How Austin Restaurant Workers Can Book Vaccine Appointments in Texas | Eater Austin

"A well-prepared statewide grocery chain is an official vaccine provider with bookings handled through a designated online scheduler that shows time slots, appointment availability, and vaccine types by specific store location; the scheduler can be filtered by city or ZIP code and allows booking at stores outside city limits. Support is available by phone during business hours, and for vaccines requiring two doses the company will automatically schedule follow-up appointments via phone and email." - Nadia Chaudhury

This H-E-B has a large selection of grocery and other items that many other H-E-B stores tend not to have in stock. The place gets pretty packed as it’s a massive H-E-B. However, the store seems organized and well stocked. It’s interesting as well because this H-E-B has a very strong Latino feel to it as it’s a mixture of your typical H-E-B with a Latino style supermarket, which is interesting and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this H-E-B to anybody looking for groceries & other items in the local area.

The inside of the HEB is great so is customer service. The problem that needs attention is your parking lot. I'm sure your associates and customers have noticed all the pigeon feces by the trees on your parking lot. It's on the sidewalk and parking lot and it's not a little bit. Have a manager check all of it. It's loaded. I'm surprised no one has complained about it. It's unsanitary and disgusting. How about cutting the trees or getting bird deterrents.

Worse H-E-B in San Antonio!!! I went to get 2 items. When I walked-in I asked one employee where something was. He looked at me and said “I don’t know” and walked away. That was rude but whatever. I grab my items and go to self checkout. I’m paying with cash and card. More like 3 in quarters rest on card. The lady ask me “cash or card” I tell her “both” I scan my items put them in the bag MIND you I’ve never done this before! I wasn’t sure where to put the quarters so I look at her and ask where to put them. She looks at me and points (when she does this she’s looks at me like I’m stupid ) whatever I let that go. I continue paying with card. I proceed to put the card in and type the pin. The screen loads for 2 minutes. SHE SEES ME AND DECIDES TO WAIT AND HELP TO OTHER PEOPLE but decided to take her time with helping me. She finally comes up to me and says “what’s the problem” I tell her “I put my card in and it’s just keeps loading” She looks at me again with an attitude and says “well maybe you should press this bottom” How am i automatically ‘SUPPOSED TO KNOW THIS’ I cuss at her and tell her to get out my face. That was rude of me but again if I don’t know what I’m doing and she can clearly see me struggling the least she can do it help me. Without an attitude or just pointing. H-E-B do better!

Let me say I love HEB and especially this one. That being said I got a ready to eat oven roasted turkey and muenster croissant and there was still deli paper in it that looked like turkey slice but something was off. I am going to chuck it up to a once in a lifetime mistake. Still going to shop there still my favorite HEB but will double check my sandwich if I get another one.

I find it repulsive how unsanitary their mid lane coolers are. Each time I go I notice more dust, dead insects (all kinds), and odd stains being collected inside and all around them. I'll be reporting it to the proper departments but I just wanted to let other customers know how dirty and how great a health hazard these coolers truly are. If these are bad you can imagine how much worse all the other fridge stations are. If you have auto immune deficiencies, please be aware and careful.

I don’t mind the store inside but curbside needs work. I’ve never been to an HEB with such horrible curbside. Multiple times I’ve had to wait way too long for them to bring my order out. This time is the longest, I’ll never come back here again. Timeframe was 10:30-11am and I’m typing this at 12:06 still waiting in my car. I’ve called and they said it would be right out but waited more. I stopped a curbside person and they said they’d be right back with it. There’s been 6 cars that came after me leave with their order. Annoying.

I love HEB but this location employees never know anything about their own events! The last time TWO times I went at starting time & nothing was set up. Asked several employees & they were oblivious as to what was going on. I had to walk around & figure it out myself asking multiple employees. Kids day is coming up & im hoping all employees are prepared & knowledgeable about their own events. Who’s in charge in making sure everyone knows about the upcoming events? I’ve also seen a male manager yell at a male employee in front of everyone (customers) ! Really upsetting to see

Curbside worker did not bag package of hamburger buns. It doesn't seem like a big deal but today is the Dallas Game and I have guests coming over. In the middle of cooking I have to leave to the closest gas station to get buns. This is not the first time curbside makes mistakes. I continue to use this service because I do not like getting off but it frustrates me these employees are not taking this job seriously. Instead of standing around and chit chatting they need to focus. Pretty soon people will not be able to buy snacks with food stamps and revenue will be lost. I suggest retaining customers you do have by getting it right. Look up my account you will see how many times I shop curbside, sadly many times let down.
