What I like: 1. They have unique items, like fried fish skins 2. They have a tiny food court and mini bakery 3. They have a good kimchi selection 4. Lots of Asian veggies selection 5. Clean and organized 6. it doesn’t smell like some Asian markets do 7. Huge snack selection 8. Fresh seafood and meats But: 1. It’s freaking freezing. Bring a sweater. 2. It’s pricey. Watermelon shouldn’t be $10 3. You won’t find Korean creams and such if that’s what you’re looking for

I recently visited HMart at 1710 Oakland Rd, San Jose. The store itself is great with a wide variety of products and friendly staff. However, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the security guards. The shorter guy was a bit rude and seemed to be watching me a little too closely. Aside from that, the overall shopping experience was good, and I'll definitely return for their great selection of food!

My first time at this shop. It was amazing. I love baked sweet potato but there was nothing in the oven. I will go back to get it.

Wonderful! Very clean. Very organized. We only have a ranch 99 in my town and they're unclean. We were so happy to see this place and stuff from here. I found the exact tea I wanted and got a few extras. The staff was also very nice at check out.

As an Asian who regularly visits Asian supermarkets, I can confidently say H Mart is among the top choices! While the overall shopping experience is similar to others, what truly sets H Mart apart is the quality. I’ve bought fruits and produce from Whole Foods, Costco, and various local Asian markets, but H Mart consistently delivers the best quality. There have been occasional misses, but much less frequently compared to other stores. Their produce is fresh, and the selection of Asian groceries is excellent. That said, there are a couple of downsides. First, prices at H Mart are typically higher than those at other Asian grocery stores—so if you’re on a tight budget, it may not always be the most economical choice. Second, like many popular places, parking can be a headache during busy hours, so timing your visit makes a big difference. Still, if quality is your priority, H Mart is well worth it!

Google
H Mart continues to impress with its recent updates, making shopping there even more enjoyable. I noticed they've transitioned many of their open refrigerators to closed-door models, which feels much more modern and helps keep everything fresh. It’s a smart upgrade that makes a big difference, especially in the meats and seafood sections. During our latest visit, we caught a great sale on Chinese eggplants — they looked fresh, and the price was unbeatable. We also picked up a mixed sashimi set, which was beautifully prepared and very fresh. The selection of side dishes was, as always, impressive. It’s easy to put together a delicious meal with just a few quick grabs from their well-stocked aisles. One downside was the Swiss Match Roll we picked up for dessert. Unfortunately, it wasn't very fresh, and by the time we realized it, the return window had already passed. It was disappointing to have to throw it out, but it was a minor blemish on an otherwise great shopping trip. Overall, H Mart remains a top spot for Asian groceries, fresh seafood, and specialty items you can’t easily find elsewhere. The store upgrades show they are serious about improving customer experience, and the quality of most of their fresh items continues to be excellent. Just be sure to double-check the expiration dates if you’re picking up dessert items. Looking forward to visiting again and seeing even more improvements!

Google
Hmart on Oakland Road is one of the go-to spots for Korean groceries, carrying a wide range of fresh produce, marinated meats, seafood, and imported snacks. The store is neatly organized, making shopping straightforward and hassle-free. One of the biggest highlights is the selection of pre-marinated meats, which are perfect for Korean BBQ at home. The produce is fresh, and the assortment of traditional Korean ingredients makes it easy to find everything in one stop. The food court is also a great addition, offering quick, authentic Korean meals at reasonable prices. The prices are competitive, and while some items might be slightly more expensive than other Asian markets, the quality and freshness make up for it. The store can get crowded on weekends, so visiting during off-peak hours is ideal for a smoother experience.

Google
I have been to several different H Marts on both the East Coast and here in California. This H Mart location is better than the other one in San Jose for sure, and overall pretty good in terms of cleanliness, freshness, and selection. In comparison to other H Marts, there isn't a big variety of prepared food, but this was the only spot that had fresh roasted sweet potatoes! When I am in San Jose, I will definitely shop here.

Yelp
I enjoyed shopping at this H mart . This location is slightly larger than the one in Cupertino and more merchandise. Their meat sections are pre cut and pre packaged. Everything is so organized and easy to find . I wanted to give a praise to the guy in the live seafood section. We bought a fresh giant squid. . After weighing it , he washed it and then cut it open , cut off the ink and the junk parts . Then wash again and packed in two layers clean bag to give it to me . Wonderful service ! I also got grilled purple yam from their automatic grill machine . $4.99 one pound . It was so convenient and the yam was good quality . So many different sections of H mart : noodle , frozen food, sushi , etc . I love them all !

Yelp
Hmart oh Hmart, never leave your store without spending at least $100. Hmart got everything you need and everything you don't need but buy it anyway. Went to Hmart with list of things to buy but ended up buying nothing on the list and feasted on seafood dinner. Our spreads got Toro sashimi platter, snow crab legs, king crab legs, and lobster. Of course a little (or a lot) of soju was involved. Bright and clean store with freezing ac blasting Not too big but also not too tiny of a store Employees are super nice and attentive Got a tiny food court with dining area And most importantly clean restrooms

Yelp
This place is right by my house and never even knew it existed. What a shame. It's a Korean market with a ton of cool product. If you like seafood, this place is going to have some crazy options. They even have cuttle fish which I'm always on the look out for. Lots of great treats here as well. Pricing is a little high, but that seems to be reality for everything. Still lot of great options and soju drinks as well.

Yelp
go to asian supermarket in the milpitas, east san jose area. i love the fresh produce for hot pot ingredients, sashimi, kbbq meats + seafood, plethora of asian chips, candies, cookies, asian sweet potatoes, mangoes here! the food court has variety of hot plates/bentos, the korean corn dog stand is okay, and tous les jours is my fav asian bakery! staff always efficient but nothing out of the ordinary.

Yelp
Things haven't changed much. They carry a red beam from Japan we're unable to find elsewhere. We find the store okay.

Yelp
Decent Asian market. We usually go to a 99 Ranch, so that's my baseline. This place is pretty clean, neat and plays western music (I like to get my groove on while shopping , that's not weird, right? : ) ) Big pluses to me are: 1) they have a kiosk for roasted sweet potatoes. If you've never had one, do it. Life changing. 2) had a Koran street food stall in front left of store - didn't try. 3) has a tous de jours bakery in front right of store. Asian style cakes are Much less sweet than American ones. 4) generally Korean food stuffs, but can find Chinese Vietnamese Japanese stuff here too. 5) has a large multi door refrigerator JUST for kimchi. See photo. 6) large selection of meats, even various pre-marinated. Overall pretty tight quarters in parking lot and inside. Prices were ok, not cheap or pricey. As this place is much further away than Ranch or a few other Asian markets, for that reason may not be back.

Yelp
Ample parking located in a convenient location. Every day it closes at 10. P.M., and there are half off foods after seven P.M. Our personal favorites are the bimbimbap, fish cake, rice cake, japchae, sweet potato pancakes, fried dumplings and fried rice. Their seafood section is also very broad with lots of seafood being sold fresh daily. The sushi selection is extensive, although the rice is not very good. Prices are a bit high, but they provide a layer of fun with different products. I also buy turtle chips and honey butter, chips, here, although the honey butter chips have a cancer warning on them. The workers are always very sweet, even if you come in near closing. The Tours Les Jours is extensive with very cute cakes. Inside is always clean and the food court is cute.

Yelp
My go to Korean grocery store! They pretty much have everything, starting with the basic Korean ramyun, snacks, drinks and veggies, meat produce for your Korean food ingredients however I would make sure to double check on the expiration dates and the conditions of the veggies/fruits as they are all stacked together however are fresh. It gets pretty busy on the weekends(of course) or on some evenings. I usually bring my own grocery bags however there are baggers/cashier's who bag your groceries if you do purchase bags from them. I also love getting their steamed Oksusu(corn) in the prepared food section!

Yelp
I love coming here to shop for groceries as Hmart sells a lot of fresh produce, meat, seafood items and other interesting Asian drinks and snacks. As you enter into the store, you'll see that the store itself is clean & spacious and is filled with great items and even a restaurant serving hot meals. Hmart has a good amount of cashiers mending the registers so the line is never super long allowing for the store to have customers in and out. I've have yet to encounter a rude employee, everyone has always been kind and helpful.

Yelp
I dropped by this H-Mart because I wanted some milk tea nearby and needed some groceries. Very clean and great selection of items. The fruit section (what I mainly went in for) was great and had a few different brands of what I was looking for - pears and oranges. The apples also looked good, so I grabbed a few of those as well. Overall, all the fruit I got was sweet and delicious. I also picked up some household stables - all very easily found around the store. I was tempted to pick up some roasted sweet potatoes, but alas - someone else grabbed the last two bags as I was walking towards it. I checked out the hot food section, but didn't pick anything up as I was still lamenting over the roasted potatoes. Overall, this location is clean and stocked. It's a little far to drive for me and the parking situation could be a bit better - but it's not too bad. I would probably drive out here again whenever I want milk tea and groceries.

Yelp
Review #864 Posted on 3.2.25 We stopped by H Mart San Jose, Oakland road yesterday, Saturday the 1st on the way back home, after a trip to Morgan Hill. This place has a ton to offer. They've got a deli, with tons of pre packed kimchi's, seafoods, meats (seasoned & not), a normal grocery store sized produce section. They've got countless snack selections, sweets, spices, this place has insane selections of Korean items, & other items. They've also got a bakery, & hot food area too. My only knock is having to pay separately at the bakery & hot food counter. Wish I could just pay for everything together when you checked out. They're opening a spot in Dublin, can't wait for that.

Yelp
Made a quick stop here after gallivanting around the SJ area, to pick up groceries before we headed back to the North Bay. This is probably my favorite H Mart. We usually go to the one in the city, which has the better food court IMO. But this one has a bigger produce section which I highly appreciate. We came for all of our usuals: sliced brisket, hot pot veggies (*I want all the mushrooms*), instant noods for lazy days, frozen dumplings, and mochi ice cream. They had everything we needed, and we spent under $100, which is always a plus!! We've never had a bad experience at checkout. The employees are generally very polite and helpful, and usually remind us to pull out our app when we're paying. The store was clean, organized, and just a pleasant place to shop for groceries! Can't wait for my next trip here!

Yelp
I really like coming here!!! It's a pretty good location with plenty of parking. I like coming here after 7:00pm because they have their ready made food items buy 1 get 1 free. They always have a lot of gimbap left over and an assortment of other items. The employees are friendly and it's a good place to shop for groceries. Definitely will be coming back here in the future!

Yelp
I seldom shop at H Mart some of the items are bit overpriced compared to the ones at Megamart and Hankook. So I came by on a Sunday morning best time otherwise any later than that will be pack with shoppers and parking can be a real hassle as expected in this congested strip mall. They do have some savings on snacks and other merchandise other than that nothing really stands out. Something new was added Korean sweet potato a popular Korean street food refer to as goguma comes in a bag freshly baked I can smell aroma pack with fiber and very nutritious. Fresh produce and fruits is my choice along with fish cakes, ramen and udon majority are either Korean or Japanese imports. Don't care much for seafood and very little to offer at the food court not as abundant as the ones at Megamart and Hankook where they have discount on gimbaps, japchae, ttekobokki and bibimbap along various banchan. Pastries are a bit more pricier and very limited in stock. Would come by very now and then if I'm in the neighborhood.

Yelp
I went to HMart here and had a mostly good experience. The store has a lot of great products, especially for Korean groceries, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, one of the security guards, the shorter guy, was a little rude and made me feel uncomfortable. He was watching me too much, and it wasn't very pleasant. Despite that, I like shopping here because they have a wide selection of items I can't find elsewhere. I would still recommend this store, but I hope the security staff can be more respectful.

Yelp
My review is strictly based on my experience with their Bone Marrow! I know, very specific. I come here frequently for everything. Service is hit or miss with associates. I mistakenly bought beef bone marrow thinking I would make some beef bone broth soup. The bones that I bought were in the frozen section. After researching recipes for bone marrow- I decided to outdoor roast the bones. Whoa!! Roasted and smoked beef bone marrow is so good, and good for you! Save the tallow. Natural peptides and collagen.
google avatar

Yelp
Big store and great Asian food selection...Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai...you get it. Great produce section. Their Korean meat selection for family BBQ is impressive.
google avatar

Josie D.

Yelp
This is one of my go to grocery stores in the area. My only complaint is that whenever Im rung up, cashiers do not bag items for you no matter how many items you purchase. Sometimes theyll have a second employee standing there as well doing nothing but chit chatting while the customer bags all their groceries and still needing to pay. I would understand if they were busy doing something but I come here once a week and nobody has helped me bag my groceries. They just stare waiting for me to finish or talk amongst themselves. Its very awkward and frustrating coming from someone who has worked in hospitality before.
google avatar

Yelp
I love a big Asian market! I love coming here I always end up walking with soooo much Stuff lol. This place has everything you can think of and more. It's always busy. Everything is always organized. I also love that next door they have Korean hot dogs! Always walk out with one as well. Ambiance is always nice busy and service is good if you ask for help they'll let you know where to go I can spend about 2 hours in here
google avatar

Yelp
H Mart! Make sure to wear a sweater if you come here because it's always cold inside, lol. But seriously, I love coming to H Mart for all my asian goodies. They have everything from hot pot meats, vegetables, drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic), noodles, rice, seaweed, sauces, snacks, and lots and lots of goodies! I come here weekly for my groceries and sometimes come just for snacks. There's just so many awesome items, and there's usually a good sale happening each week :) Btw make sure to sign up for a H Mart membership card, especially if you come frequently like me, haha! Also, they have prepackaged food like kimbap, kimchi rice, dumplings, bimbimbap, and other boxed goods in the back corner. If you come after 7 pm, it's BOGO and makes a great dinner or save for lunch the next day. Parking lot is big but can be a little chaotic during prime time, so just be careful. Definitely come to H Mart for tasty Asian snacks, or just come to buy all your groceries!
google avatar

Ashley C.

Yelp
This was my second H-Mart I've been to in the Bay Area and I preferred this one. It seemed cleaner and newer, but also less hectic especially in the food court area. The selection of banchan, meat, snacks and drinks is still so impressive! They have a couple of hot food places and we chose the ready made omelette rice. When you are paying you can ask them to warm it up for you if you're eating it right away. We also grabbed some beef kimbap and salmon sashimi from inside the store and ate everything there in the food court. Great option if you need something quick to eat, but don't want fast food!

R T.

Yelp
Good shop with a wide selection of Korean products. Well played out and interior design is great.
google avatar

Yelp
I love this place! The baked potatoes are one of the many reasons I go to Hmart. The guy who manages it is very nice as well. They have a little food court in the corner that serves amazing Korean corn dogs.
google avatar

Dong Wook C.

Yelp
Not the cheapest Asian grocery store in the area but it has a lot of the Korean ingredients I'm looking for, a wide array of noodles, and a good selection of vegetables. They also have fresh sashimi and ready to cook pre-marinated bulgogi and galbi. They have a great selection of fresh meat as well. The store is clean and bright. Aisles are spacious enough. Most of all, it doesn't smell like most Asian grocery stores when you first walk in. Staff are busy but helpful.
google avatar

Tracy H.

Yelp
A little pricey but has everything you need.... Hot food (sweet potatoes, Korean corn dogs), Korean side dishes & marinated meat platters, Tous Le Jours bakery, even fresh sushi! As someone who loves shopping for groceries, this is heaven.
google avatar

Ed L.

Yelp
This is the first time I visited the H mart at this location, and it seems a bit smaller. Still, the store still has an amazing display of all kinds of Asian groceries and produce. Being a culinary enthusiast I love browsing through the various kinds of ingredients and seasonings and this is usually what you see at H Mart. Try the marinated Korean BBQ meats, kimchi, and various snacks and drinks and discover a new world of flavors!
google avatar

Mitzy M.

Yelp
I wandered in here while waiting for a to-go order next door, and holy moly was I pleasantly surprised! I wandered down the aisles grabbing more and more things. Chips, seaweed snacks, mochi, the possibilities were endless! I had been to southeast Asia 5 years ago and the memories flooded back of the treats I purchased there. I left with only what I could carry (don't worry, I paid for it first!) and will definitely return with bags to purchase more!

Yelp
My Favorite Asian Supermarket! Hmart is my go-to store for all my Asian grocery needs! They carry an amazing selection of items that I can't find at other Asian supermarkets, from unique ingredients to specialty snacks and household goods. Whether it's fresh produce, high-quality meats, or hard-to-find sauces and spices, they always have what I'm looking for. The pricing is fantastic, and the quality of their products is consistently excellent. Another bonus is how quick and easy it is to shop here--lines are short, and the store is well-organized, making the entire experience stress-free. If you're looking for variety, great prices, and a hassle-free shopping trip, Hmart is the place to go. Highly recommend checking it out!

Yelp
H Mart is an oriental supermarket located in San Jose,Ca near my areas of Oakland rd. This location is easy to find locate with driving on near by roadways. This location I did not self research or locate but, had been told about this grocery store. Amazing but this store has plenty of really fresh produce something's better than the ordinary American grocery stores. I had never come shopping here just myself. I had priorly only came shopping here with other entitled relatives to me that shop here. This store has ice cream other self pick choice of buffet entires in food court section. Bakery section is popular as well. Any in store associate customer service interactions if any to me had been communicative in via English only. I have not came back shopping at this store since 2019, but been in the plaza areas nearby at local stores. I am direct in my communications at all times. Have not made any recommendations to anyone persons. -Christina (6/12/2025)

Yelp
Excellent Asian options you won't find in many locations. Also excellent meat quality and produce!

Yelp
Love this place! I always get excited when I come. Their meatscan't wait for the Dublin location to open.

Yelp
I like coming here for all things needed. You can pretty much find anything and everything. Few points taken off is for the Korean spinach. This is the only place I've found to be decent. Just not decent enough because consistently I've found a lot of bad bits in the bags. By the time I get home and wash it, I'm not left with much and it's definitely not worth it for the amount I paid for. Things are always well stocked for the most part but because there's just so much you can easily notice how some products don't move too often based on the dust that's hanging onto the caps. Large selection which can be overwhelming if you don't know what you're looking for. I almost always hate coming here at the same time because of the parking. It's pretty tight and a lot of times it gets pretty chaotic with people trying to steal your parking.
google avatar

Taylor C.

Yelp
There's a cashier who keeps yelling at the customers. It's jarring. Management should look into this. I will not given any description of this person but it's not hard to figure it out if the manager just goes to spend a few minutes at the checkout.
google avatar

Thu H.

Yelp
I used to go here often for their ready packed side dishes, they were really good. Not sure if they changed the prepping staff or the recipe but the sides no longer taste the same, more on the bland side. Or it could be my luck that day. Will not buy them again.
google avatar

Yelp
Very well organized. You can find all your Korean/asian needs and wants. It's always fun exploring the aisles because i find something new every time. Very fresh food.

Yelp
First time here! We looked up Korean market after attending the Lunar festival in San Jose. The store is in a shopping center with other retailers and restaurants. Parking lot was pretty packed when we arrive. The store is very clean and neat inside. Market has everything you need from produce, frozen food, prepared food to go, Korean side dishes, meat section, and small home appliances and gadgets. My daughter loved all the snack options - snack aisles and all round the store racks. She was in heaven! There were tons of registers opened and they moved quickly. Great place for all your Korean products and food needs. We loved our experience here! We will visit again when we are in the area!
google avatar

San R.

Yelp
Their fruits and vegetable products are fresh and always on stock. They have baked sweet potatos ready for purchase.
google avatar

Lloyd C.

Yelp
I am happy this H Mart is so close to where I live. Great place to get your Asian groceries. They have a marinated meat area, butcher area, and seafood area, along with a sashimi case. Also, there is a tiny food court area. Obviously, some things are definitely more pricier than other grocery stores. But at least, this H Mart has a good variety of items.

Alex L.

Yelp
Grocery shopping before noon, not much traffic today, most weekly advertising items veggies are not available, it happens a lot lately. Hot deli - 2 pre packaged lunch bowl / box, price seems reasonable & food looks appealing
google avatar

Yelp
I found pieces of cut rubber bands in the frozen lamb slices, which may have already been ingested before noticing. These bits were concealed within the curled slices of lamb.

Yelp
Quick Review: Walking in Hmart is always just fun. Tagged along with my housemate who came here to buy some groceries for her Korean cooking, but I ended up picking up a couple of things + very good food!!

Yelp
I usually love H Mart, that's why I drive all the way from Hayward to do my shopping there! This was my first time at this particular location and what an awful experience. I purchased two bags of this jerky. i love this brand, and I was excited to try this product as I've seen it on their IG. I got home & noticed mold on the jerky. I checked the expiration date, the jerky expired in AUGUST. I purchased this yesterday, November 18th. That is nearing three months expired. That is absolutely ridiculous. Driving so far to return the product is just not happening. This kind of thing shouldn't even happen in the first place. I get a month or even two expired, I used to work in grocery so I understand it can be a bit hectic. But this is just beyond any excuse.

Yelp
this H Mart opened where SF Supermarket once was. infrastructure same. re-installed aisles taller & longer. ramen/noodles took up to 2 sides length wise. not unusual for 50 choices for one popular item. H Mart may have 100 stores nationwide by the end of this year. "Crying in H Mart" by Michelle Zauner is a memoir about the loss of author's mother. shopping here reminded her of the good times with her. almost everything associated with Korean cooking is sold here. buys: fish cake Banchan (9.99/lb.) -abnormally large pieces. tasted different than others. an ingredient (sugar, soy sauce, onion, carrot, fish) may be responsible. -large selection of Banchan (side dishes) Kimchi (24.50, 14.50) -commercial brands, didn't see any house brands -less sodium versions available. -only one production date available. no 1 week, 1 month, 3 months choices. Naengmyeon (Korean-style cold noodle, 6ish for 2 servings) -ready to eat version tastes similar to version in Korean eatery.. 4 stars due to small parking lot, only 2 vendors in food court +Tours Les Jours take outs: -store has "no photos allowed" signs thruout the store. so not posting any.. -wouldn't come on weekends. very small parking lot. -associates friendly, not bothered by customers asking questions...

Yelp
I come over to this place for 4 years, San Jose H-Mart. I always have good felling before! Today I had a very bad experience that when I pay my sushi ( just one item) in the counter, such I need my membership card be scanned, however the cashier just knock the table let us send our card to the fixed scanner and scan by myself, i don't understand what's that mean, and he knocked the twice! I didn't say anything to escape public argument, but I was feel offended badly! The cashier in the counter 2, a Latino male with a hat, 8PM 6/23/2024! I hope the manager could evaluate this employee's working attitude and consider about whether he is suitable for this job! Lastly I hope this situation won't happen next time!

Yelp
I never rated or given review to HMart, Korean grocery store. It's the higher standard for freshness, variety, and cleanliness. Prices aren't cheap compared to other smaller Korean grocery stores or Mega Mart (my favorite). Very well organized business chain. Staffs at this location are professional and excellent, especially across the aisles and restocking of inventories. It's more like the 99 Ranch of Chinese grocery stores. Having a good food court with public restrooms in back are always a bonus. Sharing some of the Korean foods that I made at home using what I normally buy. I am a huge fan of Korean recipes and cooking. HMart provides wide range of Korean rice noodles and ramen noodles too. Best seafood selections can be found at this location. I am impressed with their dried squid and dried fish inventory. Huge frozen foods area with lots of big refrigerators. Clean. You can easily find porridge, rice/grains, kitchen utensils/supplies, laundry/bathroom items, fresh fruits/veggies, marinades/sauces, etc. They do sell some Chinese cooking ingredients too. Banchan varieties and ready made meals at deli are usually favorites, but they don't make the banchans that I want, such as special ones found at Hankook Supermarket. Kimchis are expensive and so are the ready made soup bases. I usually buy soup bases for $3.99-$5.99 each, so anything over $7.99+ or over $9.99+ exceeds my expectations. Overall, it is still a desirable grocery store big enough to browse around. Cashiers are good. Expect to spend $75-$200 on groceries here if you're really buying for 1-2 people per week. They have pretty much everything you need to cook a great and fulfilling Korean meal for sure. Convenient and authentic ingredients. I enjoy making my own soups and stews, so HMart is one of the options. Mega Mart and tiny Korean grocery stores are more affordable. Quick note: parking lot is usually flooded with traffic during peak hours.

Yelp
I have noticed that the parking lot is frequently full, which is understandable given that it is shared by many businesses including H Mart. However, I have always been able to find a parking spot albeit further away from the store, which is not a problem for me. Also, I did not find any EV chargers in the parking lot, in case anyone was wondering. The first time I visited here, I tried one of the restaurants in H Mart that sells Korean corndogs, which I wasn't a fan of. This is mainly because the corndog was half full of cheese with a vienna sausage in it which I didn't feel was worth it for the price. I don't usually spend much time at grocery stores, but I can spend hours in H Mart admiring the wide range of snacks, kitchen items, seafood, and more that they offer. The store usually has music playing which is probably what also keeps me there longer but I'm not complaining haha. Since everything opening up again after Covid, the foot traffic in the store has reduced considerably. However, it still remains busy. Nevertheless, I'm glad that I have never had to wait in a long queue to check out. The staff and security personnel are always pleasant and helpful.

Yelp
Great selection and everything was well stocked, but after spending 30 minutes carefully picking out some goodies to try on my first visit, I got to the register only to be told they were only accepting cash. It was frustrating and disappointing to have my first experience end that way.
