H10 Catalunya Plaça Boutique Hotel

We had a short stay at the end of June which started off a bit shaky but ended up being great. When we arrived at the hotel after a super easy Aerobus transfer from BCN, we were informed that the loft suite we had booked had an issue and couldn't be used. We were initially disappointed (as you might expect) but the actions of the hotel staff set the bar high for how a hotel should deal with this sort of issue. We got two regular rooms which were small (to be expected given the location) facing the plaza and given complimentary breakfast for the next morning. On top of that, we returned to our rooms after being out walking for a while and found that staff had put a complimentary bottle of Cava and a platter of sweet treats in each room. These are small gestures but they go a long way, so kudos to the staff!||The rooms were small but comfortable and clean with slippers and bathrobes provided. The beds were comfortable and the AC was effective. I was initially worried about noise from the plaza but we didn't find there was very much noise from the street at all and I am a very light sleeper, easily disturbed. We also didn't find there to be much noise within the hotel itself. Breakfast was fabulous. The location of this hotel cannot be beat: It's right in the thick of central Barcelona, close to La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter and surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Overall, despite our initial disappointment with not being able to avail of the suite, we had a very pleasant stay and would not hesitate to book here again. Once again, the staff at the H10 Catalunya Plaza were excellent, definitely fabulous ambassadors for the H10 brand.

The hotel was exactly what I had pictured. A very quaint boutique hotel. We were greeted by very friendly staff who welcomed us. We got our room within 15 minutes. We arrived in the morning that was a really nice surprise. The room had a little balcony with wrought iron. Picture perfect. In the evening we were offered champagne and a nut mixture, a nice touch. The location was perfect. Subway and buses plus a shuttle to the airport close by!

This boutique hotel is perfect for a short stay. Location is walking distance to many highlights and dining options. Convenient to Metro and bus as well. The hotel is super clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat or drink at the hotel. There is a nice garden terrace to have a drink and snack. Would recommend and stay here again.

Absolutely loved the hotel perfect location and atmosphere!|We stayed for one night before an early flight, and everything was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond: they arranged early check-in, helped with luggage, and made us feel welcome. A special shout-out to Carla at reception for her professionalism, warmth, and eagerness to assist. The room was lovely, and the restaurant exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at the H10 Catalunya Plaza Hotel while attending a conference in Barcelona. It is ideally situated (beside the Metro) and easy to get to and travel from. The hotel is really lovely and full of character. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. A great selection for breakfast. The staff are fabulous- so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a beautifully restored old hotel, in a great central location of the city. Everything is on your doorstep, restaurants, bars, shops. Some tourist sites are only a taxi ride or a long walk away. Rooms are exceptionally clean and well cared for. Bedrooms are on the compact size, however, it is a 19th century building. All of the staff are very friendly and attentive, especially the reception staff, who make you feel very welcome.

Fab stay at H10 Catalunya Plaza. We had a family suite / loft which had 3 bedrooms & lots of space for family of 5. Lovely old-word glamour decor & nice touches like Rituals in bathrooms, Nespresso machine & choccies with the turn down service in the evening. I’d highly recommend. And if travelling with a family, room 300 is a must! Perfect central location.

Very nice stay in the loft/apartment they have located in the second floor (cosy with big rooms and big space as well as comfortable beds and very clean and quiet). Nice hospitality and welcome cake and drinks. They have loft availability for 3 rooms and 2 rooms. The stand alone triple room is very small and no view. The size of superior room is ok but no view. Good service. Nice and friendly reception staff. Excellent location on Catalunya square and few steps to the metro so you can go everywhere. Expensive prices somehow but maybe because of the season. I recommend.

hotels reservations near the ramblas in BArcelona. I personally do not think that is is where you want to stay when you go to Barcelona, but you can always take a look at hotels near the ramblas. the best part of Barcelona, I think is by the paseo de gracia.
