Stopped by Häagen-Dazs at Broadway Plaza, ready to throw caution (and my pesos) to the wind. I ordered the salted caramel—a delicious combo of sweet and salty that’s basically dessert royalty. But here’s the thing: I was expecting a scoop that would make me feel like I got my money’s worth. Instead, I got what felt like a “sample” size… but hey, I guess that’s worldwide inflation for you! Sure, each scoop costs about as much as dinner back home, but once that caramel flavor hit, I found myself forgetting the sting of the peso-to-dollar conversion rate. And for fall, they’re offering a Pumpkin Spice Collection if you want to embrace the cozy vibes while pretending you’re not financially sweating. In the end, it’s a splurge, it’s small, but it’s so worth it. Just make sure you savor every tiny, expensive bite.

I am quite disappointed with this store. The only good thing about the store are the free samples. The ice cream is decent, but the portion sizes aren't impressive. I got a small cup that was supposedly two scoops. The scoops are tiny, and they cost me a total of $5.99. I will not be going back again. Edit: Yes, I did take two small bites out of the scoop. But it was still a small scoop.

I got a smoothie that the server said was “less sweet” which turned out to be super sweet. He said he can make another one for me, but half way informed me that I’d need to pay for it… (after I offered to give mine back) “I can’t remake it just because you don’t like it”… big big surprise. I will never return to any other Haagen Dazs store ever

I think the staff are friendly enough. I'm just glad I didn't get any eye rolls during my visit. I usually go in for a Banana Split which cost around $10 for two scoops of any flavor ice cream. The toppings can be a hit or miss. This last visit was a miss. The strawberries were still rock solid and sour. Othertimes the pineapples taste old.

I work in the plaza and while on lunch I came here because I was craving a milkshake. The staff was welcoming as I entered and ready to help me as soon as I stood in line. I got a small brownie al a mode without whip cream. It was amazing! I loved that there were brownie chunks inside. I will definitely be returning next time I work.

Dulce Coffee Frappé directly comes from the coffee ice cream in front of you! Pricey but worthy!
