I’m really disappointed with my experience with habaneros this evening. One of the burgers I ordered was supposed to be gluten and dairy-free, but it arrived with cheese. Mistakes can happen, so I called to discuss it and was told a replacement would be sent out, but it never arrived.
When I phoned back to follow up, instead of helping to resolve the issue, the staff member hung up on me. I had hoped to sort things out over the phone, but being disconnected was incredibly frustrating.
It’s a real shame, as my partner and I really like Habaneros and have been going for quite a while. Unfortunately, the service tonight was very poor.
