This is by far the dirtiest HEB I have ever visited. The produce section, particularly the onion area, is in terrible condition and clearly lacks proper maintenance. Many of the bell peppers are visibly rotting or decaying, and the onions are often just as bad. It is genuinely unpleasant and unacceptable for a store of this reputation and size. The level of neglect in this location is alarming. Most people I know have stopped shopping here altogether and drive to the Bunker Hill store instead. However, customers should not have to travel farther simply to shop in a clean, well-maintained environment. I honestly do not understand how this store continues to pass inspection. The management needs to take immediate action to address the cleanliness, freshness, and overall quality standards. This location is long overdue for serious attention from corporate oversight.

I sat in line for 10 minutes because this lady can’t add or subtract!! Then she tried to use a calculator! REALLY!!! I got Newports and said I got $25 all together! Which was $12.82 in gas!! ⛽️ REALLY! How did u get this job, u can’t do simple math!! Walked up, she’s just sitting in her chair 🪑, didn’t speak!! I had to make her speak!! HEB r we serious here!!!?? That’s basic math!! 🧮 absolutely unacceptable! Held the line up for basic math?

Excellent grocery store! Always clean, well-stocked, and organized. Fresh produce, great prices, and friendly staff who are always ready to help. Shopping here is always a pleasant experience!

Be careful shopping at this HEB, I found cream cheese dates for 2024 and early 2025 I did let a manager know and she was surprised. Come home and the jimmy dean breakfast bowls I also bought are expired back in August. They are not checking stock and dates this is dangerous! Returning everything and will stick to HEB on i10. This location needs to be closed down like the Kroger on the same street was recently shut down for good!

I'm in here a couple times a week to pick up work lunch and some odds and ends for the home. Great selection. One thing I'll say is, the past three times I've been in there, folks near the registers try to stop me and ask me who my energy provider is. I don't like this tactic. I don't like that I keep being asked. I don't want to have to plan my route through the store to avoid pushy sales people.

This is probably the least favorable HEB I’ve visited. I came into the store for a promotional deal for the Softsoap. At checkout I encountered an error message not loading my account. Ive had an account for several years. The employee at self check out Sarai, who was engaging in a personal conversation prior to assisting with another associate, was unhelpful and stated they cant push anything through to which she cancelled the transaction and moved me to a cashier. The same thing occurred with the red screen not acknowledging the coupons and the store manager, Juanita, was unhelpful saying to reach out to support with no number or contact info and shrugged it off leaving me to walk out without making a purchase. This was not a great experience and feeling dismissed over this issue was unprofessional.

Forgot to write about this Tony is such a nice young man Helped me find my car in the parking lot Then proceeded to help me with my groceries I tried to tip him but he said “keep your money I’m just glad I could help you out” that’s customer service.

I’d like to share some feedback based on my visit on Sunday around 8:40 pm. I was really wiped out after work, and normally I’d have appreciated help bagging my groceries. Dee, the young man working as cashier and bagger that evening, was absolutely wonderful—friendly, efficient, and always had a smile on his face. He went above and beyond, and I’d give him ten stars if I could! I know how busy things can get, and I come from the service industry myself, so I understand everyone needs a moment to catch up. When I arrived at the register the manager on duty (a Hispanic gentleman in a grey hoodie, about 5’11”) was chatting with another cashier just living his best life as I helped bag my own groceries. Not a big deal. Just wanted to mention that perhaps he could be a little more attentive when leading the floor of the grocery store.
