Great selection of items to choose from. The aisles of this store are labeled and organized with the shopper in mind. The staff is always bringing out fresh meat and produce.

The H-E-B curbside option was excellent, especially when it first started and into early 2025. My recent 5 experiences have been poor. Issues include missing items on every order and continued issues with how they pack many heavy items in one bag. I’ve talked to their office and I’ve talked to the store to no avail. It’s really a shame because the H-E-B offerings are great, but it’s becoming less and less attractive as a result of these issues. Someone is not paying attention to running this program.

Fast and convenient way to avoid the crowds and still get all your HEB favorites. The shoppers are always fast and friendly. The picks are accurate and high quality. They aren't the greatest at substitutions but they are getting better and you can now specify your preferred substitutions in the app when ordering. I love having the HEB Curbside option.

This is a huge HEB, and I love it! You can get ANYTHING it!

Great service, as usual. Love HEB but their prices are climbing faster than others. There are certain things that I will continue to purchase there because of quality. I have used their on-line shopping for years & have never been disappointed. Shoppers & those who deliver to my car are first class. I appreciate them all. Due to some health issues, they all make my life do much easier. Thank you!

I'm not thrilled with the new location behind the store, and far fewer time slots available. Location: very narrow space, little visibility of incoming traffic and for other motorists trying to get in and out. Availability: Limited parking means fewer time slots available. Just like during covid, they're snapped up 2 days in advance. But, the people are still great!

40min wait for groceries. I paid extra to wait 😐really??! They are short staffed, Then they have to stop running for customers to run driver orders out. This feature is great but there are so many kinks that need to worked out. We have done the delivery twice and both times they forgot all meats & frozens on top of being over an hour late. If your delivering several orders, carry a cooler, meat shouldn't be sitting in a backseat for an hr!!! I might as well shop myself in store.

Horrible experience. Crowded, clerk would not take coupons that were under the items on the shelf, and the prices were not that good. Probably our last trip to HEB. Had similar issues the trip before, so this was the last nail in the coffin.
