My friend and I travelled to San Antonio from Canada, and this market was quite close to our hotel, so we made a few stops here during our week-long stay. I work at a grocery store, and I gotta say, this one was very nice! Not only did I shop here for myself, but I also bought some snacks to bring back home for friends. This market was great, the staff were helpful, and if and when I return to the city, I hope to stay at another hotel (or maybe the same one) just so I'm close to this market!

Google
Was in the area and stopped in because I noticed the outside of this HEB looked different. An elevator and escalator inside. Fun! The toy section was really small at this location, but the rest of the store was pretty normal and similar to the everyday HEB, fresh, meats, fresh bakery, everything was as expected.

Google
It's cuuuuuute. Not 100% practical if you are here for regular grocery shopping, which chances are, you aren't. It's giving...a local Whole Foods/small local market vibes. I suppose they really only have grocery carts in case you have something heavy to carry. They do have quite a few items here probably because the aisles are walking size. You'll have to go with the flow.

Google
Each morning at this store, there are no pastries whatsoever. This is baffling considering that workers can be seen in the back busy preparing food, and the aroma of baking bread can be smelled throughout the store. No other location has this trouble. Large-volume boxes of donuts are available, however, and one morning a small, sad selection of single serve muffins was available. The location makes the most of a small space. The trade-off is prepackaged fresh meat and veg at a high price and a smaller (but not limited) selection of items. It is the price to pay to have a full service grocer in the food desert that is downtown San Antone. High marks go to South Flo Pizza. Ordering via kiosk is easy, the cost is attractive, and speed of preparation and delivery are stupidly speedy. The tasty product rivals pizza joints that cost much more. The store is clean at all times, and gives a vibe that suits the neighborhood. H-E-B Go is available, but placed in an awkward place that has the potential to block customers entering the self-service area. Only four stars for H-E-B, S. Flores. No pastries at rush hour for one's morning coffee is inexcusable. Do better!

Google
I really enjoy this location. Not as big as the others, but that's a good thing. You can find everything you're looking for, in such a neat place, with very friendly service.

Google
This is our favorite grocery store. It has a small footprint and European style aisles. There’s a great grab-and-go area, with one aisle completely dedicated a great selection of wine. If you’re traveling to San Antonio, and staying in the downtown area, stop in at this H-E-B to get your cheese, crackers, water, wine & snacks. There is also a gas station on site.

Christopher Robledo

Google
Place is very clean and probably one of the best places to visit. Has great views, everything is up to stock. Though aisles might be tight in spaces but it is still worth it. Oh and not to mention their pizzas are pretty good too. 11/10 recommend this place if you are in need for quick lunch or for quick grocery shopping.

Google
For such a small store I was really surprised by the range of products they carried. Very clean and nicely laid out. The people working there were polite and friendly.

Yelp
H-E-B So-Flo is pretty much my go-to grocery store for any kind of last minute shopping emergency (which happens at least 3 times a week). Do I need baked goods for my kids school: H-E-B has trays full of them! I forgot to make dinner and need something quick: They have a wide section of pre-made meals. My family wants to do pizza Friday and need it now: They have an amazing pizza "restaurant" within the grocery. My kid is driving me crazy and need some wine: They have a huge selection of great wines at affordable prices. Anyhow! I feel like you guys get the point. This H-E-B might be smaller compared to all the other ones, but I can assure you that they have whatever is that you are looking for. I also like that they carry a lot of their organic products which you sometimes can only find at Central Market. I love you H-E-B! Thank you for making my life easier.

Yelp
Hey cousins, so I come from an area with up to seven different grocery stores in my community. Moving to Texas and only really have access to H-E-B. I will say one thing that I really enjoy is the uniqueness of each store. So what I will say is yo cousin is looking for this crustless pizza spot at all local H-E-B's in Austin Texas.

Yelp
It's funny how one day, I visited an H-E-B Plus purely by accident, and it felt like I was in a Fred Meyer up in Washington state. Yet on another day, I visited this H-E-B Market, and it felt like I was in a small, but cozy, Sprouts Farmers Market. That's not to say this was any worse than the H-E-B Plus. In fact, it might be better because it has a more neighborly feel than the larger H-E-B locations I've been to, including the Plus of course. I actually wanted to stop by earlier in my trip because it was closest to my hotel in downtown San Antonio, but one, the parking lot was full when I tried to go the first time, and two, driving around downtown San Antonio is *painfully* slow! Luckily, with this store having such a more relaxing atmosphere in spite of the lack of certain merchandise, I forgot about all the trouble I had driving here, which included a portion of Flores St being blocked off for some reason. This H-E-B is on the southeast corner of Flores and Cesar Chavez Blvd. There is a gas station here, so you can fill up on both groceries and gas here, which is convenient. In fact, this location is closest to the Corporate Office on Main Ave just on the other side of Commanders House Park. I suppose if you want to complain about your experience at this H-E-B Market, you could walk two blocks south to the corporate office, though I wouldn't recommend doing that if it's 100+ degrees outside lol. At a previous H-E-B, I got a coupon for $2.50 off Catalina Crunch cereal. I was hoping to use it at this location, but with how much smaller it was compared to their counterparts, I wasn't surprised that I couldn't find the cereal, even with help from an associate named Robert. The associates, unless they are new, shouldn't have any trouble helping you find what you need. I did, however, find a nice bag of H-E-B trail mix that I thought could have been useful for the trip back home, so I got a bag of that instead. When I went to check out at a self-checkout, my credit card declined! This was the day after the chip on my card got locked up, thus rendering it unusable for the remainder of my trip. Danny, the associate at the self-checkout, saw me expressing my exasperation and didn't hesitate to help. He couldn't get my card to work either, so I had to use a backup card. At first, it didn't work either, but the second time was a charm. I appreciated how he stepped in to help out before I even asked. Remember what I said about neighborly feel? Much appreciated! :) Overall, I would definitely recommend stopping by here for all your grocery needs as long as they have what you need; otherwise, you'd have to go to a different location. I also want to mention they have a nice little patio just outside the market so you can enjoy your just purchased food there. I think it's meant for customers getting a pizza at South Flo, but really, you shouldn't have a problem eating anything else there.

Yelp
This H-E-B is very big with ample parking and a gas in the middle of downtown. Lots of clearance items and items that are reasonably priced. The store is big, clean, and has a great selection of goods. The employees of the register were very nice, and offered to give us a reusable bag free of cost! Would definitely come back to this location for groceries and gas!

Yelp
I'm Flabbergasted! This review is only for the behavior of "employees" at this store. A corner market that appears may be a concept they are trying out. Essentially a mini grocery store with gas and a lot of prepared foods in the shadow of downtown. Gas Pumps outside. I was cruising through the area, needed gas and maybe a snack for the road, and pulled in. After filing my quite enormous tank and spending some $$$ with HEB already, I walked toward the entrance to the store. I noticed a security guard assertively walking toward me. If he hadn't been in uniform I would have been concerned. I was already wondering why the aggressive body language! He asks "Is that your maroon truck out there"? Now at this point Im thinking no its Red but, but maroon rhimes with moron which I think you are. He says "you cant leave your truck there. Not, Sir ,to enhance the flow of traffic we would kindly ask you... No he aggressively said You cannot leave your truck there. I will spare you the balance of the story which involves me talking about this being unusual that Two (yes there were two security guards with side arms and bullet proof vests standing at the entrance) of a corner store and telling me to move my Vehicle. Which by the way, I've never been Told or ask to do and its just weird. What makes it weirder is that the pumps weren't busy! Recently everyone in Dallas has been pumped about HEB locating to the area and they do have nice stores. Now that I think about it, when I visited the new Fisco Store recently there was an armed guard at the door who I jokingly ask if he was keeping the bad guys out. I'm all for security when necessary but, not overreach. Seems as a corporation they have an assertive approach which feels a lot like "the State" By the way, the HEB corporate offices are just behind this store in a very nice area. Bummer

Yelp
It's a grocery desert where we are staying. H.E.B or nothing. We got all we needed. Basics and some fruit and veg. There was nothing here to inspire me to cook. Limited selection of everything. Affordable though.
google avatar

Erica V.

Yelp
This HEB is so cute - it's like if NYC had an HEB, it would be this one! Because of it's size there's not an overwhelming selection, but still the variety is surprising. The freshness of the produce is a bit hit or miss and there's not a large organic selection, but it has all the basics you need for a quick pantry re-stock or grabbing a few items for a gathering. Plus, the beer and wine selections are incredible and the staff is always friendly and helpful!
google avatar

Yelp
I love stopping in at this H‑E‑B ! Everyone is so helpful and nice ! That south flo pizza smells delicious every time! It is very small but convenient. It's my first time running across these gas pumps and I love them ! Tells you traffic and weather as well as entertainment! Fast paced.. self check out only but you know H‑E‑B, someone is always there to help! Who doesn't love H‑E‑B ??!!

Estrella S.

Yelp
Love this store. Great produce, wines and beers. Awesome deli meats and cheeses. Love the bakery.

Yelp
Beautiful small store in the heart of downtown. sells the basics . Mostly food ! and snacks . definitely a great stop . also has a gas station. Not your typical heb store this one is very unique. you are not gonna find a pharmacy here or business center for money orders. or cigarettes. family friendly store . definitely 5 stars.
google avatar

Angie R.

Yelp
Amazing grocery store! If you have a chance to go, buy spices. Great prices, and friendly people.
google avatar

Brett B.

Yelp
If you're staying at the Inn on the Riverwalk, or any other nearby accommodation, this is your closest "grocery" store. It reminds me of Aldi's, because there's a lot of store brand items up in here. If you happen to arrive during a polar'ocalypse like we did, and aren't used to temps in the 20s or lower, you may be spending a considerable slice of your vacation hole'd up in your room. This is the place to attain snacks and drinks, so stock up, junior prepper, because no one will be able to tell you when it's safe to go outside again.
google avatar

Sameh A.

Yelp
Small grocery store with a decent amount of option. My biggest problem here is the food is not great , the fruit is not fresh and there is a limited selection, pretty big inconvenience. I bought strawberries from here and most of them were spoiled. Service is ok and quick. The grocery store prices are not bad but some prices are too high and not justifiable. This place definitely needs better fruit options and wider selection.

Yelp
HEB South Flores is always & forever my favorite grocery store to shop for groceries of all time.
google avatar

Tim C.

Yelp
We needed some stuff and gave this small HEB a try. They don't have as much "stuff" as their big brothers but what they do have is pretty good and priced right, the staff were friendly and knew where everything was. We'll visit again when we're back in the area.
google avatar

Luis C.

Yelp
Well, I have to say that one of my favorite things about coming to San Antonio is that my hotel is located directly across from this wonderful H-E-B. Always well stocked with whatever I wanna eat, very clean, great for people watching with their outside tables, and the staff is extremely helpful. I particularly love the chicken and sausage gumbo, apple Peñafiel mineral water, poke bowls, key lime greek yogurt and ricotta lemon cookies. Also, the dulce de leche ice cream. I wish they made subs, but they have a lot of great items anyway. I'll continue coming here as much as I can

Yelp
H-E-B on South Flores is the trendiest grocery store in San Antonio. Located near downtown, it has everything you need for a great shopping experience. From the gas station to Meal Simple to Sushiya sushi and South Flo pizza, H-E-B has it all. However, it is limited in that most of the products carried are from the H-E-B brand, so if you're looking for something specific with a certain brand, you may not find it here. One of the highlights of this H-E-B is its award-winning pizza department. You can dine in or get your pizza to go and enjoy delicious Italian cuisine at home. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their products, so you can always count on them to help you find what you need. The parking can get a bit tight, however, whether you're shopping for groceries or just stopping by for a slice of pizza, H-E-B on South Flores is sure to provide an enjoyable experience!

Yelp
If this was a main grocery store of yours, it would probably be 3 stars, but this is right outside of downtown San Antonio, where there are not a lot of grocery store options. We were lucky, and this place was right across the street from our La Quinta hotel (Not bad for the price) The make their own pizza, which we didn't try, but seemed to be very popular. I got the premade Caesar chicken salad in the case right when you walk in, and it was a perfect breakfast before a few days of lots of BBQ. My wife got some yogurt for her breakfast and I got some VooDoo Ranger beer for some hotel libations! Good place to pick up hotel groceries, you may want to head out farther for another H.E.B. if you have a car, as the other ones we have been to have quite a bit more selection. Great for a downtown grocery store though! Plus they have gasoline if you need that.

Lane M.

Yelp
Drove all the way over here to get a pizza only to be told they aren't taking orders at this time until around after 210pm. Thanks a lot for sharing that before we drove!
google avatar

Yelp
I was in need of some provisions and wanted something close to where I was staying while in town. Doing a quick online search, H-E-B was close and appeared to carry what I needed. I made the quick trip over (a couple blocks) and grabbed a basket. The grocery selection is much stronger than the other sections in the store. Luckily, the majority of my list was foodstuffs, but I also needed a couple things in the beauty section, since my AirBNB did not provide a hair dryer or shampoo/conditioner. Those items were limited in selection, but I found some things to get me by. Service is friendly, the store is well lit and clean with more than enough parking. While my visit was short, I could definitely see myself returning if I lived locally.

Yelp
I visited a HEB store for the first time in San Antonio, TX a while back. I was so impressed with that HEB retail location that I took a few photos so I can share with families and friends as well as on social media platforms. However, the store manager, "Sherri" approached me and informed me that customers taking photos of the store is not allowed. Since I saw plenty of photos taken by customers via Yelp and Google reviews, I was wondering what is the policy regarding that from the corporate side. I contacted HEB customer support and a Customers Relations rep named, "Miranda" got back to me but she couldn't tell me either. Fast forward to this past Friday, I stopped by the HEB retail location in Granbury and asked a staff member in the meats department if it was OK to take photos of the store and he said it was so still don't know exactly what HEB's policy is on that since both approaches were inconsistent. Anyways, the photos attached are from both visits to the San Antonio and Granbury locations.

Yelp
Markets and gas stations are sparse in this part of downtown, so this is an awesome addition to the area. Don't think of this as just a grocery store. Really. It's also a cool place to hangout and enjoy a cold beer and lunch/dinner on the patio. It's not a full size HEB, mind you, but they do stock a decent amount of groceries. They just don't have 10 different brands of each item like the full-size ones do. It's also a great place for a quick and inexpensive lunch. They have plenty of prepackaged salad options, sandwiches, and even pre-cooked entrees available at affordable prices. They have microwaves, plastic utensils, and napkins as you head out to the patio. *Happy hour from 4p to 7p - enjoy a large pizza on the patio with two draft pints for $10 (pizza is made fresh, right on site - it's not a frozen pizza). *Almost the entire back wall of this HEB is loaded up with craft beers! *There's a really long aisle that's stocked with TONS of wine choices on EACH side (see pix).

Yelp
In my opinion it's the best H-E-B in town. They have everything you need, but you just might not be able to find the Brand you want. You can save so much time by going into this H-E-B. It's small, but again they have everything you need. The pizzas are delicious and sometimes there's two dollar off coupons. They also have a great beer and wine section if you want to just run in for that. This is the only H-E-B i shop at unless I'm getting curbside I go to another one..
google avatar

Mason A.

Yelp
This is the best H-E-B around in downtown and it happens to be right next to the company's headquarters. It's the main attraction of the after-work downtown crowd and tourists staying at nearby hotels primary because of it's 4-7pm Happy Hour $10 Pizza & 2 Beers! When you enter the store you can go to a table and write your pizza order down and provide it to the pizza counter to your right. The pizza order typically take at least 20 minutes, so I usually shop around as I wait. This place has a great selection of wines, cheese, and other Central Market/Organic branded food that is not usually found at other H-E-Bs. I usually end up taking home more than just a pizza when I make a stop in here! Oh, there is also a Redbox video rental outside the store, so I sometimes come home with one of those too if I'm in movie mode. If you are driving, then there is not ample parking. However, there is a H-E-B Fuel stop here as well and typically has fair prices. Make a point to pay this H-E-B a visit, you won't want to miss it!
google avatar

Jesus C.

Yelp
Great pizza even better price. Fast friendly service. It's cool that they have outdoor seating here because most of the other H-E-B stores only offer the pick up. So if you're downtown, stop by and have a pie!
google avatar

Kevin Z.

Yelp
While staying downtown I came across this grocery store. It seemed to fit my needs. This grocery store DOES NOT have a deli to get sliced meats/cheeses. Couldn't find any RedBull either. Lastly there was little to no grab & go ready foods as found in other stores. Now with all that being said, they did have plenty of items for me to choose from to complete my grocery list. The staff was friendly and helpful. The scooters located around town are a great way to get there and putter back with your groceries on.
google avatar

Rio V.

Yelp
I LOVE THIS HEB! You have to try the pizza, the SOUTH FLO PIZZA is only $10 for a large. The spicy Hawaiian was so good. They have a happy hour special and they rotate their menu. It's downtown but the service was so quick. The store it's self has the basics plus more so it's perfect for last minute items of common necessities. Overall, 5/5!
google avatar

Myra G.

Yelp
They have everything you could want! The yogurt parfait in the produce department was delicious!
google avatar

Shannon O.

Yelp
This is the best HEB ive been in thus far. The prices are right, its super clean and cute and right at the heart of downtown SA. The beer and wine selections are always on point (like most HEBs) and its almost like a little Whole Foods...sans losing your "Whole Paycheck"...I wished they had something like this here in Austin! The pizza, oh the pizza!! 10 bucks gets you a sweet large. Its unlimited toppings , the dough is delicious as well as the cheese...you know that cheese, dough, sauce has to be the perfect trinity or its TRASH. I enjoyed all 3 (although Ill ask for extra sauce next time...I like a saucy pizza) I also noticed that during their HH the lg pizzas are only 8 bucks and you get 2 free beers!!!...next time im in SA imma stay across the street from this one...drown myself in pizza and beer heaven.
google avatar

Stacy E.

Yelp
It's an HEB with a gas station and about three times as small as the normal HEB. Their craft beer selection is impeccable and even though it's small, it's three times as cool as what they offer. First off, just know they sale amazing pizza from 4 -7 that comes with 2 free beers. Yes two free beers. This past weekend they had a festival and sold sausages and bratwursts outside for just $2 bucks. Whenever I want a good sandwich or soup, their deli serves it up to you the right way! I like the mozzarella and tomato sandwiches, like WOW. They're cheaper than your normal sandwich places in the area, and always FRESH! If you're in the mood for sushi, there's sushi right in front before you pay out and you're even able to use their self check out registers which are new. Tip: Download the HEB app, you might walk out with FREE deals!
google avatar

Dan D.

Yelp
Great mini HEB closest to my apartment. They don't have everything but they do have a huge section of prepared meals and salads at the entry for a quick get in and go. There is a large beer and wine section which comes in handy. The prices seem a little lower than other HEBs.
google avatar

Missy K.

Yelp
This is a fantastic little market when staying in Downtown San Antonio. They have a great selection of ready made salads, charcuterie plates, and meals. They even have microwaves to heat the meals up in. The pizza counter makes fresh pizza at a perfect price. The employees have been kind on each visit. The personal sized ice cream selection is quite nice too. This market made our stay much cheaper than eating at restaurants for every meal.

R M.

Yelp
I was overcharged for an item and only found out because my shopper sent me a picture of the item with a full price tag. I was refunded by the delivery service but is this an every day practice for the store?
google avatar

Elliott B.

Yelp
This was our closest HEB when we stayed in San Antonio last. What a nice store! I guess I'd never been to a "Market" HEB. It's basically small, but still packed with HEB greatness and a focus on being a neighborhood "essentials" sort of place. Great beer selection. Good go-to for essentials. Clean. Nice employees, which is pretty standard for an HEB. The pizza area is cool. We didn't partake, but I guess that's part of the neighborhood "market" vibe. Bonus! ...I actually find it funny just how many pizza pics there are for a grocery store... but beer that comes with pizza during happy hour... well that IS pretty awesome... For being a small location, it's definitely nice that they have a gas station. Unexpected, IMO. Double bonus! I'd love to have one of these in my backyard. Can't WAIT for HEB to make it to the Dallas area... (and no, I don't mean Central Market)
google avatar

Annelise M.

Yelp
Wow, just going to say wow! I love this H-E-B. It's a market, so it's a small H-E-B. But it is very nice on the inside, clean, well laid out, and it even has a pizza shop within it! The pizza parlor has a little patio outside where you can eat. I wish we had these in Houston. Come put some HEB markets there :) They also have self check out which is super nice. Not a lot of HEBS have those. All in all, this market is super cute!! Also - they have a bike rack in the front with tools on it!! So handy :)
google avatar

Arianne Victoria A.

Yelp
Cute and convenient! If you like the HEB Central Market on Broadway you will like this mini version. It's a small grocery store right next to the HEB offices downtown. They have central market products which are organic and a little bit pricier. Also right next to the store is a gas pump station! I love going here during lunch breaks. . Must try the Creme Brûlée! Or maybe grab a chicken salad, soup, or made fresh customized pizza at their little stations. Every aisle and sections are small but they offer interesting selections from wines or cheeses or dried fruit. I don't suggest doing a major grocery shopping trip here as they are limited in many things. Nice place to stop for a grab & go lunch and drink!
google avatar

Dan H.

Yelp
I don't have a lot of experiences with 'markets'. I have certainly been to plenty of 'supermarkets'. This location is located about 1/2 mile SW of the hotel I am staying in this week. Smaller selection than a large store, as you would expect. There was enough to be able to have some things in the room for the week. I think the prices are higher than what I would pay elsewhere but I have nothing to compare it to. Would you want to feed a family of 6 with food here?, probably not. It does a good job, though, for what it is.
google avatar

Timothy C.

Yelp
One last review before we ended up heading back home. This location was really top on my list. I loved the design and how everything was set up. It is nestled right in the end of the Riverwalk. It has a great location for last min needs and also if you just want a great snack or cup of coffee. I would vote to visit it for sure.
google avatar

Yadhira L.

Yelp
The South Flores HEB is a very convenient grocery store located next to HEB headquarters. The building is small and quaint but there is always plenty of parking. There is a gas station, Redbox, and outdoor lunch seating on-site. Inside, the selections are limited and the aisles are small. In fact, everything is small here from the shopping carts to the check-out counters. Basically, you go here for last-minute shopping when you forget that one item or bottle of wine for the party. There is a large selection of beer and wine as well as pastries and lunch to-go including salads and sandwiches. You can even pick up dinner for 2 in a brown paper bag. There's a small selection of sushi near the entrance. It definitely caters to the downtown working crowd that come here on their lunch break and after work.
google avatar

Paul P.

Yelp
First time visiting this place. It is ok. In big cities, the downtown groceries are open 24/7. This place closes at 9. Deli department needs work. The ready made sandwiches need to be better organized. Several people were bunched up grabbing sandwiches, seeing what is in it, putting them back, grabbing another one, reading the label. I gave up. It was an artificially created excitement that gave rise to slight tension. The outdoor eating area is cool, plenty of seating to enjoy the street bustle and inhale the fresh car exhaust.
google avatar

Anson W.

Yelp
If Safeway and Whole Foods had a baby, it might look something like H-E-B. The decor here is very hipster. You can't help but feel a little cool because this place exudes coolness. You do pay for it with pricier produce, especially organic (which there is a lot of). For the shopper with little time at home, there are prepared meals (that need to be cooked on a stove), microwavable meals, sushi and more. There's a counter selling handcrafted artisan pizza, and they have a daily happy hour from 4-7pm where you can get a pizza and 2 cups of beer for $10. There's outdoor seating under a covered area, perfect for enjoying that pizza while it's hot! The store also has a gas station outside, with gas priced about the same as most other stations in San Antonio. I'd give this place 3.5 stars, rounded up. This wouldn't be my go-to place to save money on groceries, but something about the overall ambiance here is enticing.

Yelp
Downtown residents rejoice as the "downtown HEB" is now open! Opening its doors Wed 12/2/15 this HEB has been highly anticipated and I am glad to report that it does not disappoint....except when it comes to operating hours. This location is open 7a-9p daily...why you closing so early!? This location is, shall we say, cozy? Each row is tight so it can be a little difficult to navigate at peek times, be warned but, for the most part, the selection is not lacking. It has maybe a half dozen checkout counters at most and the produce section is a tight little corner. They do offer a great selection of craft beer (major bonus points) and wine as well. This location is more the "oh crap, I forgot the _________" rather than "I need to go stock up and get everything I'll be making for Thanksgiving" so just be aware. Also if you need gas, this location has gas pumps that are accessible 24/7.

Yelp
This is my go to HEB when I just need a few thing and want to get in and out stat! I love that this store is so unique and is accessible to downtown/Southtown residents. I try to avoid going during peak times, because the parking lot is pretty small and there have been times I wasn't able to find a spot. I see lots of folks walking or riding their bikes here though, and they have a bike rack right out front. One complaint I have is the waiting system for the pizza. This store is small, and to me that is part of it's beauty and appeal. The size does not lend itself to a waiting area during the poppin' pizza and beer happy hour. Hey, I love my deals as much as anyone, but when I'm trying to navigate the tiny produce section and feel like I'm in a video game avoiding standing pedestrians everywhere, we have a problem. I hope they get a buzzer system or something similar because there is plenty of room outside for people to wait. I appreciate that they make frequent updates and changes to this location, such as adding in 3 self-check outs to avoid long lines, rearranging products to be more accessible, and bringing in more products that people want, like grab and go items. The employees are always extra friendly and the bathroom has always been clean when I have used it. If you are going in for some heavy duty shopping, this is probably not your spot, but if you want to get in and out quick, come here!

Yelp
The South Flores is very hip resembles a smaller version of Central Market. It carries your basic needs plus various gourmet-ish items. Lacks coffee shop and growler station and needs better selection of coffees. Their craft beer selection, while ok, could be more expansive. Wine selection is decent. Only has 1 bathroom but it does have a gas station. Music blasting was nowhere remotely to what's playing at your local HEB; this was more alternative which was a welcomed surprise and should make the Southtown Hipsters rejoice. This HEB is convenient if you happen to either live in Southtown OR if you happen to be getting your day drinking on in Southtown AND also need to pick up groceries on your way home.

Yelp
Love the H‑E‑B here. It reminds me of Gucci b on Broadway. It is pizza you can get and with a beer or soda for happy hour. It's I think $10. They also have coffee and lot of to go food as well as many beers and wine.

Yelp
Great location and great H-E-B. The staff for the most part is helpful. It's not the largest store, but it has what you need. Now, if you like a variety, then this isn't the store for you. The pizza is great for the price and they have a variety of their popular meals ready to go.

Yelp
It's your typical grocery store. Stopped in to grab some snacks and drinks to bring back to our Airbnb. They had everything we were looking for. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Yelp
Meh. Ordered a Supreme 16" with extra cheese. There was barely any cheese on this pizza, I've had more on a frozen. Overall taste was alright. Crust was tough, floppy and chewy. Not a crisp thin.

Yelp
Very clean with a little bit of outside seating. They also have many ready made items that you can take out and heat up quickly. They have limited fresh foods and a nice variety of beer and wine. We opted for a cheese and meat tray, some chips and soda as take out.
