I love Häagen-Dazs ice cream as is but the service and care Mrs Tiffany puts into her work shows. Her and her coworkers always make us feel welcome and valued!!! It’s crazy to say but she brightens our day with each sweet treat and experience she provides. I will always advocate and support her business as long as she there❤️❤️❤️ keep uplifting and creating awesome experiences for your customers we need more like you.

I scream you scream we all scream for ICE CREAM. Brings back memories. How many of you remember saying that as a child. Haagen does a pretty good job for a large chain store. You can get your ice cream and enjoy it while walking around the mall. When you’re here stop and get your ice cream fix on.

I can’t believe the reviews are so low here. The ice cream is always delicious, and the Cinnabons too! A little pricey but it’s so good! Never had a bad experience here before.

Häagen-Dazs Dazs has my favorite milkshake/Sundae, peppermint and chocolate. It's seasonal. I need to try some of the other options!

I purchased two small mango smoothies for my sons and one additional drink, a seltzer water. There was a miscommunication and the employee thought she had to pour setter water on the two mango smoothies. As I picked the smoothies up and asked where the seltzer water was, the employee got very upset. Is obvious that we both miscommunicated with each other, because I would never asked seltzer water to be put on ice cream, I just wanted to drink it in a separate cup, the ice creams were for my kids. As I was trying to have a conversation with the employee, another young lady, also an employee, came up and asked me to leave, to never come back and to stop yelling. I never did. I’m in shock! As I walked away the two employees continued to talk to me telling me being very disrespectful, even with other customers present in line.They need some training for sure. I will Never go back to Hagen Daz Boise.

Friendly staff with relatively quick service but usually only one staff so expect a wait (the one employee usually works fast but only so much one person can do at a time). A little pricey

The cinnamon rolls are so good here. Hot gooey deliciousness. My daughter and I love stopping by and picking some up on our walks. You do need to sit down to eat them though it's really hard to walk with them. Everytime I go I'm always shocked that the price is so low. I've never been disappointed and I'm thinking about making it a regular dessert stop. Overall I would say give it a try you won't regret it.

Unethical liars. Don't shop here. Product quality and service sucks. Walk to a store next door and buy a Haagen Dazs 4oz cup for cheaper than their prices. I have tried this place a few times. All times I ordered milkshakes. They do not know how to prepare milkshakes; it will be a beaten ice cream with nuts not broken down. After providing multiple feedbacks, i tried it one last time. After payment, i forgot to pick up the product. When i called them up later, they said don't worry we will refund you but they never did. When I called up the store again, Jesse the owner returned my call and asked my credit card details to refund money. He never did. When I called the second time a few days later, he promised to make the refund the next business day. which never happened. Different people answer the call and kept promising the refund but they said business managers have to do it. Jesse stopped answering my calls and for the last time when I called the store, he calls back a day later and blames that I have been calling the store often. he says he will not refund any money as no one at the store recognizes talking to me about a refund even though he found my transaction in the system. He says he wasted the product for me. I don't get why he kept saying he will refund the money. and he doesn't even have the courtesy of responding to phone calls/ following up on his promises. He is unethical and a thief.

I tried Haagen-Dazs creameries in Europe, they are amazing! You don't find that many of them here in the States, so I was thrilled to find this location at Boise Town Square mall. The flavors they offer here are very limited compared to the European stores, and that's very unfortunate, because even some of the classics such as pistachio weren't available. I had a waffle bowl with Belgian Chocolate, Dulce de Leche and a Mango sorbet, all delicious. Went back the following day and got some more, great ice cream.

Great place. Delicious ice cream and smoothies. Have one with a Cinnabon which is same location.

Love the non-dairy flavors!! Super chocolaty and I was able to get ice cream with friends at a mall like a normal person!
