I’m from GA (south) and we don’t have an H.E.B and my experience is mind blowing. Great deals, has varieties (lots) to choose from. They have excellent customer service and willing to do anything to help their customers in any way. If you haven’t tried their flavored pecans plz do so. I personally got their cinnamon and Praline! (Finger licking good) overall TX did me great and I’m coming back asap.

This HEB has a second story bar with an outdoor patio and some absolutely killer drink prices! There is bar-b-que sold downstairs, and the bar with drink specials and more on the second floor. Great place at happy hour, not busy on Monday but we enjoyed ourselves anyhow.

I wish one was closer to me. While on vacation went there with my aunt. Amazingly clean store every associate was very friendly. I was impressed with the selection and prices. Home made fresh tortillas were great. The tamales were frozen wasn’t expecting them to be great but I was sure wrong. She always talks about the curb side pick up. Being older it’s hard to walk around the store. But every time she said the people who bring out her order are super friendly and courtesy. Keep up the great job

This HEB on University Blvd in Round Rock is AWESOME. It's one of the big ones, made before the ones with BBQ places built in. Selection in many areas is so far above WM, it's actually exciting for me to browse specific areas, the coffee offerings for one. The Asian and Hispanic sections are way better than WM. I can't comment on Targét's food selections, as they include foodstuffs as an add-on to great retail. HEB has a few non-food stuffs but I go there to shop for food. I buy my dog's food there, too. I'm huge on reading labels, and the ingredients used in our choice of kibble is exceptionally better than national brands and many of the bougie brands. It's not cheap like national brands that were around in ancient times when I was a child, but it's exceptional and my girl is worth it.

Idk what to say but this place is amazing. A girl named Lynn 👏(who has to be management) helped me out. I needed tamales for dinner tonight and the ice chest by check out was empty😕. I asked if they are already out for the day?.. and of course they weren't 😳😎a fresh batch was coming out and i was able to get some really hot tamales. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️ Thank you 🙏🙏 I didn't have to cook 😅😂❤️ Happy Holidays 🌲☃️

I ordered a cake today for my little one’s birthday and Aidan was so incredibly kind and helpful! I had no idea what I wanted when I called but she helped me piece together a cake that I know is going to be adorable. Im so happy with the service I got and I cannot wait to pick up the cake and see how awesome it is:) Thanks so much, Aidan!

Love HEB curbside. However, their Turkey and cranberry salad which used to be awesome now sucks. Some other items have gone downhill. We think the reason might be HEB trying not to raise prices so high on certain items, but using most so great ingredients to cut the cost. One example is the Turkey and cranberry salad.

It’s a beautiful HEB in the area! Got to come here for picking up some thanksgiving ingredients, despite the business the products are still plenty! Love it Will be back here again for another grocery for sure!

I'm a huge HEB fan! This HEB crew is always the friendliest and willing to help! This store is always clean and stocked! I don't even care if parking is a nightmare, I'll circle the aisles till I find a spot This location has a true Texas BBQ restaurant and bar inside. My son loves the barbecue and sweet tea! The produce is always fresh and stocked and if they don't have it out just ask and they'll go in the back and check. I'm so grateful to have an HEB so close especially this one. I can tell you that I will never leave Texas because of HEB

This is the third year I placed a cake order for my daughter's birthday. It will be the last time I order a cake from HEB. The border was supposed to be ORANGE. Not Peach/Pastel Color. The picture is YELLOW Minion's and please help me understand if you are a "cake decorator" why would you think putting happy birthday Raiyna in the same color of the picture? Only reason I can think that would be okay is if you didn't want the words to been seen. If there was an issue with the way I placed the cake order. My contact information was provided why wouldn't someone call me or at least make an attempt to contact me so I would have been given the option to approve another color. Or honestly I would have understood if the "cake decorator" would have just picked the best color that went with the cake. And explain that the color had to be changed i would have understood. Disappointment.

I was very surprised to see so many mela kits. So much variety and they all looked delicious! There were a few different takes on familiar items from other locations that looked delicious- the butter lemon dill shrimp cocktail was calling my name! They did have a few issues with some of their paper coupons working and that caused for a long holdup in the checkout line but other than that I really like the products this location has to offer.

Good selection, really busy. I almost got ran over in the parking lot. Could be better.

Great prices and have everything on my list! Fresh food daily. Love the rotisserie chicken and fresh flour tortillas. Visit frequently.

In contrast with the liberty Hill store, this store actually wants customers. Check out lanes were open, products are on the shelves, I was able to find what I needed. The specific soda I was looking for was out of stock, that's not their fault if it's popular, but they did have a spot for it. It's amazing to me that two stores of the same chain can have such vastly different customer service experiences, but that's where we're at now. This one gets it right. I should note that I'm talking about the grocery experience. My prior experience with the pharmacy still stands, that's why I'm only rating four stars.

This store has the worst dairy department of any store I have been to in the area. Huge store and they can't stock products people buy. Six separate trips on different days and different weeks - no cottage cheese. Manager says they will do something - they obviously haven't. Dairy manager on duty says it is backordered and sells out when we get it. It isn't backordered anywhere else - just this one HEB. No attention to detail. The staff is very lacking

Did the drive thru and had to wait a bit for our food with no one being in front of us. The brisket had a great texture, but for my taste the sauce was way too peppery. The sandwich in my opinion was very comparable to a Bucee's. The Mac and cheese was super cheesy and also had a nice taste. I would like to try more items and get a better over all idea of the food.

This is the real deal. If you can stand an hour long wait in line, you will not be disappointed. We tried to have lunch here today and the line was almost to the door. The HEB employee tending the entrance told us it was about an hour to get through. We declined and I came back later at 6PM to find the line was half as long. It still took an hour between arrival and food to go. The moist brisket is excellent. Full of flavor and very soft. The ribs are supple, not fall off the bone but very good just the same. Turkey is also soft and full of flavor, juicy. Sausage is par for the course yet not a show stopper. Collards are perfect and not over powered with spices. The Mac N Cheese will put you in that comfort zone. The Potato Salad tastes like what you can buy in the deli, I think. The beans are perfect with a touch of smoke from the added brisket. This HEB even has armed guards at the door. With the BBQ sold here, I can see why. While I stood in line, I did notice that there is also a drive through. We will definitely be back.

Best grocery store and we wish they would expand to Las Vegas! The brisket burgers they make are hands down the best we've ever had! Great wine selection too! Produce is always fresh!

Today I went to the Pharmacy to pickup up my prescriptions. 5 Star review for Mona in the. Pharmacy she went out of her way to save me money on a prescription that's expensive. All the years i have been getting this prescription she's the first pharmacy technician to go out of her way to help me. Thank You

In a grocery store I'm looking for cleanliness, well-stocked shelves, product variety, fresh produce, and friendly, professional customer service. I have been to this new HEB on several occasions and have received all of this and more each time. Happy customer here!

When I arrived at he parking lot at HEB in Georgetown tonight @ 8:15 PM just four cars ahead waiting for groceries. Fifteen minutes later they loaded spot E781 next to me ,whom arrived at least 3 minutes after me . I decided to get off my car to find out why they loaded this customer before me. A young white woman started screaming and yelling asking me to not get into the store . I told her I wasn't trying to get into curbside area. She was very rude to me. I felt humiliated . I walked to my car and waited until they load my groceries. While I was writing this review I saw another woman with a burgundy blouse , maybe a supervisor , walking around my car and instead of coming and ask for an apology, she went back to the store like .... I don't care Every week is the same slow service at this store curbside but today it was the first time I have noticed they loaded someone before me. Any other place to shopping groceries? Drove all the way here and i rent a carpet cleaner and they had some available only to be told they're not clean so they can't rent them out. Why are they even in the floor then and why isn't there a sign saying they aren't available. I've never seen a store keep dirty carpet cleaners in stock. They should only be on display if they are available for use. Complete waste of my time.

Heb Leander reps shows radium, they treat you based on your color. They are not giving free services based on color then why the treatment is different

The food was good ,we came on a wensday around 1 pm ,one cashier and our food took to long waiting about 30 minutes for food ,next time we will.order pick up

The store is organized in the most idiotic and backwards way imaginable. They do not sell Antones tuna subs. They won't let you self checkout with 11 items, only 10. Go in this heb and try to find automatic transmission fluid. It is nowhere where you think it would be, I never even found it. I lived in San Marcos and the 2 tiny HEBs there had a better selection than this one. I'm gonna shop at Walmart (which I hate) just because I despise this location so much. Boo.

This HEB is awesome. Love shopping here and most of all the Bar with Shannon as our bartender. She is absolutely phenomenal. Love her like family. The love, respect and service we get every single time have us returning back. She is truly an asset to HEBA and I truly hope that they appreciate her!!

Same complaint as another reviewer. The curbside pickup here is a disaster. It takes forever and seems disorganized. Multiple times, people have arrived after me, and then left before I've even received my order. Waited almost 30 minutes today.

this HEB is top tier!!! the customer service in the front end is phenomenal!! Truth and Emily checked me out today and it was a joy talking to them! they were truly the sprit of HEB!!!! they were fast, efficient and helpful! i hope to never see these girls leave HEB!

Great new HEB with a True Texas BBQ inside! So much fun to go to a brand new store! Wonderful experience & great location with ample parking. Friendly associates.

This is a spectacular new store in the Wolf Lakes Village shopping center that just opened in June 2023 to replace the 35+ year old location on the other side of I-35. Spacious, new, clean... all the things you expect in a brand new HEB! The True Texas Barbecue has a lot of seating, and the food was delicious as usual. A long wait in a long line, though. There is beer available downstairs, and a FULL BAR upstairs. The bathrooms were nice too. Lots of personal space. Hand dryers and paper towel options, and the ability to open the door on the way out with your foot. I figure parking is more than adequate, because we found a few vacant spots right away, especially when you consider that this is a Saturday late morning on the first weekend of its opening! It also has a Texas Backyard garden center.

just another HEB with way, too many customers and not enough staff. very disappointing that the barbecue part does not have those tomahawk pork chops anymore. also, I noticed that all the "craft beers" seem to come out of Austin and they have different brewery names on them, but the cans are all the same and the labels all look the same what's up with that?

I did curbside at the now closed HEB at the corner of University and IH35 North in Georgetown for at least a year with no issues. I've only done 2 curbside orders at this new location in Wolfs Ranch in Georgetown. The 1st time (on Saturday 6/17) I sat here for quite a while and saw people who arrived after me getting their orders. Today, as I'm waiting for them to bring out my order they text me to tell me the otder was picked up! They gave my order to someone else! They need to get their shit together!

I was looking forward to the new H‑E‑B, but I feel like their selection is lacking for the size of the store. I've also noticed that prices have outpaced inflation. I found the exact same ice cream cake at ALDIs for $7 less than H‑E‑B. I see this a lot now with H‑E‑B products. They've built up a great reputation and now it seems that they're using that reputation to hike up prices as much as possible. Even basic items like frozen peas have gone up almost 50% in less than a year. After decades of being an H‑E‑B shopper, I am sad to say that it is no longer my go to grocery store.

For me the brand new glitzy shiney HEB has fallen short. The produce section is disappointing, the overall product selection is lacking, the store is ill arranged, and they're as understocked as the old HEB. I was looking for Kraft coleslaw dressing. Pretty common item, right? There wasn't even a slot for it even though they had a huge amount of exotic dressings I'd never heard of. What?? I could go on and on but what's the point? We prefer the HEB in Taylor, better stocked and much easier to navigate.

HEB heavy cream contains whole milk & sugar! Great way to stretch their profit margin & cheat their customer. That's why it doesn't whip like pure cream does; takes longer to whip & tastes different. YUCK!!
