I got a delicious blended coffee mocha with prompt and kind service. Brightened my day before exploring the Sea Life Aquarium!! 🍨🐠

I was over at the mall today and I decided to get my favorite ice cream. I had never tried the Haagen dazs at the mall before I usually get the pints at stores. The servers ended up being really nice and the ice cream ended up being even better than I expected. This is definitely my new go to ice cream place at MOA 💜

Coffee chip is my favorite and has been since I was little. Today at the MOA lol cation I walked up and did not see it. The girl behind the counter asked if she could help I expressed my sadness at not seeing it. She said maybe we have some in back. She came back out with the smallest tub of it in have ever seen and made my day!!! It was just really kind and I totally appreciate her going out of the way for me!

Just witnessed the most insane exchange here. A very rude and aggressive customer was harassing employees Elizabeth, Bhuvi, and Angela, who all remained very polite while they were threatened with “a bad review” over a customer trying to scam free product. The interaction made me want to leave my own review and comment on the wonderful conversation I had with Elizabeth and the kind demeanors of Bhuvi and Angela. I will be back again!

They had a great selection of ice cream to choose from, to the point where it is difficult to make decisions. Employees were friendly but spoke very quietly, so they were hard to hear. It is on the spendy side but they do have quality product.

Darcie was so sweet and nice. She was understanding and gave us good recommendations. Thank you haagen daaz

Stood in line for 10 minutes with cashier (Bhuvi) watching us, then got abruptly told to go stand at the other end of the line which was not marked at all. Took my business elsewhere instead! Cold stone is across the mall 💯

Ask for your receipt and check your receipt when you stop by here. I know the lines are normally long as it’s busy and the ice cream is good as well. However I have been here twice and on both occasions receipt did not match what I ordered. The item purchased was still delicious regardless. Note: edit as of 1/22/23, review edited as justification of billing on receipt was provided by owner.
