Walked in and it was very clean which is what I always look for so off to a great start! Was then greeted by friendly staff who took my order and also answered all the questions that I had. I ordered the T-Rex burger meal with a milkshake. Food didn’t disappoint and will definitely be coming better.

It is lovely and cosy place to eat in. I always order New York stack double beef burger well done and feel same taste all the time. Extra sauce like chilli and chipotle sauce make the difference for. Staff is cooperative when asking something extra. Enough space to eat in.

⸻ Extremely Disappointed Habaneros advertised a buy one, get one free burger offer, but what arrived was frankly embarrassing. The burger patty was absurdly small, barely covering the centre of the bun. It genuinely felt like eating a dry bun with a thumbnail of meat hiding in the middle. Chips were fine — but chips don’t make a burger. I was told about this issue by a friend and didn’t believe it. Unfortunately, now I’ve experienced it myself. I even had a guest at home — placing that plate in front of them was awkward to say the least. We actually looked at each other wondering if the patty had gone missing. If management cannot afford to provide a proper-sized beef patty during a promotion, then don’t run the promotion. Simple. Either maintain standards or stop the offer — shrinking the product is not the answer. This is not a tourist area with one-off customers. Your business relies on local, repeat customers — people like us who have supported you for some time. Experiences like this damage trust and reputation very quickly. This was unacceptable and frankly diabolical. I hope the owner reflects seriously on this. Wise up before loyal customers wise out. Very disappointed.

I could not emphasise how amazing the service was from the 2 brothers today, much thanks to the chef and the service. Never disappoint Khalid and Gasem. Very knowledgeable about the product , very friendly service 5 stars 🙌🙌⭐️⭐️

For months now, Habenaro London has been my absolute go-to, primarily because their chips are consistently perfect—always golden, crispy, and flawlessly seasoned—but what truly makes them stand out is the incredible combination of regular, appreciated discounts and genuinely friendly, engaging customer service that makes every visit feel valued and keeps me coming back again and again.

I’m really disappointed with my experience with habaneros this evening. One of the burgers I ordered was supposed to be gluten and dairy-free, but it arrived with cheese. Mistakes can happen, so I called to discuss it and was told a replacement would be sent out, but it never arrived. When I phoned back to follow up, instead of helping to resolve the issue, the staff member hung up on me. I had hoped to sort things out over the phone, but being disconnected was incredibly frustrating. It’s a real shame, as my partner and I really like Habaneros and have been going for quite a while. Unfortunately, the service tonight was very poor.

This place was good! It was well presented, well kept clean and the food was amazing! Their chips was nice and soft and their burger felt like it just melted in your mouth! Texture/hardness of the burger was on point, and it tasted great too. Their drinks were out of the ordinary too... and they had some good flavours. Places with good food normally sell ordinary drinks, so this place had an edge on them! I would recommend this place to anyone!

If you want exceptional and outrages burgers, this is the place. Don't expect much from the fries, nothing special just straight out of a freezer bag kind. Also don't get the cheesy fries, the cheese they squeeze on top is the canned type. Habanero PLEASE do something about that!

This is one the best burger near my home. The burger size so big that can feed two person. It is a succulent,moist it's made by your choice. How spicy you would like. They have good customer service, but it very small space there is not enough seats.

They reply was they don't do delivery but the good never left they place for an hour and a half as you can check over the uber delivery app.

great quality burger, doesn't fall apart when you eat it. amazing sweet potato fries. Coconut milkshake is a shout too
