I have never had such a positive experience in the mall as I did while getting ice cream with my mother and son. Nate so has not gone unmentioned from other reviews I can see makes this establishment what it is! His personality alone could sell a scoop, but he went out of his way to offer my son gummie bears since he wasn’t sure about the ice cream and was interacting with him the whole time. Customer service is so black and white these days but he surely put some color into our day! I’m not sure if these reflect on him but I sure do hope someone above him sees these and gives him the recognition he deserves!

I have drove to the mall three times exclusively to try their coffee milkshake just to number told that they are out of milk. Really? I asked one of their workers what is the problem with the milk? He said they don’t order enough bc it goes bad. What a dumb way to run a business. Never going back.

Our visit to Haagen-Dazs was simply amazing! It was my daughter’s first ice cream shop experience, and the staff made it unforgettable. Nate, the employee who served us, was an absolute joy—so friendly, funny, and patient as he helped my daughter find her favorite flavor (cookie dough, of course!). We also had a chance to meet the general manager, Jeff, who was just as friendly and welcoming. The entire experience was wonderful, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Five stars all the way!

I had the pleasure of being served by Nate at Haagen-Dazs, and I must say, their exemplary customer service truly elevated my ice cream experience. Nate greeted me with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect flavor to satisfy my sweet tooth. Their knowledge of the different ice cream options was impressive, and their friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. Not only was Nate professional and efficient, but they also sprinkled our interaction with light-hearted humor that left me smiling long after leaving the shop. Haagen-Dazs is lucky to have such a dedicated and personable employee like Nate. I highly recommend paying them a visit for great service and delicious treats!

Nate is the most beautiful soul on this planet. Working in any industry can be very tiring, but it’s so refreshing to see such a radiant energy source, a ray of absolute blinding sunlight. On my worst days, yes the raspberry sorbet lifts my spirits, but having an electrifying personality makes it even better. Best service ever.

I bought a cookies and cream milkshake here today and it was phenomenal. By far the best milkshake I’ve ever had, it was so smooth and delicious. The customer service was absolutely fantastic, the lady who took my order, didn’t catch her name, was so cheerful, bright, and beyond nice. The whole experience was amazing, I’ll definitely be back every time I’m in Knoxville!

I recently visited the Hagen-Dazs location at West Town Mall and had an exceptional experience thanks to the outstanding service from one of the employees, Nate. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my visit. Nate was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. He was patient and accommodating, even when I asked for modifications to my order. His positive energy and genuine smile made the entire experience feel welcoming and personalized. What truly impressed me, however, was Nate's dedication to ensuring every customer left the store satisfied. He took the time to engage with each person, answered questions, and made sure everyone had everything they needed. Hagen-Dazs is lucky to have Nate on their team! His exceptional customer service skills, combined with his passion for the brand, make him a true asset to the company. I will definitely return to this location and look forward to being served by him again. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give him ten stars if I could!

Went to the mall today and walked past the ice cream shop. The gentleman working there named Nate was super nice and very happy. He talked to our kiddos and he was so happy. This guy deserves a raise !!

After supper, we decided to get ice cream. We stopped by Haagen-Dazs and the Banana Split Dazzler Sundae did not disappoint. It was fresh and delicious! I would also like to add that Leon F. took great care of us. He was patient as we made our selections and very attentive to our questions and needs. Great job, Häagen-Dazs and Leon!!!

terrible service, very slow, employees act like they don't want to be there & usually hiding in the back so they don't have to work

Häagen Dazs Now has its very own Ice cream shop inside of West Town Mall. My two sons' and I really enjoy eating Häagen Dazs ice cream all year round. This amazing ice cream shop has so many different flavors of Ice cream and high quality rich toppings. Thanks Kelly, for being extra sweet to me and my two sons' on Saturday February 2, 2019.

Of course, everyone loves Häagen Dazs. It is great, and has some very good ice cream selections.
