Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream River Landing

I CANNOT get enough of Haagen-Dazs at the River landing location. Not only is the ice cream amazing, but the customer service is impeccable ! Yomali is an amazing person with great people skills. I highly recommend this location!

Delicious ice cream. It's very sweet and refreshing. I tried the cookies and cream one. Definitely well take care of your sweet tooth and cool you down on a hot day. Just wish they had lactose free, dairy alternative options other than sorbets.

Visit this place because it’s the one near to me, upon arriving the line was full which is fine with me. But the young lady who was attending me needs to be retrained and not huff and puff when someone hasn’t given her the correct order or toppings that want. Upon making my second ice cream I asked for strawberry ice cream and she gave me sobert, but since she had already coughed up an attitude I didn’t wanna deal with another one so I took the ice cream anyways. Please to the store owner I know the public is not easy to deal with because I deal with the same kind of people. But please teach your employees to be more professional and I will be back tomorrow to file a complaint about this because I know I’m not gonna enjoy my ice cream.

Came here with my mother after lunch, Jany welcome us and offered to try any flavor we wanted. She was very kind and respectful, we ended up very happy with our selection and will be back for sure. Good spot with nice views

Five stars for Häagen-Dazs at River Landing in Miami, and it was a delightful treat! The location along the Miami River adds a nice vibe, perfect for a quick dessert stop. The service was friendly and quick, there was even live music playing next door. Prices are on the higher side, but that’s expected with Häagen-Dazs quality. Overall, a solid spot for ice cream lovers in the area!

Maybe smoothies aren’t their thing. I ordered a mango banana smoothie. It tasted nothing like the name. It was also very liquidy. For the price of it I was very disappointed.

Located in the River Landing Shops, this Häagen-Dazs spot is perfect for when you need relief from the hot miami weather but also for the rainy miami days. And Miamians know that could change within 5 minutes. Either way who doesn't love Häagen-Dazs ice cream. I stopped in today to sample their new Pistachio ice cream recipe. They updated the recipe and its much more Pistachio-EE flavor. Which I love. Staff was super friendly. Mya, who helped us out, was amazing. She explained all about the new Pistachio update and was super friendly with our kid. Would totally recommend this ice cream spot when in Rivers Landing.

I was having a bad day, came in and Omar cheered me up. I just came from the hospital that day. He listened to worries, told me a joke, abd made me smile all before handing me the milkshake. I came back a month later and he actually remembered me. He even remembered my order and how I was feeling sad that day. He really went above and beyond. He's the kind of guy we need more of at Hagen Daz. I very rarely tip, but I did for Omar. He made me feel special. Always a smile on his face. He put a smile on my face. Thank you Omar. You're my go-to for now on.

Ice cream is tasty, however customer service needs a bit improvement... During my visit there were young ladies working, whom did not make the establishment feel very welcoming. As I approached the ice cream cooler one of them had a "bothered" demeanor with a stank face. Just for her to pass me to another young lady which was a bit better. She gave me the impression that I was bothering her when I approached the counter. She left so quick that I couldn't even catch her name. Sad because this is the closest Haagen Daz to my home, will most likely have to drive to another location....
