The servers here are genuinely friendly and make you feel welcome the second you walk in. I love that they actually let you taste things before you order — not many places do that anymore. Everyone is so polite, patient, and respectful, even when it’s busy. You can tell they really care about the customers and enjoy what they do. Honestly, you all deserve a raise for the effort you put in. Thank you for being so kind every single time. You’re the best, and it’s a big reason why I keep coming back.

We were shopping at Santan and had to stop in for a chocolate shake. The girl recommended a Belgium chocolate milkshake. We ordered a large and she split it into 2 cups for us. It had whipped cream and sprinkles on top. It was so delicious. Everything in the store was so appealing, the toppings were even displayed very nicely. I loved all the wall art.

Walking in was welcomed, great service, and great atmosphere. The ice cream is always delicious. Everything was clean and sterile. The red balloon stand is an eyesore compared to the rest of the store; doesn’t fit in. Definitely coming back!

These are pricey milkshakes. I got the mango smoothie and my wife got a coffee milkshake. The mango smoothie tasted strange and didn’t have any real mango flavor. Would not recommend it. The coffee milkshake was better and tasted good. Service was good but the ice cream in the smoothies was ok. For the price, I expected higher quality.

5/18 Updated to one star for the bad service that the young lady thar is working at this moment is giving. She forgot the whipped cream, she served smaller the portions, and her mind is always somewhere else. She always changed the ingredients. I won't comeback again. I changed my review from 5 stars to 1. Too expensive the ice cream for the customer service received with this girl. ----THE BEST ICE CREAM that I have had in a looong time. We went yesterday the 29th of August in the evening. And the store was clean, great ambience, the AC was perfect for Arizona summer time. The young boy who served us was polite, fast, and he prepared the order exactly how it was showing in the menu. Some stores don't do that and take them forever to do it. Definitely I will come back.

Amazing Cookies and Cream Sundae! I have no idea how they get their ice cream texture to be so gouie and sticky. It was absolutely the best Sundae I've ever had. What a surprise!!

This place is horrible for customer service. Their online app to redeem a free ice cream is impossible to get. Their app has been down for days. The manager or the district manager has no timetable as to when it might be fixed. In the meantime, they giving you a free coupon for a free ice cream that expires on October 10 and these clowns who work here don’t know anything. The manager who is not even in the store does not even give you a free ice cream because of the inconvenience. They have these young kids working here don’t know what planet there on. Very very bad customer service, and company.

I tried their new dazzler with brown butter ice cream and chocolate chip cookies and I say it's a must try if you like chocolate chip cookies. The touch of salt brought the sweetness down. I do think $11 for some ice cream and Carmel is a bit pricey but glad I tried it.

I'm so happy they have a Haagen-dazs nearby. For some reason it feels so nostalgic. The ice cream is always so delicious and the staff is so happy!! I went in specifically for the fall flavors- i got a pumpkin spice dazzler and the person i was with got a pumpkin spice shake. The dazzler was delicious but didn't really have any pumpkin taste/ more so like caramel. The pumpkin pie shake- Exactly like a pumpkin pie. If you love pumpkin please go get this!! The shop is extremely clean as well!! Decorated very cute!

Great ice cream, the midnight cookies and cream is amazing! Kaylee helped us out, and she was the best! She helped our large party get samples and explained her favorites for us, and was overall super great!

$9 for a tiny milkshake. Overpriced So many other brands just as good if not better.

Pretty poor service. Was a bit rude to my kids that were very well behaved. Not to mention I snapped a picture of their 3 dirty phones lying all over the food counter next to fresh bananas being cut. It was gross. Won't return.

This place was also super dirty and gross. And I waited at the cashier for a long time. It was 100 degrees outside. We had drank all our water already that we brought. Asked for a cup of water. They told me I'd have to to pay for it.... What if I didn't have money and my toddler and I were heat exhausted? This is really sad. Everywhere else I've been have offered free water even if you don't spend money. This is the first time in the summer that someone has denied me water.

I was so happy to see that they opened a Haagen Daz in San Tan Mall that I started doing the happy dance as soon as I saw the sign! Eat dessert first! That's my motto. I mean does it get any better than great tasting high quality ice cream? Their Dulche De Leche Dazzler will make you want to do the happy dance too. It's layers of dulche de Leche ice cream, fresh bananas and Caramel...topped with WHIPPED CREAM cause whip cream makes everything better and more CARAMEL. WHOLLY MOLEY talk about slap your mama good. My fiance opted for the Irish cream Dazzler. Which is made out of real Irish cream...yup LIQUOR...not enough to get you drunk but just the thought of alcohol mixed with ice cream is a win win in our book. Don't you agree?

I went here for the Grand Opening. I had a coupon for a free mini scoop. I ordered a small one scoop of Belgium chocolate in a regular cone. It would have come to $6.75 without the coupon. I only had to pay $1.95. The employees weren't that friendly. The ice cream was good quality, but nothing spectacular. I can get the same ice cream at the supermarket. 2.5/5.0. I don't think I'll be back.

The best authentic ice cream in Gilbert. Love their flavors and ice cream cakes. I've been many times and most of the workers are extra friendly. Thank you for adding a location to San Tan Village!

This has become a favorite place to visit when we come to Arizona and this time was even better because we got the best employee there! She was so sweet and engaging and really went the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant experience! We ordered three things and all of us loved each one! Definitely recommend!

I went to Haagen Daz with my sister and dad and when we ordered our dessert the lady was super professional by having a mask and gloves on and she was kind to us.We ordered cookies and cream chocolate hot fudge sundaes and oh my goodness it was the best ice cream treat I've ever had. I definitely recommend Haagen Daz to you and your family if you're looking for a marvelous ice cream place!!

Paying $6.50 for one mini scoop of ice cream for a child is pretty outrageous. And it was nothing special. I also didn't appreciate listening to the young ladies discuss how a previous customer received her scoop, was told the outlandish price, and gave it back to the employee due to the price. Speaking badly about customers should not be done with other adults or children in the store. Especially when I completely agree it was too much money and had I paid attention I would never have gone in there.

My husband surpirsed me with this delicious ICE CREAM CAKE from Häagen-Dazs (SanTan Village)!!! It is beyond DELICIOUS and beautiful too!

I ordered 2 cups of different ice cream. Only one cup was delivered.Apparently they did not have the other ice cream,however I was not made aware so I could have changed the order.

Great service, delicious ice cream, great location for bringing kids. Highly suggest this ice cream store!!!

With coupons it's still expensive, but the staff are all smiles and the product is worth the price.

Walked in on Saturday night around 7pm. Was not greeted by the one employee that was on duty. Waited by the cash register to put in our order only for the employee to take the order of a couple who walked in after us. The employee never said a word to us and proceeded to take the couple who entered after us' order. They sampled a lot of ice cream flavors then stepped in front of us to pay for their order. When the young gentleman finally acknowledged us, we ordered 3 Dulce De Leche shakes and one black and white sundae. He took our order and we paid. It took five minutes for him to finally inform us that he was "out of dulce de deuce" ice cream with no options for us and under the assumption that we would be "ok" with paying for three shakes and only receiving one. We had to tell him he must refund us for the two other shakes he could give us. He looked dumbfounded. He then only refunded us for one shake and looked confused when questioned about refunding us for the second one he could not make. Overall he was not a very pleasant employee. He looked and presented himself as one who really does not like his job. We are ones who like to tip generously and could not even give this poor young lad a dollar tip. We will not return here until things change. One employee on a Saturday night, whom clearly doesn't want to be there, is not good business practice.

Haagen-Dazs is on of my favorite places to go when i'm at San Tan Mall. The Ice cream is SOOOO good and the staff is always so friendly and do what ever the can to make sure you have a good experience.. I highly recommend this place.
