watched this all. By this time, I was beyond irritated, I got my purse, told the manager they could put the groceries back and I left. I will NOT patronize the Corsicana store again until they expand or build a new store. I will drive the 50+ miles to Waco or Waxahachie to get my groceries or get what I need at Super1 or Brookshires. Thanks, but NO thanks, Suzy

HEB Corsicana is great during daytime hours but if you go at night, not so great. We went tonight and experienced bad customer service. maria was bagging our groceries and tossing them in the cart all while talking to a coworker ( I think her name was Bariza) and it felt like they didn't even know we were there. I'm having to quickly move my bags around in the cart as she tosses more bags in. Chips and produce were getting crushed. I felt invisible. The entire check out was like this and they Never said a word to us. When I spoke up, they told us they could give us a number to complain and that they were discussing work. Why wouldn't they provide good customer service and discuss work issues somewhere else other than the check out lanes.

This store is as old as Corsicana. HEB is awesome but not here! Should have bought the old Gander building when they had the chance. Hey HEB! Instead of building huge new stores every 500 yards from each other in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio try putting some money into this store! PLEASE!

DO NOT buy the crawfish from here. I bought 12 pounds and EVERY SINGLE ONE was dead. In case you don't know, if you cook dead crawfish, you can get major food poisoning. WORST PLACE TO BUY CRAWFISH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Filthy store, one of H-E-B's hallmark stores. If you drop something on the floor, leave it. I wouldn't trust anything prepared in that store - serve it to friends but don't eat it. Seems like most of the kids, which the store is jammed with, are sickly, coughing, viral spew bombs. If you just have to go there, under duress, make sure you clean the cart handles with bleach before grabbing on or just use gloves.

This review does don't reflect the staff there, as I only interacted with one person (the cashier) and she was friendly......this review is due to the store's condition. First off, I'm visiting here from another part of Texas and I LOVE my H‑E‑B, it is so clean, the people are so nice and friendly, everything is stocked, and this has been my experience at every H‑E‑B I've been to......except this one......I came in really late, maybe less then an hour before they closed......the outside looked nice, like your typical H‑E‑B, but the inside looks NOTHING like any of the ones I've gone to......the store had a weird, unpleasant smell to it, things were not stocked properly or at all, there were large gaps in numerous aisles, nearly all the fridges for the drinks by the cash registers were either nearly empty or had drinks laying down, not organized, just all over the place........It's obvious this store is old and is past due for a remodel, but it was also painfully obvious that the management here just couldn't care less and took no pride in keeping their store nice.........the Walmart down the road looks WAY better and ofcourse has better prices.....until H‑E‑B and the management of this location decide to step up their act, I'll be shopping at Walmart when I'm here.

When I saw this HEB I got excited and thought surely it will be held to the same standards as my HEB at Bay Colony. Boy howdy was I wrong! It is very outdated and smelled so bad near the flowers and produce. Something over there was rotten and smelling really strongly. On top of that the store had not been kept up with and was severely needing repairs all over the store including the restrooms.

It's sad that we were met with finger and blame pointing when we went to one of the managers at this location. We just wanted to let him know that one of the sample ladies gave my son some pie telling him that it was just apple pie when he asked what was in it. She neglected to inform him that it was topped with pecans or walnuts(she kept changing what kind of nut it was). The manager argued with us, telling us he was standing there for the past 10 minutes and he didn't notice anything. It's hard to notice anything or have her do her job when you are too busy chatting her up or addressing the issue right there. All we wanted to do was let him know hey there's an issue, please don't let this happen again, we were not wanting handouts. Instead he wanted to point the finger and blame in addition to making excuses then asked what we wanted, which made the insensitive response worse. Poor management here both times we dealt with them.

I don't even know where to begin on how horrible the Corsicana HEB is. The parking lot is miserable. It's very tight and nobody seems to know which way to go. Then you walk in to the store --or at least try-- but there is so many displays you can't get in without banging into them or tripping over them. And really what does a 4ft rainbow teddy bear have to do with getting groceries or the produce department for that matter? Once you get past that you can almost be sure that they are going to be out of something that you need on your list. I can't remember the last time I did my grocery shopping and didn't have to make a second stop at Super 1 for the stuff HEB was out of. But no worries there's basket after basket of hair bows or dog chews on every aisle to try to manuever around. And lastly, the checkout, the cherry on top. There is absolutely no room to stand and wait in line without either blocking the main aisle so other people can't get around and do their shopping or you end up standing in the grocery and people not realizing cut in line. So when you finally get your groceries rung you find out that about half their in-store coupons aren't good for what you got. Today for instance they had a yellow coupon for .50 off their brand almond milk asst. varieties. I grabbed an organic one that was directly behind the coupons and made sure the oz matched the coupon. Cashier informed me it wasn't for the organic. I said that the coupon said assorted varieties and it was hanging in front of it. She told me she doesn't hang the coupons, she just rings up the groceries. Wow. Ok, then. Needless to say I left without the almond milk since I had to go to Super 1 any way. I have lived all over Texas and have loved HEB but not Corsicana's. Truly this one should be an embarrassment to the company. Instead of remodeling they should have just moved it to a location with a better parking lot and more room on the sales floor. Perhaps hiring friendlier, more courteous employees too.

I love this HEB and don't know what id do without it in my area. They offer substantially more organic than any of their surrounding competitors showing they really care about what the consumers want. HEB is good for our health and wallet. Try their Organics and Central Market products. Worth the extra dollar or two. I think that they should try to focus on getting even more organic produce in. Great store though. We drive an extra 20 miles to go here when we have a walmart right by our house.

I didn't understand the bad reviews; this HEB must have remodeled recently because I found it to be clean, bright and stocked with fresh produce. Family and I picked up salads, sandwiches, etc here on our way between Houston and Dallas and deli had good products. Also picked up cheap fuel at their station out front.

By far the WORSE HEB !! The eisles are very very narrow for starters. Half the time you are bumping into someone else , its horrible. Next they never have something you find at another Heb. You search but never find. They also have poor meat quality. Me and my husband bought there pre seasoned meat and both got sick off of it. Lastly there store needs a serious remodel. It seems like one of the first ever built. I love HEB but not this one. It is very low standards of what an heb should be like.if I didnt know better and shopped here for the first time I probably wouldn't go back.
