I purchased two small mango smoothies for my sons and one additional drink, a seltzer water.
There was a miscommunication and the employee thought she had to pour setter water on the two mango smoothies.
As I picked the smoothies up and asked where the seltzer water was, the employee got very upset.
Is obvious that we both miscommunicated with each other, because I would never asked seltzer water to be put on ice cream, I just wanted to drink it in a separate cup, the ice creams were for my kids.
As I was trying to have a conversation with the employee, another young lady, also an employee, came up and asked me to leave, to never come back and to stop yelling. I never did.
I’m in shock! As I walked away the two employees continued to talk to me telling me being very disrespectful, even with other customers present in line.They need some training for sure.
I will Never go back to Hagen Daz Boise.
