Well colour me surprised to find this wonderful gem in Barcelona. It came as a recommendation and I was delighted. We walked in to be greeted by Marcella who was just superb. My room was lovely, spotless, bed soooo comfy, bathroom excellent and with all amenities needed. Roof top bar was great, good cocktails and lovely Tapas. The view is amazing. I returned 10 days later and was greeted by Josef, who also couldn’t do enough for me. My experience was just as great as before, well done H10 Cubic, I will be recommending your beaut hotel to anyone coming to beautiful Barcelona. Thank you and your lovely staff

The hotel was central to lots of activities with the close proximity to many tourist attractions. The team (shout out to Anas, Fati and Josep) at the hotel was extremely helpful and provided great ideas for those attractions and food spots. The room we had was spacious and clean. We recommend taking the breakfast package to top it off the dinning staff was amazing. Overall, great hotel at a reasonable price point. We would stay there again, if and when we return to Barcelona.

The room was great. Location of Hotel is Awesome, everything is walking distance. What made the Hotel extra special was Andrea, Joseph and Ana, great hospitality, always ready to answer whatever questions we had, great attitude

Andrea, Josep, and Anas are an amazing team who made my stay at this hotel a great experience! My luggage was unfortunately lost in transit and Andrea took her personal time to call repeatedly on my behalf to ask for updates. This was especially helpful due to the language barrier so I really appreciate her warmth and thoughtfulness! Within a few hours of her calling, my luggage arrived! Thank you so much team. One thing I wish was better was the Wi-Fi connection - it was spotty and did not work smoothly all the time.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 5, 3 teenage children. We had a corner suite for 3, which was spacious and stylish with views , and an atrium-facing double .The whole hotel resmbles an art gallery, whilst eating our breakfast we could have been in an Elle Decoration shoot . The food selection itself was fantastic and very well presented. We appreciated the small rooftop pool & bar with Barcelona views. It is walkable to Las Ramblas and El Born for Picasso & other art museums ( Moto and Illusion museum were great ), and is well connected by metro for other sights . I researched many Barcelona hotel and was very glad I picked this one.

Great location and helpful staff. We were traveling with our six month old and they allowed us an early check in so he could have his lunch nap in the room which was so appreciated and he was given a cute sunshine flower toy. Great little roof top swimming pool - only 0.65m in height but perfect for a quick cool off. Anas on reception was especially helpful.

Google
Leaving a detailed review so people in our position have realistic expectations. First time my partner and I stayed in an expensive hotel (for us), and although we had a great holiday, parts of the experience didn't live up to our expectations based on how much money we spent. Start with the good points: The room was lovely, great views and good size. When the room was cleaned (we didn't get it done everyday, as not necessary), we got more water, coffee etc. It was my birthday whilst there and the bought us lovely room service ❤️ Sitting on the roof on a sunny day was fantastic! Delicious cocktails Bad points: Staff were odd sometimes.. made you feel unwelcome, not very friendly. We got huffed at simply for being there (roof bar)! Saw it happen to other guests, too. I suspect they are over worked but it wasn't a nice atmosphere. One of the staff doing breakfast said the right things, but there was a sarcasm under it all and weird fake smiling when thought no one was looking. But again, we were there 8 nights and they were working everyday. For a 4 star, I would have expected the reception staff to ask how our stay was when checking out, but nothing. Maybe my expectations are too high but I don't think so. We got used to it by the end but on our first night, it made us sad as we'd spend £350 a night,I was expecting to be smiled at, not tutted and huffed at.. Also, I think the upstairs bar should have a way of ordering online via QR code or something, as the staff were very busy and it was hard to get served. The bar area is small and if you go up to it, you are in the way but waiting in seats means you won't get served at all. I think it could make life easier for staff and customers. Don't go expecting a pool.. it is an adult paddling pool. We enjoyed it but it is over sold on the website. After looking, there are other hotels near by that we would try instead next time. Same price but 5 star, instead. I'm not saying 'don't stay here'. We did have a nice time, but it unfortunately doesn't feel like 4 star service for me

Google
We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. Clean, beautiful decorated, really good located. Our room was spacious, bright with all needed equipment. The breakfast was really really good. The staff is exceptional! Wonderful, kind, professional. At the reception, room keeping, breakfast restaurant, rooftop. Very helpful, patient, always ready to answer all question. I recommend this place 100%!

Yelp
I was comfortable here. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We walked everywhere because it was in the middle of all the places I visited. The room was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the lay out of the room made sense. Cleanliness of the room, I don't have any complaints. The employees were welcoming and kind.

Yelp
Incredibly misleading photos of the pool. It is not even two foot deep, so you can just splash around in it at best and definitely cannot swim in it. The rooftop was nice, but it was a bit cramped so you have to go outside if you want to get some space. It's wild this place can even say they have a pool with what is effectively a child's pond on the roof. Staff was friendly and room was nice and clean, it just feels like a tourist trap.

Yelp
We stayed here before we went on our Mediterranean cruise. The staff were outstanding! Very friendly and gracious. The rooftop pool was fun for the kids to play in while the adults had some drinks and food on the patio. The weather was hot but the breeze was delightful!! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, slept very well! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Yelp
Came to Barcelona yesterday with my family for the First time. I Saw the H10 Cubik online and thought it looked chill. I was so right. A Beautiful hotel in the middle of everything. The room is spacious with a balcony and king bed was super comfy. Shower is hot and strong. Great way to rinse off after a day of walking. Staff has been great Came back to my room last night to find a bottle of champagne on ice and a sweet. I should have taken a picture but we ate it too fast. Thank you. The rooftop pool and bar is an oasis in the city. Watching the sunset in the pool with Sangria is a moment I will not forget. Thank you H10. I will look for your properties any time I travel.

Yelp
We had a great stay here earlier this month! The location is prime, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, helpful (and just happen to be very easy on the eyes!) One of the featured amenities that really drew me to look further into this property before booking, is the gorgeous terrace overlooking the city - it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and accommodated. While I was checking in, we were offered champagne and snacks, had our luggage quickly swept away and were provided thorough detail about the amenities and surrounding area. One thing that is worth noting, is that there is no gym on the property. While I was searching for this feature in a few booking websites, it often indicated that there was a fitness center. In actuality, you're provided access to a gym that is down the street. At first, this was a bit of a bummer but once we checked it out on the first day we realized it was only 5 minute walk from the hotel, and because it's a public gym (with memberships) we actually benefited from that with plenty of machines and space. The vibe of the hotel is modern and chic, but I wouldn't say it was super luxe. Perhaps, just a slight step below that, but still all very nice. Although we only stayed for two nights, we were very happy overall with out stay - especially with the location - we were close to so much!

Yelp
Very friendly staff, great rooftop bar, nice rooms, fabulous lobby hang out spots. Highly recommend!

Yelp
3 day stay to see Barcelona prior to a cruise. We found it to be in a good location for walking to many tourist spots, and close proximity to the port. No tv channels for English speaking guests....but decent beds, nice rooftop bar/pool area, good WiFi, and a very extensive and satisfying breakfast buffet with a selection of made to order hot options as well. Overall a nice place to stay, we would recommend.

Yelp
I'm staying here currently and can't say enough about how great this hotel is. Our room is clean and spacious (get the junior suite!) and breakfast is included if you book directly on their site which I suggest. It's full with various breads, pastries, fresh juice, free cava for mimosa, meats, cheeses, veggies, cereal, yogurt, fruit and then there's an ala cart menu that includes (for free) hot items like eggs, pancakes, etc. All freshly made to order. WiFi is fast, location is great, beautiful modern lobby and since we're on our honeymoon they brought us a huge plate of chocolate covered strawberries, a bottle of Cava, and 2 extra boxes of chocolates. Very thoughtful! Haven't used the pool yet but it's beautiful on their roof! Thank you H10 Cubik!!!!

Yelp
We stayed at a Junior Suite (Room 515) facing the street. As soon as we opened the door we knew we made the right choice. The room was bright and spacious. The best part is their breakfast. It has everything (eggs, pastries, cakes, waffles, juices, cereals) you can think of and beautifully put together. I would even say it is a bit over the top! The hotel has a modern and chic design. Deducting one point for the bad wifi connection in the room. Highly recommend this place!

Yelp
This place is just freaking awesome! Visiting from Los Angeles, CA. When we first arrived they helped us with our luggage quickly and we were warmly welcomed by all staff. Also, I must say a lot of these workers are beautiful I mean straight up eye candy. The workers are also very knowledgeable on how to get around BCN and showing you how they roll here. Also when we were checking in, kind gentleman offered my whole family candies and bubbbbbles!!!!!! First time trying Cava and right when I arrive- perfect timing. After a 12 hour flight, that is MUCH needed. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I just adore the staff they are so welcoming bravo!!!!! I mean seriously some of the kindest people you will meet in Barcelona. The room we got was clean and gorgeous! Very chic and modern. Also, when you check in, in your card comes with a free drink slip!!! Beautiful rooftop bar/restaurant by the way. Open till midnight on top and the one in the lobby till 1 which is so convenient if you do not feel like going out in the mad craziness of downtown Barcelona for some booze. More free bubbbbbles! Gotta be kidding me! Very friendly staff up on the roof too. Excellent drinks. Had a perfect SOTB cocktail and also took advantage of that free Cava! Also, free breakfast in the morning till 11 am. They have so much food it is unreal! And to top it off they come and bring fresh, warm croissants to the table. Also they come around with fresh OJ, coffee, and a menu to order even more free food lol. Family really enjoyed their poached eggs on the menu. For the all you can eat that they have set up, so many desserts, fruits, breads, mini sandwiches, cheeses; I mean they really have something for everyone. They even have Oat Milk for crying out loud! Shoutout to my vegan friends.

Yelp
Really enjoyed our stay here. Although my arrival greeting might have been a little more warm, my travelling companion said when she arrived, they were very friendly offering refreshments, etc as she waited. Hotel was clean and a good size room. Bathroom was bright and fully equip with various toiletries and lots of towels and bathrobe. Beds were comfortable with more than enough pillows going on. Big window which opened (our view wasn't particular spectacular although we could sneak a peak at the cathedral from where we were. I like having opening windows in the hotels for fresh air so this was great. Location of the hotel was great also. Walking distance from shopping area and Gaudi buildings lots of great eateries around, you would never go hungry with a bit of money in your pocket. We did start the night, one evening, at their roof bar. Nice area with a 'pool'. Bright clean restaurant should you wish to eat in. Only down side was they seemed to forget to clean our room however, once we flagged this we returned to a nice clean room, no problem. Very accommodating on helping their visitors, would definitely come back here.

Yelp
Excellent hotel and excellent rooftop dinner with live music and early morning breakfast. Only spent a night here but desperately wish my stay could've been longer. The hospitality is fantastic and the room was absolutely beautiful. The location is also very central in the city and is convenient to almost everything. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Barcelona

Yelp
I booked a five night stay at this hotel four months in advance for one of their best rooms for our anniversary. Immediately after booking, I noticed the room we paid for did not have a terrace. I emailed customer service and asked if we could be switched. They agreed to switch us but refuse to refund the $300 difference we paid for the other room. Unconscionable given we contacted them immediately, within minutes, after making the reservation. No matter how excellent the room and hotel turn out to be, I will never stay at a H10 hotel again based on this experience.

Yelp
My husband and I were planning a romantic get away to Barcelona. Sadly there was a pilot strike (Avianca) and we could not leave our home colombia and fly to Barcelona. Our bags were packed and we were at the airport when we were notified. After speaking with the hotel management they were very unsympathetic To the circumstances that were clearly out of our control and refused to reimburse us for out prepaid stay or give us a voucher to use in the future. Avoid staying at H10 hotel group. Terrible customer service.

Yelp
We loved staying at H10 cubik. The staff were very kind, inviting and helpful. Always ready to answer all of our questions. We had a lovely balcony room from where you can see the cathedral. The room was nice and cozy, the bed was quite comfortable. Our favorite part was the huge rain shower and marble bathroom, and the complimentary Nespresso and biscuit every morning. We also enjoyed a glass of delicious red wine on the rooftop one night and that was lovely. It was so nice of H10 cubik to gift us a bottle of champagne and chocolate cake for our honeymoon. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Barcelona

Yelp
Stayed here 2 nights while in Barcelona. We had a fabulous terrace looking over the city. It was very cool to be in Barcelona and see the Catalan people protesting for independence. They are very passionate people. All protests were safe, so don't use this as an excuse to be a scared American. Back to the hotel... the bed was comfy and the shower great. Breakfast was nice too. Staff was also very nice.

Yelp
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and Javier upgraded our room for my 50th birthday. It is very clean and the bed was comfortable. The rooftop bar was beautiful with great views. The area is prefect for sight seeing and restaurants. Would definitely return if in the area.

Yelp
We arrived today. This hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We got to our room and we paid for a suite. The picture on the website shows a king size bed in one room and a separated room with a pullout couch. Perfect for me and my boyfriend and his mom so we have a bit of privacy. However we got to our room and it was a king size bed and a pullout couch right next to it. Barely any room to put our suitcases in there. We called to change rooms and the bellman came to get our bags and he seemed annoyed and was muttering something under his breath in Spanish. Then we get to the pool bar. It seemed like the staff was ignoring our table but then we realized they would walk in a circle and not ask anyone if they needed anything else. We ordered drinks and they never came so we left.

Yelp
Our first time in Barcelona and H10 Cubik was the perfect spot for us to land after the looong, long journey from California. We received one of the warmest welcomes we have ever had from Frank Roman. He is so friendly and charming. We stayed on the first floor and had a spacious room with a spacious balcony and two bath rooms. The hotel is charming and unique. The coffee that comes with the room...delicious! How many times do you hear that? Did I mention how fabulous Frank is? Any who, we had wine and tapas on the roof our first night in. We were tired and it was perfect. The view is delightful from the roof. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, La Rambla, Barcelona Cathedral, Sagrada La Familia, Picasso museum, the beach. But not too close to La Rambla. Nice and quiet. Peaceful. And I would be remiss if I didn't mention that Frank at reception was so helpful, warm, welcoming, and informative. He genuinely wanted our stay to be relaxing and special and went out of his way to make us feel pampered. The hotel can be really good, but it is the people who make it really great. Thank you Frank!

Yelp
Horrible experience -- Came here to celebrate my 28th birthday. Was with my disabled uncle, aunt and young cousin and booked a suite, which cost over $1000 for the weekend and included a king bed and a full pull out couch, proving to be more than enough space for us all. When I went to check in, the male receptionist named Frank, who seemed to be the main guy there unfortunately, said I only had checked two people on the reservation and that we needed another room. I said that's impossible as I had booked a suite for this purpose. He continued to tap his screen which read "2", kept repeating the word impossible over and over again, and then yelled at me to show him my booking.com confirmation in order to prove his point/that I was wrong. Meanwhile the woman standing behind him at the desk looked horrified...It was so incredibly bizarre and unwelcoming to be treated this way -- as if I was trying to get one over on the hotel by not realizing it said max 3 on my reservation -- at a hotel with such incredible reviews nonetheless. I responded to his inept and rude customer service by saying that I understood him but he was not understanding me, and asked what we could do now to resolve this issue as we were absolutely not going to need another room. He stopped looking me in the eyes as he was talking to me and said he had to call his boss, which he did laughing and nervously shaking, making himself look even more weak and incompetent and subsequently making us all even more angry and uncomfortable. He told his boss that there were four adults trying to stay in a room (as if he was standing in front of a group of teenagers who had won a free hotel stay instead of a family of 4 who paid; also just because we're from the states doesn't mean we don't speak Spanish...) Ultimately, it was a very frustrating, unprofessional and inappropriate experience at a hotel that I was really looking forward to staying at. If he had done his actual job - or been good at it - he would have calmly explained their might be an additional fee for the extra person, which I would have happily paid if greeted by a glass of cava and manners. This experience with him ruined our first night here, and because of it I will not be staying here or at any of the other H10 hotels going forward. Also, two of our hotel keys stopped working after a day, the mini bar didn't keep drinks cold, and you are woken up by the sound of the cleaning service each morning. If you're going to spend the money, splurge and go 5 star or alternatively, just book an Airbnb or a 4 star that offers the same type of room with max 4 (did my research after this incident and there are numerous great hotels in the area which offer this room, confirm 4 people online, and actually fall below a $1K price point, so I paid more to be treated poorly).
